Building an Automated Waste Separation System using AI: Performance and Application of TFLite Lightweight Model (AI 를 활용한 분리수거 자동화 시스템 구축: TFLite 경량화 모델의 성능 및 적용)

  • 본 연구는 TFLite 기반의 경량화 AI 모델을 활용하여 쓰레기의 자동 분리수거 시스템을 구축하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 객체 인식 기술을 활용해 쓰레기를 정확하게 분류하며, 테스트 결과 평균 90.33%의 mAP 성능을 나타낸다. Label 수와 데이터셋의 한계가 존재하지만, 본 연구를 확장하고 개선함으로써 자동 분리수거의 효율성을 더욱 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 한국의 육류 소비량이 늘어감에 따라 한우의 수요 및 공급도 점차 늘어가고 있다. 한우는 육질 등급(QG)과 육량 등급(YG)으로 나누어 판별되며 근내지방도, 고기 색, 지방색, 조직감, 성숙도, 도체 중량, 배최장근 단면적, 등지방두께 등 여러 항목을 고려한다. 현재는 주로 등배근을 맨눈으로 확인하는 수동 판별 방식이 사용된다. 하지만 평가사가 정확하게 판단하기 어렵고, 작업자의 부주의로 인한 육류의 오염 등 시간과 비용의 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 한우 등급 판별 자동화로 해결하기 위해 한우의 등심 단면 이미지를 활용하여 등배근의 근내지방도를 산출하고 한우 등급을 자동 판별하는 알고리즘을 구현하였으며 평균 정확도는 79.2%를 달성하였다.

Avoiding Automatic Android App Analysis by Detecting Random Touch Generation (무작위 터치 발생 탐지를 이용한 안드로이드 앱 자동 분석 회피에 관한 연구)

  • As the number of malicious Android applications increases rapidly, many automatic analysis systems are proposed. Hoping to trigger as many malicious behaviors as possible, the automatic analysis systems are adopting random touch generation modules. In this paper, we propose how to differentiate real human touches and randomly generated touches. Through experiments, we figured out that the distance between two consecutive human touches is shorter than that of random generation module. Also we found that the touch speed of human is also limited. In addition, humans rarely touch the outer area of smartphone screen. By using statistics of human smartphone touch, we developed an algorithm to differentiate between human touches and randomly generated touches. We hope this research will help enhance automatic Android app analysis systems.

  • To solve the labor shortage of skilled workers, the ship building industry needs the automation and mechanization. Especially, compared with other process, handrail manufacturing process of ship building falls behind the automation. In this paper, we designed and implemented a flat-iron automation system using computer convergence technology that can be used in the production of handrails in shipbuilding. The system's machine part was designed by considering the efficiency, productivity, and stability of the cutting process, and checked the stability of the structure using CATIA and ANSYS. The system's control part was used the PCNC controller to provide openness and scalability. And the part was made for system control and monitoring the system through screen manipulation with touch-screen form. A flat-iron automatic system was developed by converging the mechanics, electronics and computer technology and it will contribute to improve the productivity of the industrial system.

  • Recently, in order to build a cyber threats have increased in number and complexity. These threats increase the risk of using personally owned devices for work. This research addresses how to utilize an AI-enabled breach analysis tool. To this end, we developed and proposed the feasibility of using an AI-based breach analysis tool that reduces the workload of analysts and improves analysis efficiency through automated analysis processes. This allows analysts to focus on more important tasks. The purpose of this research is to propose the development and utilization of an AI-based breach analysis tool. We propose a new research direction in the field of breach analysis and suggest that automated tools should be improved in performance, coverage, and ease of use to enable organizations to respond to cyberattacks more effectively. As a research method, we developed a breach analysis tool using A.I. technology and studied various use cases. We also evaluated the performance, coverage, and ease of use of automated tools, and conducted research on predicting and preventing breaches and automatically responding to them. As a result, this research will serve as a foundation for the development and utilization of AI-based breach analysis tools, which can be used to respond to cyberattacks more effectively through experiments.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of a digital culture, its negative effects, especially automatism of perception, a poetic strategy against automatism of perception and the utility of poetry including the therapeutic function of poetry. The new technologies offer us various experience, great opportunities and rosy future by freeing us from boring and laborious tasks, and difficult decisions. Through the excessive and habitual use of new technologies, we may become too dependent on machines, losing our thinking abilities, sensibility, perception and creativity. Therefore, we need poetry to recover the sensation of life and make us feel things. Reading poetry allows us to look into someone else's soul and cultivate the ability to empathize. As a healing fountain, poetry leads us to a way for a change of heart, a recovery of psychic health and universal love through perfect communion in ourselves and in society. Furthermore we need a systematic and in-depth study of digital poetry as well as traditional poetry.

  • In this paper, we propose a control method to solve the surface hardness non-uniformity due to flow non-uniformity occurring in the heat treatment process of marine CAM. In the water cooling method including the decarbonization method, an automation device for deformation control has been developed and applied. LSTM was used to estimate the water cooling conditions, and the proposed method was found to be meaningful by improving the prototype results.

  • To increase the competitiveness of domestic manufacturers products, CAE system, process and fast delivery of development information and implementation of retrieval system introduced for manufacturers is necessary situation For this purpose, this study analysed instance to build integrated design simulation system that provide design automation, modular design, design standards, automation of quality verification and design knowledge. Also, we discuss that improve design of the new product and increasing the satisfaction of our customers. Completed development of simulation systems are the basic steps, and pilot operation about new product. During pilot operation, the systems is improved. Through this process, the experimental data accumulated to increase the effectiveness of the simulation, and improve the utilization. Therefore, this study have many theoretical, practical value for growing global company.
