Design and Implementation of Safety system to prevent human accidents caused by low-speed vehicles (저속 주행 자동차에 의한 인명 사고 예방을 위한 안전 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • Proximity sensors and rearview cameras for automobile safety are common, but many accidents are still occurring. Using the All Around View and object recognition algorithm to show the front, back, left, right and bottom of the vehicle, the sensor detects the presence of a living body when the vehicle starts or parks, and displays the outside of the vehicle on the screen. In addition, the object recognition algorithm is used to visualize the object by expressing the position of the object. In this way, we propose a strong safety system that can prevent human accidents caused by the vehicle by sensing, screen, and expression.

  • It comes into the spotlight as the new Blue Ocean in which the connected car industry in which the car and mobile communication technology is convergence. All sorts of infortainments services connecting with the portable electronic device(Smart phone, tablet PC, and MP3 player) and car are rapidly grown. The Connected car emphasizes the vehicle connectivity with the concept that the car has communication with the around on a real time basis and it provides the safety and expedience to the operator and using the thing of Internet (IoT) in the car and supports the application, presently, the entertainment service including the real-time Navigation, parking assistant function, not only the remote vehicle control and management service but also Email, multimedia streaming service, SNS and with the platform. Intelligent vehicle network is studied as the kind according to MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network) for the safety operation of the cars of the road and improving the efficiency of the driving.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대가 빠르게 다가오고 있다. 사물인터넷(IoT)과 인공지능(AI), 자율주행 자동차, 로봇, 드론, 스마트 홈 등이 그것. 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술 중 하나는 지능형 첨단센서다. 이 '똑똑한' 센서들 없이는 인공지능도 사물인터넷도 불가능했을 것이다. 첨단 센서 기술이 4차 산업혁명의 기폭제 역할을 하는 셈이다.

  • The Internet of Things plays a role as an important element technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution. This study is currently developing intelligent cars with IT technology, and is at a time when the development of intelligent cars is active and network data communication is possible. However, security solutions are needed as security is still at a weak stage, which can be threatened by intrusions into the network from outside. In this paper, in order to improve security of intelligent cars without causing security problems, we will apply blockchain technology, propose biometric authentication techniques using users' biometric information, and continue to study them in the future.

  • In the past few years, M2M (Machine-to-Machine) applications have become a hot topic in the wireless industry. While M2M applications can be used for many purposes (smart homes, smart metering/electricity meter reading, fleet management, mobile workforce, automobile insurance, vending machines, etc), and in many sectors (healthcare, agriculture, commercial, industrial, retail, utility, etc.), smart metering applications or smart grids present the biggest growth potential in the M2M market today. M2M platform is the future ubiquitous network technologies which provide the integrated service with the networks and devices. The promising technologies to tackle these problems are the Semantic technologies, for interoperability, and the Agent technologies for management of complex systems. In this paper the information communication technique based on the disaster prevention system's for the M2M, concepts and its requirement technology and application are studied.

  • IoT(Internet of Things) is no longer just a concept, and It has become common as individual users have tried to implement it directly through small boards and components. This research implemented a system to control a general toy car using Raspberry pi and motor driver. This research will help develop ordinary toy cars to RC cars or learn on their own and drive on their own through further development.

  • The Republic of Korea aims to complete the commercialisation of Level 4+ cooperative autonomous driving in 2027. It also plans to include V2X OBU in the K-NCAP evaluation items. Therefore, communication performance safety evaluation criteria for V2X OBU need to be established, and an OBU with necessary functions is needed to develop V2X communication performance safety evaluation technology for vehicles. In this study, we implemented a V2X OBU control board prototype that can be used to develop a V2X communication performance safety evaluation technology for Level 4+ autonomous vehicles, and confirmed that the control board prototype works normally.

  • The IoT technology is a field that applies and converges the technologies in the existing industrial environment, instead of new technologies. The IoT technology is releasing various application services converged with other industries such as smart home, healthcare, construction, and automobile, and it is also possible to secure the work efficiency and convenience of users of IoT-based technologies. However, the security threats occurring in the IoT-based technology environment are succeeding to the vulnerability of the existing wireless network environment. And the occurrence of new and variant attacks in the combination with the ICT convergence environment, is causing damages. Thus, in the IoT technology-based environment, it would be necessary to have researches on the safe transmission of messages in the communication environment between user and device, and device and device. This thesis aims to design a safe communication protocol in the IoT-based technology environment. Regarding the suggested communication protocol, this thesis performed the safety analysis on the attack techniques occurring in the IoT technology-based environment. And through the performance evaluation of the existing PKI-based certificate issuance system and the suggested communication protocol, this thesis verified the high efficiency(about 23%) of communication procedure. Also, this thesis verified the reduced figure(about 65%) of the issued quantity of certificate compared to the existing issuance system and the certificate management technique.

  • 캐나다 수도 오타와에 있는 캐나다 과학기술박물관은 3개의 수장고에 7만5천여점의 과학기술사물을 소장하고 있는데 이중 10%만이 전시되고 있다. 매년 1백20만여명이 관람하고 있는 이 박물관은 선박, 자동차, 소리와 통신, 우주, 전기코너 등으로 나누어 진열되어 있다.
