Trajectory tracking control system of unmanned ground vehicle (무인자동차 궤적 추적 제어 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • This paper discusses the trajectory tracking system of unmanned ground vehicles based on predictive control. Because the unmanned ground vehicles can not satisfactorily complete the path tracking task, highly efficient and stable trajectory control system is necessary for unmanned ground vehicle to be realized intelligent and practical. According to the characteristics of unmanned vehicle, this paper built the kinematics tracking models firstly. Then studied algorithm solution with the tools of the optimal stability analysis method and proposed a tracking control method based on the model predictive control. The controller used a kinematics-based prediction model to calculate the predictive error. This controller helps the unmanned vehicle drive along the target trajectory quickly and accurately. The designed control strategy has the true robustness, simplicity as well as generality for kinematics model of the unmanned vehicle. Furthermore, the computer Simulink/Carsim results verified the validity of the proposed control method.

  • Most of air pollution in a metropolis is the result of exhaust gas emissions from automotive vehicles, and the world-wide regulation against environmental pollution is becoming more strict. Moreover the demand on development and supply of an environment-friendly automobile is increasing and the market share about that is expected to grow rapidly in this time of high oil price. The secondary batteries the most important component to store the electrical energy in hybrid electric vehicle. It needs to the higher power characteristics to emit the energy instantaneous. In this paper, we proposed the system to monitor reliably the charge and discharge states of the secondary batteries for hybrid electric vehicle. The material is about SW and HW module the software and hardware module mounted on the charge and discharge system and the monitoring system to control the charge and discharge performance effectively.

  • This paper provides the performance measurement and analysis of Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11 in a mobile environment. The performances of IEEE802.11b/g and IEEE802.11p designed for Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V) communication are measured and analyzed. Diameter of communication and link access time are compared under variation of speed of the vehicle.

  • This study provides to car driver with car exhaust gas and sensor information which are car trouble code in engine and many sensors when the car has some problems. This is to provide car manager with many information of car sensors when we go to vehicle maintenance. For example, information of engine RPM, fuel system, intake air temperature, air flow sensors and oxygen sensors can provide to owner or garage, and also add to multimedia system for mp3 files and video files. This system consists of embedded linux system of low power while driving the car which uses OBD-II protocols and zigbee communication interface from CAN communication of car system to self-diagnosis embedded system of car. Finally, low power embedded system has a lot of application and OBD-II protocols for embedded linux system and CAN communication which get sensor informations of car control sensor system while driving the car.

  • 자동차 IT 융합의 흐름에 따라 차량용 엔스크린 관련 기술이 본격적으로 상용화되고 있다. 정보 제공과 콘텐츠 공유를 주요 특성으로 하는 차량용 엔스크린 관련 기술들은 기기간 연동 이슈가 해결되면서 본격적인 서비스를 예고하고 있다. 차량용 엔스크린의 범위는 주요 이슈인 헤드유닛과 스마트폰의 연동 뿐만 아니라, 넓게 보면 블랙박스, 카메라, 뒷좌석 디스플레이, 클라우드 서버까지를 포함한다고 볼 수 있다. 산업적으로는, 헤드유닛을 중심으로 융합을 가져가려는 자동차 업체와 스마트폰을 중심으로 융합을 주도하려는 IT업계가 주도권을 잡기 위한 다양한 경쟁과 협력이 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 차량용 엔스크린 서비스와 관련된 경쟁 동향을 정리하고 관련 기술 동향 및 발전 방향에 대해서 살펴 본다.

  • In this study, we take into account in improving traffic flow in real-time problem. In order to solve the problem, we propose a new approach to manage traffic flow at the intersection in real-time via controlling by traffic light scheduling. In particular, the proposed method is based on process synchronization theory and connected vehicle technology where each vehicle is able to communicate with others. The traffic deadlock is also taken into consideration in case of high traffic volume. The simulation shows the potential results comparing with the existing traffic management system.

  • 본 논문은 자동차 제어 시스템을 위한 플랫폼인 AUTOSAR AP 및 로봇 및 비전 시스템에 주로 사용되는, DDS를 기반으로 한 ROS2 응용 프로그램 간 서비스 기반 통신의 Discovery 과정 구상을 목표로 한다. 이 연구는 ROS2 기반 애플리케이션을 신뢰성과 안정성이 보장된 AUTOSAR AP 기반 제어 시스템에 통합하는 이론적 기반을 제시함으로서, 서로 다른 플랫폼 간의 원활한 통합을 통해 자동차 산업의 기술 발전에 기여할 수 있는 중요한 기술적 발전을 보여줄 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

On-Time Internal Pedestrian Localization Algorithm Based on Ad-Hoc Networks (애드혹 네트워크 기반의 실내 보행자 위치 추적 알고리즘)

  • Situation awareness for vehicles and pedestrians is very critical to ensure safety. While on-board sensors or systems can easily detect line-of-sight pedestrians, it is difficult to locate the positions of out-of-sight pedestrians especially with no GPS service. This paper proposes a method for accurate and on-time localization of indoor pedestrians by nearby vehicles. The proposed method is based on mobile ad-hoc networks among vehicles and pedestrians, without relying on infrastructures such as GPS, WiFi AP, and Bluetooth-based systems. Also, this paper develops a genetic algorithm to accurately and promptly locate pedestrians. Finally, simulation results are presented to quantitatively evaluate the proposed method compared to other studies.
