Depression and Its Related Factors among Dental Hygienists (일부 치과위생사의 우울수준 및 관련요인)

  • 본 논문은 임상 치과위생사들의 우울수준을 파악하고, 관련요인을 알아보고자 D도시 소재 치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사 221명을 대상으로 2009년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지의 기간 동안 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조사대상치과위생사의 우울수준은 정상군 79.1%, 경도 우울군 15.4%, 중등도 우울군 4.1%, 중증 우울군 1.4%로 나타났다. 2. 우울수준은 전문대졸 이하 군일수록, 월평균급여가 적을수록, 업무에 대한 만족도가 "만족하지 못하다"는 군일수록, 업무에 대한 적성이 "맞지 않는다"는 군일수록, 직장에서의 상사나 동료 간의 "유대관계가 좋지 않다"는 군일수록, 주관적인 건강상태가 "건강하지 못하다"는 군일수록, 아침식사를 하지 않는 군일수록, 음주를 하는 군일수록, 운동을 규칙적으로 하지 않는 군일수록, 업무요구도가 높을 때, 업무자율성이 낮을 때, 직장 내 상사의 지지도가 낮을 때 우울수준이 유의하게 높았다. 3. 우울수준과 관련변수들과의 상관관계는 업무에 대한 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성, 직장에서의 상사나 동료 간의 유대관계, 주관적인 건강상태, 상사의 지지도, 동료의 지지도와는 음의 상관관계를 보인 반면, 업무의 요구도와는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 우울수준을 감소시키기 위하여 여러 요인들을 개선 할 수 있는 프로그램의 시행 및 관리방안이 모색되어 향상을 통한 우울관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Analysis of the Clark Model Using the Similarity Characteristics of the Basin (유역의 상사성을 이용한 Clark 모형의 매개변수 해석)

  • The Clark unit hydrograph is a three parameter synthetic unit hydrograph procedure that can be used in flood hydrology. The present work is an attempt to estimate parameters of the Clark model in ungaged basin by means of relationships that provides for the hydrologic similarity. The time area concentration curve was determined by analytic method and the Clark model was generalized by being made dimensionless form. Calculation of the concentration time was made with the formula fractal concept used, and the storage coefficient was estimated by the empirical and regional equation. Evaluation on Dongok basin was performed to prove the validity of the proposed model. The derived hydrograph predicted the observed hydrograph fairly well.

Sports convergence Analysis of muscle power and VAS, ODI of National Male Field Hockey Athletes. (국가대표 필드하키선수들의 허리의 시각적 상사 척도와 오스웨스트리 및 허리 근력의 스포츠 융합분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between visual analogue scale(VAS) of the waist and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) and the muscle strength of the waist for male field hockey athletes. The VAS and ODI were conducted by self-written evaluation, and muscle strength was measured by using DAVID. Pearson correlation was used for data analysis, and the statistical significance level was set to α = .05. The VAS of the waist of male field hockey athletes and the ODI were statistically significant. However, other VAS and the ODI did not correlate to the strength of the lower back. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new exercise program for the rather than strength training during the waist rehabilitation exercise. It is thought that these studies will serve as basic data useful for the development of treatment and exercise programs for athletes in the future.

  • This study was conducted from January 2 to February 2, 2016. Data was collected in response to the self - under the responsibility of the hotel manager explained after enough research and survey information to the Seoul Express Hotel Employees. Firstly the goal was to clarify how the hotel had a positive impact in the employees personal capacity. The results revealed that hotel employees personal capacity had a significant positive influenceon organizational erformance as B=0.657 (p<.001). Second, the hotel and the employees' individual capabilities take advantage of the moderating effect of firm confidence, and it increases the analysis explanatory boss trust described the impact on organizational performance is 49.4%, so for F=96.219 (p<0.001) adjusted effect significant It came in. Significant negative (-) to influence the displayed strong control effect. The lower the trust firm also showed that lowering personal capacity of the hotel staff.

Organizational Justice and Employee Behaviors: The Mediating Roles of Trust in CEO and Supervisor (조직공정성과 종업원 행동과의 관계: 최고경영자 및 상사에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was intended to examine the mediating roles of trust in CEO and supervisor on the relationships between organizational justice and employee behaviors. Data were collected from 4,055 employees across 18 different companies in Korea. Employees were asked to answer on a self-reported questionnaire. The two dimensions of organizational justice (i.e. procedural justice and distributive justice) were used. Employee behaviors were measured using counter-productive behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The hypothesized fully mediated model better fitted the data. Relative to distributive justice, procedural justice was more strongly related to both trust in CEO and trust in supervisor. But there were no significant differences in the degree of relationships between the two dimensions of trust and the two types of employee behaviors. These results showed that procedural justice is more important in enhancing trust in leader.

  • 능동형 자기베어링과 보(Beam)와 피봇으로 구성되는 시소 (SISO)는 제어적 관점에서 보면 많은 유사성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Carl R. Knospe 등이 제안한 보와 피봇을 이용한 1자유도 자기베어링 시뮬레이터를 실제 제작하여, 비레 미분 적분 제어 알고리즘을 적용한 디지털 제어기와, 큰 힘을 발생시키기 위해서는 필연적인 전자석 코일의 큰 인덕턴스에 의해 제한되는 Bandwidth(BW)를 보상하기 위해 앞섬 보상기를 가지는 전류제어기를 구현하였다. 복잡한 자기베어링 시스템을 기구적으로 간단한 보와 피봇 시스템으로 상사시킴으로써, 자기베어링 제어 알고리즘 개발 및 파라미터 튜닝의 목적을 달성할 수 있었다.

Feedback Seeking Behavior in Work Information Environment (작업정보환경에서의 피이드백 추구행위)

  • 본 연구는 조직의 작업정보환경이 개인의 피이드백 추구 행위에 어떤 영향을 주는가에 관한 탐색적인 연구이다. 피이드백 추구 행위를 '탐지'와 '문의'의 유형으로 나누되, 피이드백 원천에 따라 상사에 대한 문의, 상사에 대한 탐지, 동료에 대한 문의, 동료에 대한 탐지를 구분하였으며, 작업정보환경은 피이드백 원천(상사, 동료, 자기자신)으로부터의 피이드백을 피이드백 부호(긍정적 피이드백, 부정적 피이드백)에 따라 평가하였다. 연구의 방법은 군 헬리콥터 조정사 훈련생 187명을 대상으로 질문지 방법에 의하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, '탐지'와 '문의'의 피이드백 추구행위는 정의 상관관계를 보임으로써 피이드백 추구전략으로서 두 행위 유형은 서로 대체관계에 있지 않으며, 특정 유형의 피이드백 추구행위가 오히려 다른 유형의 피이드백 추구행위에 대한 필요성을 높여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, '탐지'를 통한 피이드백과 '문의'를 통한 피이드백은 적어도 질적으로 상이한 정보를 제공하여 주는 것으로 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 어떤 원천으로부터 제공되었거나 추구된 피이드백 정보는 다른 피이드백 원천으로의 추구행위와 정의 상관관계를 보임으로써, 여러 피이드백 원천들로부터 제공되는 피이드백 정보는 피이드백 수신자에게 서로 대체적인 역할을 하지 않으며, 특정 피이드백 원천으로부터의 피이드백은 피이드백 수신자로 하여금 질적으로 상이한 정보를 제공하여 주는 것으로 인식되는 상이한 원천으로부터의 피이드백을 추구하도록 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 작업정보환경에서 긍정적 피이드백이 주어지면 인상관리의 측면에서 적극적으로 피이드백을 추구하는 경향이 있었으며, 부정적 피이드백이 주어진 경우, 본 연구에서와 같이 성과가 매우 중요시 여겨지는 조직에서는 개인이 그 정보적 가치를 높게 평가하여 대체로 피이드백을 적극적으로 추구하는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Moderating Effects of Emotional Intelligence in the Relations between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment (조직 내 상사의 변혁적 리더십과 부하직원의 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 감성적 지능의 조절효과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effects of emotional intelligence in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. To achieve the this research purpose, theoretical and empirical studies related to transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence were carried out simultaneously. The established hypotheses related to transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence were verified by the hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS. The result of this research are as followers : First, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was significant(${\beta}$=0.146, p<.01). The interaction term for charisma and emotional intelligence had a significant and positive relationship with organizational commitment. Second, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was insignificant(${\beta}$=2.295, p<.05) The interaction term for inspirational motivation and emotional intelligence had a significant and positive relationship with organizational commitment. Third, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was significant(${\beta}$=0.200, p<.001). The interaction term for intellectual stimulation and emotional intelligence had a significant and positive relationship with organizational commitment. Fourth, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that moderation term was significant(${\beta}$=2.213, p<.01).

Effect of Organizational Justice on Organizational Effectiveness and the Mediating Role of Supervisor Trust -With a focus on the MICE industry employees- (조직공정성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향과 상사신뢰의 매개역할 -MICE산업 종사자들을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of distributive and procedural justice on organizational effectiveness and the mediating role of supervisor trust among the MICE industry employees. For the study, data were collected from 303 MICE industry employees in metropolitan area by self-administered questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. The results of this study showed that organizational justice had effects on organizational effectiveness measured in terms of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour of MICE industrial employees and that supervisor trust mediated the relationship between organizational justice and organizational effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, the theoretical implications of the findings were discussed and directions for future research were advanced.

The effect of techno-overload and techno-invasion on work-family conflict: mediating effect of psychological detachment and moderating effect of leader-member exchange (테크노 과중과 테크노 침해가 일-가정 갈등에 미치는 영향: 일로부터의 심리적 분리의 매개 효과 및 상사-부하 교환관계의 조절 효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of techno-overload and techno-invasion on work-family conflict and the mediating role of psychological detachment from work to techno-overload and techno-invasion. In addition, this study examined the moderating role of leader-member exchange in the relationship between techno-overload, techno-invasion and psychological detachment from work. The results from 306 participants provided evidence that (1) techono-invasion was negatively related to psychological detachment from work, (2) psychological detachment from work was negatively related to work-family conflict, (3) psychological detachment from work partially mediated the relationship between techno-invasion and work-family conflict (4) leader-member exchange moderated the relationship between techno-invasion and psychological detachment from work. Based on the results, implications of these findings, limitations, and future research were dicussed in general discussion.
