The Study on the Elderly Homodialysis Patients' Transition of Health Condition and Health-related Quality of Life (혈액투석노인의 건강상태 변화인식과 건강관련 삶의 질에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study examines the elderly hemodialysis patients' Health-related quality in life(HRQL) and investigates the relationship between HRQL and transition of health condition. The subject were 443 elderly hemodialysis patients(over 65 years old) in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The Health-related quality of life scale was used in this research, in which were analysed a wide range of statistical descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, multiple regression and the Scheffe test. The results were as follows. The HRQL were statiscally significant difference by Gender, Educational level, Live with spouse, Best supporter, and Number of Disease. Also the factor related to transition of health condition was Number of Disease. The transition of health condition accounted for 13.9% of variance in HRQL and Number of Disease accounted for an additional 7.4% of HRQL. The factors, which influenced finally on the HRQL in the elderly hemodialysis patients, were transition of health condition and number of disease. In conclusion adequate hemodialysis treatment and social services should be provided in accordance with the factors affecting HRQL in order to improve the HRQL for elderly hemodialysis patients.

  • The study examined the impact of medical servicescape, human services, and effects on perceived value and customer satisfaction. From July 1, 2016 to August 31, 2016, a total of 300 outpatients visiting the university hospital and general hospital in Ulsan area participated the study. As a result, the general features of the Servicescape were more important to the aged and the higher the academic background, the higher the scores of Human Service and perceived value were revealed. There was a positive correlation between the service schedule of the medical institution, human service, perceived value, and customer satisfaction. And the factors affecting customer satisfaction were in order of human service (${\beta}=0.382$), perceived value (${\beta}=0.376$). The service scapegoats and personal services offered by customers visiting healthcare providers play an important role in understanding the internal health and needs of customers, and this research results will serve as a basic material for strengthening the competitiveness of medical institutions.

The Relationship between the Perceived Career Barriers on the Career Compromise: Focused on the Moderate Effect on the Self-Efficacy (인지된 진로장벽이 진로타협에 미치는 영향 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived career barriers to career compromise of university students who are looking for jobs. In this research, career barriers are classified interior barriers and exterior barriers and the moderate effect was verified on the relation between both barriers and career compromise. The collected 280 survey sheets were analyzed using regression analysis. As results, both career barriers affect on the career compromise positively. And self-efficacy has a moderate effect on the relation between career barriers and career compromise. These findings show that self-efficacy can help students overcome their career barriers. In the further studies, it is necessary to examine whether the employee' job satisfaction and turnover rate are related to self-efficacy.

Effect of Long-term Care Worker's Person-Centered Care on Service Quality of long term care facility -Focusing on mediating effects of long term care worker's emotional labor and job satisfaction- (요양보호사의 인간중심케어와 서비스 질의 관계 -요양보호사의 감정노동과 직무만족의 매개효과 중심-)

  • In this study, we analyze the relationships between long-term care workers' person-centeredness and job satisfaction, emotional labor, and service quality. Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect data from 460 long-term care workers in long-term care facilities. In the research model, person-centered care was verified using independent variables, with emotional labor (surface behavior, internal behavior) and job satisfaction applied as parameters, and service quality applied as a dependent variable. The results of this study are as follows. First, the fit of the model is good. Second, the implicit behavior of emotional labor is found to be an important factor affecting service quality. Also, emotional labor is an important mediator, improving the value of person-centered care and service quality. There is a positive correlation between internal behavior and service quality, and a negative correlation between surface behavior and service quality. Third, emotional labor (surface behavior, internal behavior) is the most influential variable in terms of service quality. The results of this study demonstrate the necessity to pay clinical and academic attention to person-centered care in terms of long-term care workers' emotional labor and service quality.

Association between Satisfaction with Assistive Technology Devices and Psychosocial Impact among Some Mentally or Physically Disabled Children (뇌병변 및 지체 장애아의 보조공학기기 사용 만족도와 심리사회적 영향의 관련성)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the association between satisfaction with assistive technology devices and psychosocial impact among some mentally or physically disabled children. Methods: The study subjects were 120 disabled children and their primary caregivers who were using rental assistive technology devices in Gwangju and Jeollanam-Do. Data were collected by structured questionnaire composed of general characteristics of subjects, characteristics related with using assistive devices. Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0 (QUEST 2.0) and Psychosocial Impact of Assistive Device Scale (PIADS). The statistical analysis were performed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlational analysis. Results: The total mean score for QUEST 2.0 was $4.08{\pm}0.66$ (satisfaction with devices, $4.01{\pm}0.70$; satisfaction with the assistive devices service, $4.14{\pm}0.90$) and the mean of PIADS was $1.00{\pm}0.75$ (ability, $0.99{\pm}0.78$; adaptability, $1.04{\pm}0.86$; self-respect, $0.99{\pm}0.74$). The scores of PIADS was statistically significant difference according to usage time of assistive devices. The PIADS was significantly positive correlated with QUEST 2.0 Conclusions: The mentally or physically disabled children reported that the higher level of satisfaction and the more positive impact of psychosocial aspect with assistive technology devices. It would be necessary to perform further studies for addressing the effects of assistive technology devices.

Relationships between Knowledge, Attitude and Preventive Behavior about Tuberculosis in Service Workers (서비스직 종사자들의 결핵관련 지식, 태도 및 예방행위)

  • This study examined the relationships among levels of knowledge, attitude and preventive behavior regarding tuberculosis in service workers. The survey period was 1 - 7 October, 2015 with service workers who work in large scale stores in Jeonnam. The collected data were analyzed using an independent t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The mean score for knowledge about tuberculosis was $14.05{\pm}6.39$, the mean score of attitude toward tuberculosis was $29.87{\pm}4.89$ and the mean score of preventive behavior for tuberculosis was $31.44{\pm}4.86$. Preventive behavior was found to have significant relationships with gender, marital status, smoking, job satisfaction, and subjective health status. A slightly positive correlation was observed between the knowledge of tuberculosis and the attitudes toward tuberculosis. A positive correlation was noted between the attitude toward tuberculosis and preventive behavior for tuberculosis, while there was a negative correlation between the preventive behavior and age. Therefore, is necessary to consider the related factors for the development and implementation of systematic education programs that can encourage and promote preventive behavior for tuberculosis among service workers.

Mediating effect of Self-Leadership in relationship between College-Life Satisfaction and Academic Self-Efficacy of Beauty Major Chinese Students (미용전공 중국유학생의 대학생활만족도와 학업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to find the mediating effect of self-leadership in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and college-life satisfaction of Chinese students majoring in beauty. Surveys were answered by 400 Chinese students from July to August 2019 and analyzed as follows. We used the SPSS22.0 program and Process macro for SPSS to analyze the frequency, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and bootstrap method. The results of the analysis showed a positive correlation among the college-life satisfaction, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy of Chinese students, and self-leadership acted as a partially mediating variable between academic self-efficacy and college-life satisfaction. Therefore, it was found that a higher college-life satisfaction and self-leadership resulted in a higher academic self-efficacy. Based on these results, in order to alleviate the problems of college life maladjustment and low learning efficiency of Chinese students majoring in beauty, the development of self-leadership education programs is becoming more important. This must be emphasized in the Edu-Tech era due to the need for customized education programs for international students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Teaching self-efficacy and self-service resilient impact on career maturity and career stress (교육서비스 자기효능감과 자아탄력성이 진로성숙과 진로스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined whether career decision-making self-efficacy, self-resilience, and career maturity in university students affects the job seeking stress. In particular, this study focused on whether career maturity has a mediating effect among career decision-making self-efficacy, self-resilience and job seeking stress. University students have approximately three points in career maturity - the mid-point of a five-point scale, and career decision-making self-efficacy was proved as a variable affecting the career maturity. In addition, self-resilience has no significant effect on career maturity, and a study of the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and job seeking stress revealed a low correlation. In career decision-making self-efficacy affecting job seeking stress, the career decision-making self-efficacy itself has an effect on the job seeking stress but job seeking stress can improve the career maturity. This study, which is related to career maturity, is different from previous studies dealing with only a single dimension for the direct influence.

블로그, 키워드검색광고, SNS채널 운영이 온라인쇼핑몰의 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 소비자 개인특성의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 통계청 자료에 따르면 지난해 자영업 폐업률은 전년 대비 10.2% 포인트 높은 87.9%를 기록했다. 자영업 4개 업종인 도소매업, 음식, 숙박업은 지난해 48만 3985개가 새로 생겼으며 반면 42만 5203개가 문을 닫았다. 2018년 8월 통계청 자료에 따르면 온라인쇼핑 거래액은 전년 동월 대비 19.6% 증가했고, 모바일쇼핑 거래액도 모바일 이용 확산과 간편 결제 서비스 발전 등에 힘입어 전년 동월 대비 29.7% 증가하였다. 본 연구에서는 소매업인 온라인 쇼핑몰은 매년 20%대의 성장률을 보이고 있는 점에 주목해서 온라인 쇼핑몰의 매출 성과와 연관이 있는 방문 의도에 미치는 변수를 연구하고자 한다. 해마다 판매자가 증가하고 있는 온라인 쇼핑몰 업계는 치열한 경쟁과 늘어나는 마케팅 비용을 감당하지 못해 폐업의 수순을 밟고 있는 경우가 많다. 온라인쇼핑 운영자들이 하고 있는 대표적인 마케팅 방법인 블로그, 키워드 검색광고, SNS 채널 마케팅이 온라인 쇼핑몰의 방문 의도에 얼마나 영향을 미치고 있는지 연구 조사하고자 한다. 특히 온라인 쇼핑몰에 방문하는 사람들의 개인적 특성인 충동구매 성향, 다양성 추구 성향, 자기조절 성향을 조절 변수로 하여 개인 성향에 따라 각 독립변수들과의 방문 의도 상관관계를 알아보려 한다. 독립변수들이 방문 의도와의 관계를 실증 분석하여 온라인쇼핑몰의 준비하는 예비창업자나 기창업자들에게 보다 지속적인 기업성장과 매출성과에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Relationship between the Service Quality of Dance Performance Halls and Satisfaction with Performance Halls as well as re-spectating (무용공연장 서비스 품질과 공연장 만족 및 재관람 의사의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the service quality of dance performance halls influences the satisfaction with performance halls and willingness of re-spectating. To perform this study, questionnaires were used and frequent analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Conclusions are as follows; First, the service quality of dance performance halls had an effect on the satisfaction of dance performance halls. Second, the service quality of dance performance halls had an effect on re-spectating. Third, the satisfaction with performance halls influenced the re-spectating. These results show that the higher the service quality becomes the more positive effect appears between the satisfaction of performance halls and re-spectating.
