This article was examines an attitude towards Tourism Development that has relevance to social psychological differences of individuals in terms of social psychological research on Tourism Development. It used the self-monitoring scale developed by Snyder(1974) who focused on individual behavior, which has been recently paid attention in the field of social psychology. It is considered that the result of this study contributes to academic world from two extensive points of view. One is that this study was conducted without any previous studies on self-monitoring and was performed to arrange the concept of Tourism Development Attitude in the stream. Another one is that this research proved the influence of self-monitoring on the citizen's propensity towards Tourism Development Attitude toward economic impact, Tourism Development Attitude toward social impact and with the tendency of participating in tourism development. Finally, Tourism Development Attitude that has relevance to social psychological differences of individuals.

통계청 자료에 따르면 지난해 자영업 폐업률은 전년 대비 10.2% 포인트 높은 87.9%를 기록했다. 자영업 4개 업종인 도소매업, 음식, 숙박업은 지난해 48만 3985개가 새로 생겼으며 반면 42만 5203개가 문을 닫았다. 2018년 8월 통계청 자료에 따르면 온라인쇼핑 거래액은 전년 동월 대비 19.6% 증가했고, 모바일쇼핑 거래액도 모바일 이용 확산과 간편 결제 서비스 발전 등에 힘입어 전년 동월 대비 29.7% 증가하였다. 본 연구에서는 소매업인 온라인 쇼핑몰은 매년 20%대의 성장률을 보이고 있는 점에 주목해서 온라인 쇼핑몰의 매출 성과와 연관이 있는 방문 의도에 미치는 변수를 연구하고자 한다. 해마다 판매자가 증가하고 있는 온라인 쇼핑몰 업계는 치열한 경쟁과 늘어나는 마케팅 비용을 감당하지 못해 폐업의 수순을 밟고 있는 경우가 많다. 온라인쇼핑 운영자들이 하고 있는 대표적인 마케팅 방법인 블로그, 키워드 검색광고, SNS 채널 마케팅이 온라인 쇼핑몰의 방문 의도에 얼마나 영향을 미치고 있는지 연구 조사하고자 한다. 특히 온라인 쇼핑몰에 방문하는 사람들의 개인적 특성인 충동구매 성향, 다양성 추구 성향, 자기조절 성향을 조절 변수로 하여 개인 성향에 따라 각 독립변수들과의 방문 의도 상관관계를 알아보려 한다. 독립변수들이 방문 의도와의 관계를 실증 분석하여 온라인쇼핑몰의 준비하는 예비창업자나 기창업자들에게 보다 지속적인 기업성장과 매출성과에 도움이 되고자 한다.

This research intends to find factors to analyze users, non-users, and the relation between how many sites people use and the users' tendencies, in regards of social network services such as Facebook, Twitter, and Cyworld. The major results are as follows: firstly, the user group seems to be composed of people who are younger, have higher self-efficacy, and use smartphones, compared to the non-user group. Secondly, a single-site user group has lower motivation of 'expert search and expression' and a lower degree of personal tendency of innovation (novelty seeking and self-efficacy), compared to multiple-site user group. Thirdly, foreign SNS user groups have a higher degree of personal tendency of innovation and motivation of 'experts search and expression' than the Cyworld user group. On the other hand, the Cyworld user group seems to be affected by reference group in their use, while they have high motivation of 'connection'. In conclusion, there were significant relationships between personality and multiple SNS uses. Also, Cyworld users tended to use it for maintaining established relationships.

연구배경: 데이트 폭력은 청소년을 포함한 젊은 인구집단의 신체적, 정신적 건강을 위협하는 중요한 공중보건 문제이다. 친밀한 남녀관계에서 시작되는 데이트 폭력의 위협에 노출되는 시기가 바로 청소년들이 생애주기 상 가장 급격히 발달하면서 많은 변화를 겪는 시기라는 것이 더 민감한 관심을 끈다. 그러나 이 문제 또는 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력들의 정도와 심각성을 이해하기 위한 구조적인 노력은 그다지 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 미국 청소년과 성인 초기 연령집단의 데이트 폭력 예방, 측정 도구, 위험 요인, 이환정도에 대해 지금까지의 관련 연구자료 고찰하여 일반적인 경향을 소개하는데 있다. 연구방법: 1990년부터 2007년까지 발표된 청소년과 성인 초기 인구의 데이트 폭력에 관한 60개의 논문을 검색하여 고찰하였다. 사회과학과 보건과학 관련 연구논문의 검색모듈을 활용하였는데 PsycInfo, Pubmed, 그리고 CINAHL였다. 연구결과: 데이트 폭력의 위험요인은 크게 개인적 요인, 심인적 요인, 가족 요인, 학교 및 친구 집단 요인으로 나뉘어진다. 개인적 요인으로는 자아존중감, 성, 인종, 약물사용, 성상대자 수, 과거 폭력경험이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이 밖의 다른 개인적 요인, 즉 심인적 요인으로는 자기효능감, 식습관, 반사회적 행동 등이 있었다. 가족 요인으로는 가족 구조, 부모 성향이 유의미한 특성들이었으며 이 밖에 학교, 친구, 지역사회의 환경적 요인이 관련 있는 것으로 보고되었다.

This study is a meta-analysis study to comprehensively investigate the effects of flipped learning teaching applied to nursing students in Korea through systematic review. Data collection was conducted by a team of two researchers from November 20 to December 20, 2022. A total of 129 papers were searched through the domestic database, and duplicate papers were removed and the final 9 studies were selected. Flipped learning improved critical thinking disposition of nursing students 0.91(Z=8.36, p<.001), learning self-efficacy 0.35 (Z=2.62, p=.009), self-directed learning ability 0.81(Z=6.53, p<.001), academic achievement 0.60(Z=5.18, p<.001), and self-efficacy 0.66(Z=4.79, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that flipped learning is an effective teaching method applicable to the domestic nursing education field, and an objective basis was presented for the direction of flipped learning class design. In the future, we suggest repeated studies that comprehensively analyze the effects of various outcome variables that have a positive effect on flipped learning.
