In this study, we tried to find qualification items that qualified the processing skill of information and internet application on information and communication industry. The purpose of this research is to detect operation condition of national, private, and many other qualifications using digital information application ability and then developed new qualification items which able to solve problems on present qualification items. Related works and the data analysis for this study were performed and the committee that is composed of qualification item experts, professor, and the person in charge of Korea information & communication institute was held in twice.

This study is designed to review the current status of the National Technical Qualification(NTQ) system in the field of die & mold, which is focused on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of die & mold professionals including the master craftsman, engineer, industrial engineer and craftsman. And it is also the purpose of this study to suggest improvement strategies for the NTQ system in the field of the die & mold. This study analyze the NTQ system for the die & mold technologies or skills based on the role model which is matched their business demands, and prepares the authority(such as Human Resources Development Service of Korea) for NTQ creation, combination, abolition, setting questions, and standards correction with priority given to die & mold industry and NTQ. It also offers elective options to reshuffle NTQs through focus group interview by experts.

건설교통부가 지난 2월 22일 건설업 관리지침을 일부 개정하였습다. 이번 개정은 국가기술자격법 개정에 따라 자격종목 폐지 및 명칭변경으로 인하여 종전 기술자격취득자의 불이익 방지(통폐합된 직종에 대하여는 통합되기 전 국가기술자격자도 인정) 및 폐업신고 후 재등록 시 지위승계되는 점을 악용하여 건설업자의 주기적 신고의무 회피를 방지하는 등 운용상의 문제점을 보완한 것입니다. 이에 본지는 건설업 관리지침의 신∙구조문 대비표와 전문을 게재하오니 회원사 여러분의 많은 활용을 바랍니다.
