An infatuation with webtoons is facilitated by the ultra-rapid internet infrastructures and the highest ratio of penetration of smartphones in the world. Recently, the webtoon has been the focus of a new cultural content and its development has been noticed both and home and abroad. This study aims to find the new role of webtoon as a socio-cultural communication media. The webtoon reflects the reality as it is and shows directly and minutely the social problems, even although the other media make it glorified or reduced. We observe the role of webtoon as a new communication media content that can make the place for social discussion within several generations and social stratums, in which the producer and the consumer can communicate directly and immediately. Two webtoons( and ) have been selected for a textual analysis. In two webtoons, we analyse the method of representation of the social problem in the technique of expression and storytelling. This helps us maintain that the webtoon deserves as the socio-cultural communication media and the social problems represented in webtoon must have been evaluated more valuable in a new perspective.

본 논문에서는 실용음악학과를 지원하는 수험생들의 입시준비교육기관인 실용음악학원의 교육과정과 실태에 대하여 기술한다. 또한 영리 목적의 대형 실용음악학원들의 입시 프로그램과 다양한 세부전공 수험생들의 보편적 전략을 비교함으로써 입학 후 실기 곡 위주의 입시교육으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 신입생들의 전공실기 이수능력문제와 대학의 실용음악교육과정 운영상의 문제점을 분석한다. 아울러 일관성 있는 심화교육을 위하여 실용음악학원과 대학 상호간의 교육프로그램 연계와 실용음악학원의 단계별 입시프로그램을 제안하고자 한다.

The College entrance examination stress syndrome is a kind of anxiety disorder. The underlying cause of this disorder is not a test anxiety itself. One's hidden inner and familial conflicts are more likely attributed to this disorder. Patient's the most common complaints are various psychosomatic symptoms but in severe cases underlying psychopathology may be activated and progress to major psychosis. In a broad sense adolescent's delinguent behavior, drug abuse, school drop-out and sucide are closely related to this syndrome. In clinical management of these patients, considering the special situation of impending examination, the therapist must access to central conflict theme in a short time without severe resistance. The authors classified this syndrome into 5 clinical subtypes ; 'the anxious group', 'the exhaustion group', 'the despair group', 'the emptyness group' and 'the boredome group'. Typical case of each subtype and it's management methods were presented briefly.

This paper intends to comprehend the background and various responses in sites of the university admissions reform in Japan which attracts the huge attention of educators in Korea these days. First of all, in order to grasp the roots of the reform, the historic development of various tests and university admission system was analyzed. Tracing the discussion of the three government committees, the process that the reform proposal was formed was also examined. After reviewing the formation and sample tests of the new university entrance examination and the introduction of the International Baccalaureate to Japanese high schools, several points to be considered in the reform of the university entrance examination system in Korea were suggested.

Although the comprehensive school report system which was renamed from the admission officer system has been stably implemented in Korea, the fairness of the college admission system concerning the evaluation on the extra-curricular domain has still been a controversial issue. Thus, it has been the main topic in the educational policy to consider the desirable college admission system and investigate the problems of current changes in the admission system. On the other hand, the college admission system has not been the problem for students and people concerned in Canada. The completion of higher education is more important than the admission itself in Canada due to the standardization of higher education institutions such as universities in quality. In this regard, this study aims to examine the education and college admission system in Canada in general focusing on the cases of the province of Quebec.
