In this paper, Water Entry Point Selection Algorithm(WEPSA) for selecting an optimal Water Entry Point of anti-submarine missiles which maximizes Detection Probability about a given target was investigated. WEPSA is a method which decides the position of an optimal Water Entry Point with calculating the target Detection Probability of a torpedo in the whole domain which centered by the target, performing the Monte-Carlo Simulations which include errors for the target informations and for weapon delivery. We can decide an optimal Water Entry Point of anti-submarine missiles which maximizes Detection Probability about a given target with WEPSA, if we get target informations about target range, target bearing, target speed and target course from Combat Systems.

글로벌 경쟁 시대에서 해외 정보의 신속한 입수는 국가 경쟁력의 핵심이다. 특히 과학기술 분야의 경우 선진국의 연구 동향 및 정책을 신속히 파악하는 것은 더욱 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 KISTI의 해외동향정보서비스를 기준으로 해외의 속보를 신속히 입수, 번역하여 수요자에게 전달되는 과정을 살펴본다. 또한 다량의 정보를 소수의 관리 인원으로 관리하기 위한 정보 품질 관리 기법도 소개한다.

과거 서지DB 제작시스템은 자료의 수집부터 DB제작에 이르기까지 자료입수지연 및 서지데이터입력오류, 중복레코드생성, 권호정보의 부정확한 기입, 철자오류와 관련된 많은 문제들을 내포하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이와같은 문제들을 최소화하기 위해 SISAC기반 서지DB 제작시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 기존 가용자원을 최대한 활용하기 위해 SISAC 바코드를 스캐닝하여 자료의 입수처리를 신속하게 하고, 서지데이터를 입력할 때 기존에 구축된 데이터를 공유함으로써 데이터 중복입력으로 인한 시간소모적인 작업을 줄인다. 그리고 개방형 환경에서 양질의 능력을 지닌 DB제작 전문가를 선정하는데 투명성을 제공하고, 이들 DB제작전문가를 활용함으로써 데이터의 품질향상에 기여한다.

The numerical methodology for simulating water entry behaviors of the high-speed bodies has been developed. Since the present method assumed the impact occurs within a very short time interval, the viscous effects do not have enough time to play a significant role in the impact forces, that is, the flow around a water-entry object was assumed as an incompressible potential flow and is solved by the source panel method. The elements fully submerged into the water are routinely teated, but the elements intersected by the effective planar free surface are redefined and reorganized to be amenable to the source panel method. To validate the present code, it has been applied to the ogive model and compared with experimental data. Good agreement has been obtained. The water entry behavior of the bouncing phenomena from the free surface has been also simulated using the impact forces and two degree of freedom dynamic equation. Physically, acceptable results have been obtained.

In the present study, the water impact loads on two-dimensional symmetric and asymmetric wedges were mainly studied. The impact pressure and force were measured during a vertical drop of the symmetric and asymmetric wedges. The measured pressure was compared with analytic solutions. The measured force at a local area of the wedge was compared with the integrated pressures and analytic solutions. Some findings on symmetric and asymmetrical wedge drops are presented, and the reliability of the force sensor used for the measurement of the local impact force is discussed.

본 연구는 대중교통 활용도를 높이고자 효율적인 버스 환승지 추천 서비스를 설계한다. 제주데이터 허브에서 입수한 승하차데이터를 처리하여 승객수와 버스의 정류장 도착시간 등을 예측함은 물론 인터넷 연결을 통해 버스정보시스템과 연동하여 현재의 교통상황을 실시간으로 입수하여 효율적인 환승지를 추천한다. 승객은 변동되는 교통상황에 따라 이동중에도 더 좋은 환승 노선으로 변경할 수 있으며 데이터센터 관점에서는 축적되고 있는 버스 데이터의 활용도도 높일 수 있다.

본절에서는 초보적인 Programming을 설명하기 위하여 편의상 몇가지의 구체적인 명령어를 준비래 주기로 한다. 곧 계산기에 따라 명령의 종류 기능이 약간씩 틀리겠지만 현재입수가능한 중형계산기를 염두에 두고 27종의 명령어를 선출하여 이것을 표준 명령으로 쓰겠다.
