  • DDC에서 임의규정은 문화적, 지역적인 차이를 수용하기 위해서 제공되는 것이다. 한국의 도서관들은 DDC에서 재 전개할 수 있는 방법으로 제시한 심의규정을 따르지 않고, 자체적으로 재 전개한 분류표를 사용하고 있는 경우가 대부분이다. 임의규정을 이용하면 분류표의 지시를 근거로해서 개개의 도서관의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 재 전개를 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 임의규정의 유형과 한국 도서관에서 사용할 수 있는 적용 시안을 제시하였다.

A Study on the Standard Relocations and Expansions of DDC for Korean Libraries (DDC 한국관련 표준전개표 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated relocations and expansions of DDC for the Korean university libraries using DDC to develop the standard relocations and expansions suitable for Korean situations. Contents of the standard relocations and expansions of DDC suggested by this study are as followed : Table2, Table5 and Table6. Also included are the Generalities class, Oriental philosophies from the Philosophy class, Buddhism and the oriental-origin religions from the Religion class, Public administration for the Social sciences class, the Language class, the Literature class, and the General geography and history class. The major characteristics of this study is that the standard relocations and expansions of DDC is followed by the options in DDC although it is followed by the basic systems in case that the options are not allowed.

A Comparative Study on the Edition Statement in Bibliographic Description (서지기술에 있어 판사항에 관한 비교연구)

  • This study make comparative analysis of the cataloging rules on the edition area included in the KCR4, NCR(2001), AACR2R, ISBD(M), and ISBD(ER). There is a delicate difference between the cataloging rules. The main features on the edition are as the follows. (1) In the bibliography description the concept of the edition is a general application. That is to say, the edition construct the new edition and the impression. The former comes the purview of a change content, the size, and a printing type. The latter publish newly- (2) The requisite for description of the edition area consists of a edition statement, statements of responsibility relating to the edition, additional edition statement, and statements of responsibility following an additional edition statement. Voluntary rules transcribe the parallel edition statement. (3) In the case of the electronic materials special versions on content and Auction indicates as the edition, but the environment of software does not indicate as it. (4) Parallel statement of responsibility relating to the edition, parallel additional edition statements, and parallel statements of responsibility following an additional edition statement are voluntary rules or not transcribed in the edition area.

A Comparative Analysis on the School Library Law of Korea and Japan (한국과 일본의 학교도서관법 비교 분석)

  • This study aims to analyze and compare the components of school library laws of Korea and Japan. The laws of two nations were legislated by the members of the National Assembly, and NGO contributed significantly to the legislative process. The common parts of the two laws are objectives, definitions, responsibilities of nations, establishments, tasks, human resources, collaborative networks, and education, etc. For the task of school libraries, Korean law emphasizes the function of education, while the Japan law focuses on the basic duties of school libraries. In terms of human resources, school libraries in Korea can have a teacher librarian, a practice teacher, or a librarian, but in Japan, they can have either a teacher librarian or a school librarian. The Korea law specifies the aspects of facilities and materials, but the Japan law does not. Finally, for the educational role, the Korean libraries have reading and information literacy training that are parts of school curriculum, while the Japan libraries have only a library use guidance program and does not include reading education.

It also has to decide whether the evidences are illegal and eliminated by these two requisites even in probative value and evidence admissibility on confession of the party under the illegal voluntary company.

  • 본 연구에서는 상수관망의 신뢰도 기반 최적화설계에서 시스템 구성물의 기계적 고장의 영향뿐만이 아니라 관로의 수리학적 능력과 절점수요에서의 불확실성이 결합되어 인식할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 수질과 연관된 신뢰도 문제는 고려하지 않았고 단지 수량의 항으로 수요자들의 요구량을 충족시키기 위해 급수관망의 공급능력을 고려하였다. 수량의 관점에서 관망의 신뢰도의 측정은 절점 수요량들이 항상 만족되어진다고 가정한 상태에서 불충분한 수두의 정도를 이용한다. 따라서 절점신뢰도는 공급되는 절점수두가 미리 규정된 최소수두를 상외하거나 충족시키는 확률로 정의되어진다. 이 모형에 의해 설계된 상수관망은 정상관망 상태구성(구성물의 고장이 발생하지 않았을 경우)와 미리 정해진 고장 시나리오의 범위와 연관된 관망의 악화된 구성상태 모두에서 절점에서의 임의의 수요량과 임의의 수리학적 능력하에서 상수공급량의 항으로 규정된 수준의 서어비스의를 제공할 수 있다. 본 모형은 다양한 관망구성에 내해 상수관망의 신뢰도의 정도를 결정하기 위해서 Monte-Carlo 모의를 이용하였다. 실제 상수관망에 내해 본 인구모형을 이용하여 신뢰도 및 최적화 해석이 수행되었다. 해석결과 본 모형은 합리적으로 관망 전체에 대해 합리적인 범위의 신뢰도를 유지하면서 관망의 건설비용의 치적화가 수행될 수 있었다.

The study of U.K.'s FSMA on the insolvency of financial institutions and implications in South Korea (금융기관 정리절차와 관련된 법률적 고찰과 시사점: 영국 FSMA와 국내 관계법률을 중심으로)

  • After studying FSMA 24, We found that the insolvency rule of financial institutions in FSMA consists of eight provisions: 1) voluntary arrangement, 2) administration order, 3) receiverships, 4) voluntary winding up, 5) winding up by the court, 6) bankruptcy, 7) provisions against debt avoidance, and 8) supplemental provisions in insurance cases. Insolvency provisions in FSMA explain powers and accountabilities of FSA in relation to these insolvency proceedings. Although there are some differences in proceedings, provisions entitle FSA the same status as creditors to petition the court, with a right to participate in related meetings and to be notified of any matters involving insolvency proceedings. The differences and implications between U.K.'s FSMA and Korean regulations are related to the insolvency rule of financial institutions. First, in FSMA, FSA has a comprehensive power to manage insolvency proceedings of financial institutions in a centralized way. However, Korean regulations have special laws to regulate insolvency in a decentralized way. The offices executing those laws are the Financial Services Committee, the Financial Supervisory Service, and the Financial Deposit Insurance Corporation. This characteristic results from an accelerated legislation procedures related to financial reform in 1997 Korean financial crisis. Second, FSA contains special provisions on continuation of contracts of long-term insurance considering the characteristics of insurance industry related to insolvency of financial institution. However, Korean insolvency rules applied to financial institutions do not consider industrial differences and the characteristics of financial contracts, so need to be supplemented in the future.

  • Th~ss tud is to recommend a suggestion to adapt and expand the class 200 Religon for Korean libraries using DDC.   • 본 논문은 현행 전기통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규칙 제27조에서 규정하고 있는 통신사업자가 일반에 공개하여야 할 통신규약의 종류와 범위를 규명하기 위하여 연구된 내용이다. 상기 규정에 의해 주요 통신사업자들이 자신의 망에 적용하는 통신규약을 공개하기는 하나 아직까지 어떤 정형화된 내용 범위 없이 임의로 공개하고 있다. 동 규정의 제2항에서 이에 대한 범위에 대해서는 별도로 정하여 고시하도록 하고 있으며 본 연구는 그 범위를 정하기 위한 것이다. 통신규약의 범위가 넓고 다양한 관계로 그 실제적 필요성을 좇아 공개 범위를 정하기가 용이치 않으나 그 근본 정의에서부터 실제 적용 범위에 이르기까지 조사 분석함으로써 규명된 공개 범위 요소를 설정하고자 노력하였다.
