The purpose of this study was to understand the integration and clinical practice stress of nursing students and to understand the relationship with department satisfaction. Data collection was from June to July 2021. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of scales of integration, clinical practice stress, and departmental satisfaction, targeting 3rd and 4th grade nursing students who have had more than one clinical practice experience. A total of 394 copies were analyzed using the SPSS program to analyze the data. As a result of the study, integration showed a positive correlation with department satisfaction (r=.412, p<.01) and a negative correlation with clinical practice stress (r=-.193, p<.01). The predictive factors affecting the department satisfaction of nursing students were integration (β=.406, p<.001) and admission motivation (β=.166, p=.006), which accounted for 20% of the total variance. Integration Performance It was confirmed that the motivation for entering the nursing department affects department satisfaction. In order to increase the department satisfaction of nursing students, it is thought that it is necessary to operate an integration promotion program and department adaptation program from the early stage of admission.

The development of medical devices based on the theory of tranditional Korean medicine is increasing due to population aging and emerging demand for medical services. Various clinical trials are being conducted to ensure the clinical effectiveness of the developed medical devices, and the importance of systematic management of variously collected information in this process is increasing. In this paper, we designed and constructed the database that can systematically manage the medical information of the patient and the pulse measurement information in conducting clinical trials by using pulse analysis system which is a representative diagnostic method of traditional Korean medicine. The constructed database can be efficiently used for the verification of existing algorithms or developing new algorithms through the quality control of various information and measured data on clinical trials. It also has several advantages in the control of clinical data. The results of this study can contribute to the establishment of Korean medical device data standard for the construction of integrated database management system that can share information with different kind of pulse analysis system and other bio-signal measuring devices.

Clinical research on acupuncture in cancer care is a new and challenging field in oncology. The results of clinical research will continue to provide clinically relevant answers for patients and oncologists. The evidence currently available has suggested that acupuncture is a safe and effective therapy to manage cancer and treatment related symptoms, while giving patients the ability to actively participate in their own care plan. The article explains the potential benefits of acupuncture and describes the difficulties in studying its effectiveness.

Cancer pain is a very important factor in cancer patients refractory to drop the quality of life of cancer patients. The worldwide trend is an integrated effort by both the western medicine and korean traditional medicine of treatment increases to reduce cancer pain. There are many studies related to cancer pain through an integrated medicine approach. Many study was reported that acupuncture treatment is effective for fatigue, xerostomia, insomnia, anxiety and quality of life. However, despite the practical clinical effects and various case reports of acupuncture, many still disagree about the significance of an integrated treatment of pain reduction with acupuncture. Therefore, we has identified that reduce effect of comprehensive and integrative treatment using acupuncture for cancer pain through publication review. And we evaluated effect of comprehensive and integrative treatment using acupuncture through summary of values in each publication.

Background: Integrative medical research is needed to explore the development direction of new yoga therapy. Purposes: A systematic literature review is conducted to analyze the current status of clinical research on yoga therapy into scientific categories, and to explore the content and development direction of yoga therapy. Methods: Through electronic databases such as RISS, NDSL, DBpia, e-article, and KISS, 530 domestic academic papers were selected from 2010 to 2018 and the final 28 were extracted based on PRISMA guidelines. Results: As a result of the study, in terms of quality, it remained at 3b of the CEBM level of evidence, and in terms of quantity, the number of experimental groups in the entire clinical study was 288, so domestic clinical studies of yoga therapy are insufficient. It was found that 80% of yoga therapy was exercise therapy focusing on asana movements. This seems to be due to a lot of researchers in the field of physical education. Conclusions: These results indicate that understanding and practice of the Ashtanga-yoga's training system and Pancha-kosha theory from the perspective of integrative medicine are necessary. In other words, yoga therapy is required to develop into an integrated mind-body therapy program that integrates holistic healing yoga based on individual mental and physical constitution, meditation therapy based on Ayurveda, and exercise therapy.

연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 선천성 사경을 가진 22명의 유아에 대해 임상적 양상과 물리치료 만족도 및 사경의 요인을 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 설문지를 통해 유아의 성별과 연령분포, 사경의 요인, 사경의 관리, 사경의 물리치료를 조사하였다. 연구결과 : 1. 환자의 성별 및 연령분포는 남자아이가 9명(41%), 여자아이가 13(59%) 이었고, 연령분포는 1~4개월이 5명(22.7%), 5~8개월이 6명(27.3%), 9~12개월이 4명(18.2%), 그리고 1년 이상은 7명(31.8%) 이었다. 2. 사경의 정도는 경도가 3명(13.6%), 중등도 3명(13.6%), 중증 16명(72.8%) 이었고, 사경의 분만요인으로 정상분만 12명(54.5%), 재왕절개분만 8명(36.4%), 그리고 둔위분만 2명(9.1%)으로 나타났다. 산모의 건강상태에 따른 요인은 매우 양호 7명(31.9%), 양호 11명(50%), 약함 3명(13.6%), 그리고 매우 약함 1명(4.5%) 이었다. 사경의 요인으로 분석된 가족력, 임신, 분만 사이에는 특별한 관련성은 없었다. 3. 사경 환자가 물리치료를 받는 횟수는 매일 치료 9명(40.9%), 일주일에 2~3회 12명(54.5%) 이었고 물리치료에 대한 만족도는 매우 우수 4명(18.2%), 우수 15명(68.2%), 보통 3명(13.6%)로 나타났다. 결론 : 이러한 결과를 통해 물리치료가 선천성 사경에 매우 효과적이었다.

최근 다양한 의료정보 시스템이 개발되어, 그 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이 들 각각의 의료정보 시스템에서 발생, 축적된 의료정보는 분산 이질의 형태를 가지며, 또한 같은 의미를 갖는 의료정보가 각기 다른 구조와 용어로 기술되어 축적되는 것이 일반적이다. 이와 같이 개별적으로 개발, 활용되어 온 의료정보를 웹 상에서 통합하여, 단일화 된 의료정보 검색 기능을 제공하기 위해서는 이들 의료정보의 의미적 연관성을 고려한 정보의 통합, 검색 기술의 개발이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 의미적 의료정보의 통합을 위한 UMLS와 LOINC 데이터베이스 기반의 연관 값 지식베이스의 설계 및 개발 방식을 제안한다. 웹 상에 존재하는 각종 분산 이질 형태의 의료정보는 XML을 공통 데이터 구조로 하여 통합되며, 정보 통합의 과정에서 연관 값 지식베이스를 참조하여 의미적 관련도가 높은 의료정보(구조 정보와 내용 정보)는 상호 연결되어, 진정한 의미의 정보 통합을 구현하게 된다. 지식베이스는 용어별로 식별자, 요소명, 연관값, 복수형, 동의어, 한글 이름 등의 필드틀 가지며, 현재 상담, 처방, 보험, 의료용어, 증상, 임상결과 등 적용분야 별로 작성된 연관 값 지식베이스가 구현되어 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop, apply, and test the effectiveness of integrated palliative care empowerment program for the clinical nurses caring the cancer patients. Methods: The subjects were selected by a convenience sampling method from the nurses working at two university hospitals in D city. The study targeted a total of 37 nurses, 17 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. The integrated palliative care empowerment program was implemented once a week for seven weeks to the experimental group from October 5th to November 11th in 2016, and it was analyzed by using the program IBM SPSS Statistics version 19.0 for Windows. Result and Conclusion: The study proved that the integrated palliative care empowerment program was effective on improving the integrated palliative care, empathy capacity, and ethical climate of the nurses. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to develop an applicable program in collaboration of various health professions.

본 논문은 의료정보시스템의 가장 핵심적인 부분인 처방전달시스템(OCS: Order Communication System)의 효율적인 구축을 위하여 현행 의료장비 인터페이스 형태 및 운용상 문제점을 파악하고 통합 인터페이스 관리 시스템을 통한 해결 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 각종 임상병리 검사장비와 검사 정보관리시스템 (LIS: Laboratory Information System) 및 진료부분을 연계시키기 위한 실시간 인터페이스를 시스템 개발사례를 중심으로 기본적이 구성요소와 그 기능을 살펴본다.

임상실험이나 신뢰성공학 분야에서 임의 중단자료를 이용한 비모수적 신뢰도 추정량으로 Kaplan-Meier 추정량과 Nelson형 추정량이 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 Nelson형 추정량은 평균제곱오차의 관점에서 Kaplan-Meier 추정량보다 추정능력이 우수한 반면 편의는 신뢰도가 감소함에 따라 양의 방향으로 점증하는 소표본 특성을 갖는다. Nelson형 추정량의 이러한 특성 때문에 신뢰도의 함수로 표현되는 잔여수명 분위수함수 등의 추정시에는 평균제곱오차의 관점에서 Kaplan-Meier 추정량보다 추정능력이 떨어짐을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 이 두 추정량을 가중평균으로 통합한 새로운 비모수적 신뢰도 추정량을 제안하고 추정량의 특성을 비교 분석하였다.
