시간은 일상 생활에서 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 천문관측을 기초로하여 시민 생활과 항해항공에 필요한 표준시간의 유지관리 및 경위도를관측하는 시보업무는 천문대에서 중요한 비중을 차지하며 일상 생활과 밀접한 관례가 있다.

본 연구는 내항상선에 승선하는 외국인 선원을 대상으로 한 표준 해사한국어 교육과정의 설계를 위한 기초 연구이다. 현재 국내선원의 부족으로 외국인 선원이 증가함에 따라 의사소통 문제를 둘러싼 여러 논의가 진행 중이다. 본 연구의 최종 목표는 혼승 선박에서의 보다 원활한 의사소통을 위해 일상 업무의 수행에 필요한 주요 대화를 선정하여 이것을 외국인 선원을 위한 표준 해사한국어 교육과정에 반영하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여기에서는 문헌 연구와 설문 조사를 실시하여 부원의 일상 업무를 목록화하고 이들 업무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하였다. 먼저 각국 대학에서 사용 중인 해사영어 교재와 내항상선의 외국인 선원을 교육하기 위한 교육 자료를 살펴봄으로써 1차적으로 공통되는 업무를 추출하였다. 다음으로 승선 유경험자로 구성된 전문가 위원회의 자문을 통해 업무의 범주를 설정하고 세부 업무 내용을 선정하였다. 마지막으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이들 업무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 추후 연구에서 주요 대화를 선정하기로 한다.

기업 간 경쟁이 날로 심화되고 있는 고도 산업화 사회에서, 비교 우위를 차지할 수 있는 경영 전략을 수립하고 이를 효과적으로 추진하는 것이 기업의 생존과 직결되는 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 불행하게도 기존의 전산 시스템은 일상 업무의 자동화에 초점을 맞추어 왔기 때문에 정보의 관리도 현업의 일상 업무를 효과적으로 지원하는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 경영 전략 수립이나 추진에서 활용하는 정보를 제공해 주기에는 데이터웨어하우스의 구축이 필수적으로 도입되어야 한다.

본 논문에서는 교무업무지원시스템의 하나인 WDCMS(웹기반데이터취합관리시스템)를 학교현장에 실제로 적용시켜 봄으로써, ICT(정보통신기술) 기반으로 일하는 방식을 개선하고 일상적으로 반복되고 중복되는 업무에서 탈피하고 지금까지 모든 내ㆍ외부 문서처리(공문, 비 공문서)의 수작업과 결재과정의 시간과 인적자원의 낭비를 개선함은 물론 업무의 정확성 및 효율성을 높여 신속한 업무처리로 교원의 업무 경감과 교사의 주된 업무인 교수 ㆍ학습활동에 전념 할 수 있도록 교육 여건을 개선하고, 나아가 교육 정보 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 활용으로 경쟁력 있는 선진교육 환경을 구축하고자 한다.

플로우 차아트는 도서관업무에 내포된 의사결정과정을 이해하고 분석하는데 매우 유용하게 쓰이는 도구이다. 플로우 차아트는 다른 작업 간소화기법들과 종합하여 도서관의 여러 시스팀을 평가하고 개선하는 데 이용할 수가 있다. 플로우 차아트는 계열화된 일상 업무를 도해하는 수단으로 이용된다.

이 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 지식공유의 영향 요인을 살펴보고, 업무특성에 따라 영향요인이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 개인적 요인, 관계적 요인, 구조적 요인이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하며, 공유지식의 형태를 업무적 지식과 비업무적 지식으로 나누고 이들이 지식공유에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지식경영을 도입해서 활용하고 있는 국내기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

There are speculations toward public libraries in Korea including the destructive crisis in public libraries. As leaders in these organizations, the directors of public libraries need to be interested in the subject of leadership. Leadership is a major component of management of an organization in transition. The subject once was a sub-field prospered especially in 1970's and 1980's. Since then the perceptions of researchers and practitioners have changed due to new technologies. Recent literature in the field illustrates wide variety of concerns and issues of public library management. This paper attempts to highlight such issues and perceptions of the real world of libraries, portrayed through a qualitative analysis.

IMF 시기를 지나오면서 우리 사회에서 혁신, 개혁이라는 단어가 일상용어로 자리잡았다. 때로는 성과 지상주의나 업무의 수치화라는 부정적인 측면도 있기는 하지만, 성과 중심, 업무 프로세스의 변화, 발상의 전환을 요구하는 기업이나 조직이 더 이상 낯설지 않게 됐다는 사실은 분명하다. 시쳇말로 평생직장이라고 불리는 정부기관이나 공공기관도 이런 사회적 변화에 무풍지대일 수 없고, KISA 역시 예외가 아니다. 그래서 찾았다. KISA를 이노베이션(Innovation)하는 팀. 혁신기획팀이 그들이다.

Married women who follow occupations have remarkably increased. Economic-activies married women[EAMW] have experienced a great degree of role confilcts as the results of that they should play the role of wage workers and do duty as household affairs as well as raise children. To understand problems of EAMW and to make alterniative plans for EAMW, the daily life actives of EAMW should be examined. This study attempts to understand the daily life activites of EAMW. To obtain the goal this research generalizes the daily life actives of EAMW. classifies the patterns the activites, and analyzes the activites in the micro-level. The acivites of EAMW mainly consist of formal business and household affairs. The spatial bounds of activities are influenced by weekdays and holidays. During the weekday their activities are mainly found around residences and/or work places; while, during the weekend, they are discovered around residences and/or around residences or relatives who take care of their children. EAMW move longer distance rather than a full-time housewife; however, the activites of EAMW are residential orientation like those of full-time housewives. The role conflicts of EAMW are mainly from social cultural structure, the distance between workplace and residence, and the location of public service institutes.

The purpose of this article is to empirically suggest the necessity of reconsidering the new aptitude factors such as the ability to withstand work stress, to handle unusual events, and to work independently, in the respect that the environmental change in railway safety-critical worker's job should be flexibly reflected in the current aptitude management system. Besides, several ways of reducing the stress level for the railway safety-critical workers were suggested as well.
