The results of the status analysis for the safety accident are as followings which is prepared for the purpose of collecting a basic data for securing residential safety in houses and buildings. (1) As for the safety accidents of the aged in houses, 66% of all safety accidents were slipping and falling and there was no serious difference in frequencies of accidents according to the places. (2) As for the safety accidents of children in houses, 74% of all safety accidents concentrated on bedrooms and living rooms and the majority types of accidents related to architectural matters were bumping, slipping, and falling.(3) There was striking difference in the frequency of safety accidents in houses between aged and children, according to places and types of accidents.

지난 1월 27일부터 '중대재해 처벌 등에 관한 법률(약칭 : 중대재해처벌법)'이 시행되었다. 중대재해를 예방하는 것을 궁극적인 목적으로 해 경영자에게 안전보건 확보 의무를 부여하는 중대재해처벌법은 현장의 위험요인을 일상적으로 확인하고 개선하는 절차를 마련하고 이를 이행할 것, 그리고 위험요인 개선을 위해 필요한 인력, 예산 등을 갖추는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다. 다음에 그 주요내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

This study aims to provide basic data on socioeconomic and social activities from the point of view that disability or disease accompanying the suffering of industrial accident subjects is directly related to individual socioeconomic activity and is a major variable affecting current health and daily life satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between pain and life satisfaction and to suggest basic data for economic and psychological rehabilitation of industrial accident insurance beneficiaries by linking factors affecting life satisfaction with industrial accident services. As a result of the study, it was found that workers' compensation insurance benefit recipients had an effect on their daily life satisfaction after becoming an industrial accident patient due to industrial accident pain. There was a positive(+) relationship between rehabilitation services and medical counseling services. Occupational accident pain lowers self-esteem, which is a characteristic of an individual, and even if current health improves, satisfaction with daily life decreases. The importance of industrial accident-related services can be seen in that the satisfaction of daily life is increased through rehabilitation services and medical consultation services. In addition, it was indirectly confirmed that satisfaction with rehabilitation services and health can be improved as a result of continuing attempts to improve self-esteem suitable for patients in various problems and situations after an industrial accident.

저자파가 인체에 미치는 영향을 개설하고 불필요한 전자파 잡음이 산업기기에 오동작을 일으켜 산업재해를 유발시킬 수 있다는 것을 간략히 설명하였다. 전자파가 우리들의 일상생활에 도움을 주기도 하며 건강을 해치기도 하고, 심지어는 불필요한 전자파가 2차재해를 유발하여 생산현장 근무자의 생명까지 앗아가기도 한다. 이러한 불요 전자파를 적절히 제어 운용하기 위하여 우리는 모든 지혜를 동원해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

'1974년에 창립한 삼창기업 주식회사는 고리원자력발전소가 정상 운전 중 발생할 수 있는 결함처리, 일상 예방정비 및 계획 예방정비 업무를 수행하면서 무재해 10배라는 경이로운 기록을 달성하였다. 이는 부산지역 내에서 다섯 손가락 안에 들어가는 대기록으로 지역 안전문화 정착에 기폭제로 충분하다. 특히 삼창기업(주) 산업재해의 온상이라는 100인 미만의 소규모 사업장이라는 점에서 이들의 무재해 기록은 의미가 크다 할 수 있다.

안전장치가 설치된 승강기는 1857년 Otis에 의해 개발되어 최근 건물의 고층화에 따른 사람들의 수직 및 수평 운송수단으로서 우리들의 일상적인 생활에 없어서는 안 될 시설임에도 불구하고 그 이용에 따른 안전사고가 발생하고 있다. 1993년부터 2000년까지 한국승강기안전관리원$^{1)}$ 에 따른 승강기 안전사고 발생현황은 총 승강기 설치대수에 대한 년 평균 재해발생율이 0.0414%로 총 안전사고 건수 143건에 대한 재해자가 180명이 발생하였으며, 그 중 승객용 승강기는 전체 재해의 약 42.6%를 차지하고, 180명의 재해자 중에서 중상 이상의 재해자가 약 80.1%를 차지하고 있다.(중략)

Purpose: This study was conducted and analyzed using statistical techniques to examine the impact of fear of risk committed by risk committed overseas on people who are about to travel abroad. Method: In the event of a risk, fear of a risk occurs, and fear of a risk adversely affects people's daily lives, and in the event of a decline in daily life, affecting the economy and social activities of the area, a small risk often has a huge impact on society. In particular, the fear of risk committed abroad has an impact on overseas activities as overseas travel has been activated in time for the global era. Result and Conclusion: Therefore, according to the research, the fear of crimes committed overseas has a negative effect on the choice of overseas travel.

Disaster psychiatry is a new emerging area of psychiatry, in which psychiatrists help to minimize psychological impact of a disaster and to reduce secondary morbidities. In our society, more children and adolescents are facing disasters nowadays. Thus, the necessity for the disaster psychiatry is increasing. After a trauma, children express various symptoms in relevance to their age, development, and their environmental support. The recovery from the disaster and its long-term effect are also influenced by those factors. Psychiatric intervention in a disaster consists mainly of crises intervention and supportive psychotherapy, which includes counseling the victims, educating and providing information to the public, providing support and consultation to the community, and referring of at-risk or severely impaired individuals for more intensive clinical evaluation and care. In addition to a summarized concept of disaster psychiatry, this article presents the adverse psychological effects of children and adolescents exposed to disaster and issues related to the psychiatric intervention.
