Design and Verification of Addressable Automatic Fire Detection System for Existing Apartments (기존아파트의 적용성을 고려한 주소형 자동화재탐지설비의 설계 및 검증)

  • Non-fire activated fire alarms caused by such actions as cigarette smoke, cooking, and high humidity are fire safety risk factors. In such instances, it is important to quickly locate and replace the actuated detector. However, it is difficult to locate those detectors because most do not have an address function. While new apartments can incorporate addressable fire alarm detectors, in existing apartments there are limitations in converting over to addressable detectors due to cost and power line issues. This study developed an efficient address function for fire alarms in existing apartments. The newly developed system consists of the existing receiver, and a proposed addressable repeater and detector. Utilizing an experimental setup, the performance of the proposed address monitoring system was confirmed to be stable and compatible with the receiver and existing detectors.

Estimating the Benefits of the Korean Public Housing Program for Low-Income Families Under Non-Homothetic Preference (비동조적 선호체계를 이용한 우리나라 공공임대주택의 편익 추정)

  • It is widely accepted that public rental housing programs affect both the allocation of resources and the distribution of welfare. This paper explains institutional arrangements of public housing program in Korea and assesses the benefits of the program. In contrast to the previous studies which employed homothetic preferences, the benefits of the public housing were estimated based on non-homothetic preferences to allow for different income effects across households. Empirical results suggest that average benefit-cost ratio of public housing program is 0.91, and hence, the deadweight loss seems to be well-contained in Korean public housing program compared to other countries. However, the distribution of the benefits reveals that the transmission of the benefits should be improved to achieve the desired goals of residential welfare for low income families.

  • The development project of a public rental housing require the accurate and systemical feasibility analysis for the successful performance owing to the long project duration. But, the item and procedure of the existing feasibility analysis are not standardized and the correlation among each of items is not clear. Therefore, analysis has much difficulty. The purpose of this study is to present the basic data for the modeling of the feasibility analysis system, through the domestic public enterprise-oriented survey and interview and collection of the report about the feasibility analysis.

  • 본 연구에서는 화재시 많은 인명피해가 예상되는 공동 주택을 대상으로 단위공간별 화재 성상을 예측하기 위한 실물화재실험을 실시하였다. 구성된 실물화재모델은 비교적 가연물량이 많은 침실과 화재 발생 위험도가 높은 주방을 대상으로 하였으며, 실험 모델에 구성된 단위품목은 일반주택의 가연물을 선조사 한 후 선정하였다. 실험결과 침실의 경우 점화 후 약 5분이 경과되었을 때 플래쉬오버 상태에 이르게 되어 매우 급격한 성장을 보였으며, 최대 열방출율 약 7433.3 kW, 최대 일산화탄소 578.6 ppm, 최대 이산화탄소 1.25ppm, 내부 최대온도 1350$^{\circ}$로 측정 되었다. 특히, 화재 발생 초기에 가연 공간에서 화재의 진화가 이루어지지 않으면 약 3분 내에 인체에 급격한 피해를 줄 수 있는 한계온도 이상으로 화재가 성장하기 때문에 신속한 초기 대응이 필요함을 확인하였다. 이러한 실물화 재실험에서 얻어낸 결과는 향후 화재확대 예측 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교함으로써 각 용도별 공간에서의 화재 확산 예측에 적용 될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Effect of Household Loans on Financial Soundness in Banks (주택담보대출이 국내은행의 재무건전성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of household loan share on bank management soundness. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, as a result of estimating coefficient of the mortgage loan ratio shows a significant negative relationship with the BIS equity capital ratio of banks. In addition, it was found that the mortgage loan ratio had a significant positive (+) effect on Eunhae's BIS and equity capital ratio after the financial crisis. Second, as a result of the estimation coefficient of the mortgage ratio showed a significant positive (+) relationship with the NPL of the bank and below. In addition, it is estimated that the bank's secured loan ratio changed significantly before and after the financial crisis in the effect of banks' NPL and substandard-and-below loans. It is expected to make implication to financial policy and banking regulation and supervision. We believe that more efforts should be made to increase the soundness of household loans in preparation for risk factors that may arise from exogenous factors such as changes in the international financial environment and falling property prices.

A Study on Evaluation Plan of Fire Safety Performance for Public Building (공동주택의 화재안전성능 평가방안에 관한 연구)

  • From the viewpoint of fire-fighting activities, public building have structural and management problems in fire, so evacuation disturbance and risk of expanding combustion are high. As a result of analyzing various fire fragile factors of public building, The evaluation areas were derived from safety systems, fire-fighting facility, structure safety, general safety and the evaluation factors were presented. Also, the characteristics of domestic and foreign certification systems were analyzed by comparing and analyzing the status of fire safety performance certification system for 6 domestic and overseas apartment houses. In conclusion, the 5 convergence directions of certification system and 22 evaluation items by 4 evaluation fields were derived, and based on this, we have established 3 convergence introduction plans of fire safety performance certification system of public building.

  • 국내일반은행 연체율은 그룹(대출형태)별로 다양한 원인에 의해서 연체율 결정이 이루어지고 있어 복잡성을 띠고 있다. 본 연구에서는 복잡성을 띠고 있는 연체율의 제 변인들을 파악하기 위해 패널 데이터 모형를 이용한 연구 모형을 설정하고 이를 통해 연체율에 결정적으로 영향을 미치는 제 변인에 대하여 조사, 분석, 검증한다. 본 연구는 3 그룹(기업대출, 가계대출, 신용카드 대출)을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석기간은 2005년 1월부터 2009년 6월까지의 자료를 이용하였고. 국내은행 연체율을 종속변수로 설정하고 소비자물가지수, 종합주가지수, 환율, 동행(경기)종합지수, 국민주택채권, 고용률을 독립 변수로 투입하였다. 국내일반은행 연체율 요인을 추정한 결과 소비자물가지수는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수로 나타나고 동행(경기)종합지수와 종합주가지수는 음(-)의 영행을 나타내는 유의적인 변수이지만 환율, 국민주택채권 그리고 고용률은 각각 유의적인 음(-)의 영행을 나타내는 비유의적인 변수로서 연체율에 큰 영향으로 주지는 않은 것으로 나타났다.

General Housing and Congregate Houses of Rural Elderly Households Residential Satisfaction Comparative Study (농촌 노인가구의 일반주택과 공동생활주택 주거만족도 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the preferences for the physical features of senior congregate housing. The survey was conducted to target the elderly households living in senior congregate housing and general elderly households living in the rural. The results of this study were as follows. Showed that housing conditions are more important than environmental conditions, elderly households living in senior congregate housing. Among them was the most important house prices and rents. Also among the external factors such as environmental conditions is the distance to the workplace were very important. So the elderly households living in congregate housing showed that more important considering the economic aspects. Finally, want to be the foundation of sustainable housing policies for rural elderly households.

  • 일반주택지역을 위한 초고속인터넷 제공방안은 xDSL과 HFC 기술방식이 적용되어 왔다. HFC는 전송속도의 기술적 한계를 가지며, xDSL은 기존 동선을 활용하는 솔루션으로 경제적인 장점을 가지지만 동선 선로품질에 따라 품질저하가 발생한다. 이에 UTP케이블이 기포설된 1등급 아파트에만 공급 가능하였던 100Mbit/s 패스트이더넷을 일반주택지역에 공급하기 위한 유사FTTH 시스템이 개발되어 현장에 운용 중이다. 광코어 절감 및 운용유지 측면을 고려하여 WDM-PON (Wavelength Division Multiplexing-Passive Optical Network, 파장분기 수동형광가입자망) 방식을 채택하였으며, 가입자 인근 전주까지 광케이블이 포설되어 ONU(Optical Network Unit)가 설치되며, ONU로부터 가입자 댁내 단말까지 가공형 UTP케이블을 통해 패스트이더넷을 공급하는 방식이다.

Insulation Performance Analysis of Vulnerable Parts of Thermal Bridge and Condensation in Modular Buildings (모듈러 주택의 열교 및 결로 취약부위별 단열성능 분석)

  • The modular construction method is an off-site construction method using built-in structures from the manufacturing facilities. Modular construction is commonly applied to buildings which have relatively smaller and simpler structures than other types of buildings. Although modular building has emerged in the domestic construction industry as an alternative building strategy, previous researches on the environmental characteristics of modular building has not been comprehensively studied. Thus, this study empirically analyzed the insulation performance of thermal bridge and condensation parts of the modular buildings by using IR image analysis, Air-Surface Temperature Ratio method, and temperature difference ratio. The insulation performance analysis was conducted by comparing a modular building and a RC building in Seoul.
