본 인프라 운영 진단 시스템은 표준화된 시스템 진단 방법을 통한 시스템 개선 사항을 도출하기 위하여 전체 진단 프로세스 중 서버 및 네트워크 대상에서 한해서 진단을 수행하였다. 설문 및 인터뷰를 통한 표준운영절차 준수 여부와 운영인력 변경에 따른 조기 운영의 안정화 방안을 마련하기 위하여 인프라 현황 진단을 수행하였다. 운영진단을 통하여 도출 된 개선 방향에 대해서 추진 과제를 선정하여 실천하도록 하였다.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)의 슈퍼컴퓨터 보조시스템인 Neuron은 이기종 가속기인 GPU가 탑재된 클러스터 시스템으로 작업관리 소프트웨어인 SLURM을 통해 국내 연구자들에게 서비스되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SLURM 작업관리 소프트웨어의 작업 스케줄링 정책을 이용하여 연구자들이 제출하는 복수 개의 대기작업을 공정하게 처리하는 방안에 대해서 소개한다.

There are many studies on the project planning, project management and quality management. The cost of the new project takes only 20% of system's lifetime resource and the costs of the maintenance and infrastructure take more than 80%, so the study on the maintenance is much more important than the study on the new project. There has been many studies on the economic life cycle of the system using it's maintenance cost, but no studies on it's infrastructure cost. This paper provides how we can adapt infrastructure cost, which takes more than 40% of system's life cycle cost, to the economic life cycle of the system and its effects on the system's economic life cycle.

In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between charging operation system and electricity charges connected with charging infrastructure among data of many demonstration projects focused on electric vehicles recently. At this point in time, due to the rapid increase in demand for the electric charging infrastructure that will take place in the future, we can prepare for an upcoming era in the sense of forecasting the demand value. At the same time, demonstrating and modeling optimized system modeling centering on sites is a prerequisite. The modeling based on the existing small - scale simulation and the design of the operating system are based on the data linkage analysis. In this paper, we implemented a new optimized system modeling and introduced it as a standard format to analyze time - dependent time - divisional data for each vehicle and user in each point and node. In order to verify the efficiency of the optimization based on the data linkage analysis for the actual implemented electric car charging infrastructure and operation system.

바이오인포매틱스 시스템은 생명공학, 의학, 약학 등의 바이오인포매틱스 관련 산.학.연 연구자들의 연구개발의 기반이 되는 대용량의 생물정보를 효율적으로 저장하는 데이터베이스 구축 및 운영에 필요한 검색 처리 및 분석 시스템을 구축하는 정보인프라로서 21세기 가장 각광 받는 분야로 자리잡고있다. 최근 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 유전정보와 특정그룹이나 개인별 유전자 변화와 질병 감수성과의 관계 및 특정 질병과 관련된 유전자에 대한 생물학적 2차, 3차 분석정보 등 바이오인포매틱스 연구의 확대 필요성이 증가하고 있으나, 대부분의 생명공학 관련 산.학.연 연구자들은 연구분야에 적합한 IT기술을 적용할 수 있는 적절한 방법을 보유하고 있지못한 실정이다.

한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 슈퍼컴퓨터 5호기 시스템 및 가속기 기반 시스템을 국내 연구자들에게 서비스를 하고 있다. 시스템 관리자들은 시스템 상태 조회 및 통계 정보 산출등의 목적으로 배치 작업 관리 솔루션에 주기적으로 다양한 정보의 요청을 수행한다. 빈번한 정보 요청은 작업관리 솔루션에 부하를 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자들의 배치 작업 관리를 위해 사용하는 배치 작업 관리 솔루션인 PBSPro와 SLURM을 활용한 효율적인 시스템 모니터링 기법을 설계하고자 한다.

In this paper, we developed the computer room environments and infrastructure management systems to operate various networking devices and the infrastructure in the room, stably. The developed systems are composed of the computer room environment management system and the computing infrastructure management system. The computer room environment management system performs the role which the temperature and humidity detection node periodically detects the temperature and humidity and transmits the information to the remote intelligent server. The computing infrastructure management system enables the computer room's manager to check the information and maintenance history of the computing devices with a smart device supporting NFC(Near Field Communication).

강대국들의 위성항법시스템 구축을 의식한 중국도 2000년 초 우주 인프라 구축을 위한 국가정책 단행하였다. 따라서 중국의 COMPASS 위성항법시스템이 등장하게 되었으며 최종 개발 완료 시기가 2020년으로 예고 된 가운데 항법서비스를 이미 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 중국의 위성항법시스템에 대한 체계적 연구 일환으로 COMPASS 시스템 개발 및 추진 계획을 분석하고 향후 우리의 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

KISTI 정보시스템부는 개발사업을 타 부서의 연구사업으로부터 독립된 과제를 수행한다기보다 정보의 수집, 분석, 공유업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 하는 기술적 지원을 첫 번째 사업 목표로 삼는다고 할 수 있다. 정보시스템부에서 지속적으로 담당하고 있는 “과학기술 정보시스템 개발사업”의 상당 부분은 KISTI의 과학기술 정보서비스 고도화를 위한 기술개발 및 시스템 운영지원이다. 그러나 이 시스템 개발사업은 단순히 현재 운영되고 있는 정보관리, 정보서비스 시스템을 지속적으로 업그레이드하는 수준에 머무는 것이 아니라, 정보유통 인프라의 체제개편을 주도하는 혁신적인 연구개발 업무로서 추진되어야 한다는 당위성을 안고 있다.

For the quality management of software developed in Marine digital AtoN Information management and service system development project, an international standard-based quality process and a project management system-based communication and information sharing system were established. In addition, high-quality software development is achieved by monitoring the status of project output creation and supporting software quality inspection and verification.
