The objective of this research is to add convenience to the intranet operating within an educational institution by setting up a messenger function to enable it faculties and teachers to making better use of the university database via Intranet. With this massenger services, users can view the information about the members in a group they belong to, and register as friends a group of members they selected from the work group they are in. This function will reduce the cumbersome chores of adding one individual as a fiend at a time. This research will enhance the Intranet within an educational institution by integrating new functions.

기 구축된 Public Key Infrastructure(이하 PKI) 에서 발급된 디지털인증서를 외부 네트워크와 단절된 인트라넷 환경에서 사용하기 외부 네트워크에 지정된 인증서 검증 서버에 접속할 수가 없기 때문에 인증서 유효성 검증의 문제를 발생시켜 사용이 불가능하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 인트라넷 환경을 위한 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템을 제안한다. 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템은 기존의 PKI 에서 인증서 검증을 위해서 사용하는 Certificate Revocation List (이하 CRL)를 대체하는 Certificate Valid List (이하 CVL)를 사용하여 외부 네트워크와 접속이 단절된 인트라넷 환경에서도 기 구축된 PKI 에서 발급된 디지털 인증서의 유효성을 검증할 수 있다. 인증서유효목록 검증 시스템은 CVL 의 생성을 위한 Certificate Valid List Manager (이하 CVLM)와 주기적인 CVL 발급 및 게시를 위한 Certificate Valid List Issuer (이하 CVLI), 응용서비스에서 사용하는 User Agent (이하 UA) 를 포함한다.

중요한 정보를 보유하고 있는 인트라넷 서버의 보안을 강화하기 위해 공공기간에서는 최근에 인터넷과 인트라넷을 물리적으로 분리하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 물리적으로 분리된 네트워크로 인해 서버간의 데이터 전송에 어려움이 발생하였다. 사용자들이 인터넷 자료를 인트라넷에서 사용하고 싶을 때 또는 그 반대의 경우에 자료교환이 불편하고 처리시간도 많이 소요되었다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 분리된 인터넷과 인트라넷간에 사용자들이 손쉽게 자료를 교환할 수 있는 시스템 개발이 필요하였다. 본 논문에서는 분리된 네트워크간에 대용량 파일의 효과적인 송수신 및 e-mail 을 발송할 수 있는 자료교환 아키텍처를 제안하고, 구현한 내용을 다루었다. 자료교환시스템을 구현함으로써 사용자에게 사용 편의를 제공하였고, 자료교환을 위한 행정처리 시간도 감소되었다.

Intranet system for use within an organization, usually a corporation, is to basically pass through user authentication, but information can be leaked, modified, and deleted by malevolent users who disguise an authorized user or due to user's mistakes in using various functions of web browser. Thus, there is a need for measures to protect the information from illegal use, transformation through partial modification, and illegal leakage such as fraudulent use. This paper presents a flexible Web Security Access Control system based ACM which Provide efficient suity Policy to Protect information in intranet. This Web Security Access Control system not only enhances security by Performing encryption/decryption of information in intranet but also, for sharing confidential information among departments, performs effective and useful access control by assigning different authority to the secured web page. And, by controlling the functions of client PC in various ways, information leakage on malicious purpose or by mistake can be prevented.

Speciallly, In this paper, it is stored student data by the input form by the JDBC of XML standard data. Also, it is able to search of stored database to web sever from web client by the SQL quary.

The intranet systems used in government sponsored research institutes have been faced with the change of knowledge management under a large scale project. The intranet structure have to be changed to knowledge management system so that every year, the increasing research results information may be effectively administrated by government control system and the competitive power of R&D may be gotten in the society of technical competition. In this paper, we've researched about the change of the times, legacy systems in each organization, the expected efficiency, which have been demanded in government sponsored research institutes through a real implementation process.

본 연구의 목적은 정보산업의 발달로 급변하고 있는 교육환경하에서 인트라넷(intranet)을 활용한 경영모의게임(Business Simulation Game)의 활용방안을 제시하고, 이러한 수업이 갖는 장점 및 수업효과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 즉, 학생들이 팀을 이루어 게임을 하는데 있어 남녀별, 직장경험별, MBTI의 특성 별, 팀 구성원의 수의 차이에 따른 게임 성과 및 수업효과와의 상호관계를 실증적으로 비교, 연구하여, 궁극적으로는 한국교육실정에 맞는 인트라넷을 이용한 경영 모의 게임의 개발을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 근래에 정보 및 통신기술의 발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화로 여러 가지 학문 분야에서 정보화 및 국제화가 많이 이루어져왔다. 특히 인터넷과 관련된 여러 가지 기술(technology)들을 적극적으로 통합, 활용하고자 하는 인트라넷(intranet)의 발전은 정보기술의 여러 학문 분야에서의 활용가능성을 더욱 높이고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷, 정보 및 통신기술의 교육현장에서의 활용 방안에 대한 많은 연구들은 실질적으로 그 이론적 배경 및 효과에 대한 깊은 연구없이 종래의 교육방법에 대한 대안 또는 보조 역할로서의 가능성만 제시하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 첫째, 경영모의게임과 정보통신기술의 활용을 위한 학술진흥방안의 하나로서 인트라넷을 이용한 경영모의게임 과목의 구축및 수행에 관한 구체적인 절차를 제시한다. 즉 경영모의게임 구성은 어떤 모듈들이 어떻게 인터넷상에서 사용되었으며, 도한 게임의 운영은 어떻게 하는것이 바람직한가 등에 관한 연구이다. 둘째, 성별, 직장경험별, MBTI 특성별, 팀의 크기별로 게임성과 및 수업효과에 관한 실증적 연구를 함으로써, 게임 이론의 경영마인드 형성 및 정보화에서 예견 될수 있는 여러 가지 문제점 및 가능성을 지적하여, 한국문화 및 현실에 맞는 정보화를 이용한 경영모의게임 교육방안을 제시한다. 셋째, 본 연구는 의사결정지원 시스템(DSS), 전문가 시스템(ES), 전자우편(E-mail)등과 같은 정보기술의 교육현장에서의 활용방안 및 그 교육적 효과도 점검하였으며, 마지막으로 본 연구는 당면현실로 다가온 정보화 및 세계화의 기업환경에서 예견되는 몰입(committment)의 약화에 대한 치유방안으로서, 정보화된 경영모의게임의 기업 교육훈련 시스템(Business Training System)으로의 발전 가능성을 제시한다 하겠다.

인터넷의 기술은 인트라넷(Intranet), 익스트라넷(Extranet)이라는 이름으로 인터넷 기술을 활용한 기업 내 또는 기업간 네트워크 구성에 관한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 인터넷의 개방성으로 인해서 인터넷은 보안성이 떨어지는 문제점을 가진다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 최근 많은 암호기반 보안 기술들이 개발되고 있다 대부분의 암호기반 보안 기술들은 전체네트워크 객체의 증명을 책임지는 공증 기관을 필요로 하는데, 이를 공중 사무소(Certification Authority)라 한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷과 인트라넷의 취약한 부분을 보완하기 위한 최근의 암호기반 보안 기술과 그들 간의 상관관계를 파악한다 보안의 기초인 공증사무소의 구조 및 역할을 조사하고, 실제로 공증 사무소를 운영하기 위한 점검 사항 및 운영 규칙 등을 제시한다. 또한, 공증 사무소에 필요한 소프트웨어를 구현한다.
