본 연구논문은 본협회 설비분과 위원회의 ‘90년도 연구사업으로 실시된 “인텔리젼트 빌딩과 클린룸에 대한 조사연구”의 결과보고물의 일부로서 그동안 이에 대한 지식과 이해가 부족하여 소외되어온 분야에 대해 일선 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 기본적이고 실제적인 면을 중심으로 요약정리한 것이다. 본고의 기본연구인 인텔리젼트 빌딩 설계에 대한 일반사항에 대한 연구보고는 본지 901호에 소개되었으며, 본 호에서는 전기설비에 대한 연구성과를 2회에 걸쳐 소개할 예정이다.

Today, digital technology is extending its influence to fashion design, which is closely related to people's lifestyle. In order for people to access information all the time, every place, people have to wear these devices all the time, every place. Intelligent wear allows people to communicate with their own body, other persons or surrounding real-time. The purposes of this study are to define 'Intelligent wear' by looking through the similar terms of intelligent wear on related fields, to analyze characteristics of intelligent wear and to provide not only theoretical data but also, practical data far product development on both functional and aesthetic sides. In this study, usefulness provided by intelligent wear were identified in the concept of instrumental & expressive function. For the aim of the study, literature and case study were considered at the same time. The conclusions are as the following. The characteristics of intelligent materials were found to be information, intelligence and protection, the characteristics of intelligent manufacture were combination and virtual reality. And The characteristics of intelligent products were multi-function, transformation, camouflage. Integration of operability function extends human ability and the area of human activity, entertainment, and communication, and provides convenience. Consequently, development of intelligent wear should promote through not only computer engineering but also, connection to other fields. Most of all, there is a need for active research in clothing design and the fashion design since intelligent wear is after all, clothing.

The current trends in information technology and intelligent systems use data mining techniques to discover patterns and extract rules from distributed databases. In distributed environment, the extracted rules from data mining techniques can be used in dynamic replications, adaptive load balancing and other schemes. However, transmission of large data through the system can cause errors and unreliable results. This paper proposes the intelligent distributed platform based on dynamic group binding using mobile agents which addresses the use of intelligence in distributed environment. The proposed grouping service implements classification scheme of objects. Data compressor agent and data miner agent extracts rules and compresses data, respectively, from the service node databases. The proposed algorithm performs preprocessing where it merges the less frequent dataset using neuro-fuzzy classifier before sending the data. Object group classification, data mining the service node database, data compression method, and rule extraction were simulated. Result of experiments in efficient data compression and reliable rule extraction shows that the proposed algorithm has better performance compared to other methods.

It expect home information infrastructure for accepting informations, which make smart home to linked home-working home-learning home-treatment. home-shopping and home-banking. The system of intelligent home is the intelligence of human-biology in the side of environmental friendly and multi-function. it distinguish the system of security, controlling system of inside environment, supporting system of house-working, automatic controlling, house working. Future house require to meet demand of young generation, such as small residental space, the multi-functional space, the flexible space, making mood for dual income couple and of single as intelligent home. Accordingly, basic purpose which are pleasantness, the safe and the convenience the mobile multi-function as well as networking with controlling of temperature, security, health-test, home-entertainment, home-office and consider environment together.

The purpose of this study is to develop the category, intelligent element technologies and detail items for application of intelligent school. The result of this study will be a basic data to improve the intelligent school. For this purpose, analyze domestic and foreign intelligent system and through interview, survey with professional group, developed item was evaluated and for verifying and reappraising the items the researcher visited and interviewed teachers of three elementary schools. Developed intelligent items were composed of twelve basic technologies and fifty-four detail technologies.

철도분야에서의 전기$\cdot$신호설비 고장은 열차의 정상운행에 차질을 일으켜 사회적으로 커다란 영향을 끼치게 되므로 설비의 유지관리를 위해서는 많은 노력이 필요하다. 또 이러한 보전작업에는 철도 설비가 널리 산재되어 있기 때문에 이동을 수반하는 작업, 열차가 통과하지 않는 야간 작업, 만일의 경우 위험을 수반하는 작업 등, 이 분야 특유의 작업이 있다. 한편 보전작업에 종사하는 기술자는 해마다 줄어들고 있으며 앞으로 젊은 근로자의 부족은 더욱더 심해질 것으로 보인다. 그러한 이유로 설비보전의 자력화, 미연의 고장방지, 고장의 조기복구와 재발방지를 목표로 지금까지 사람의 손에 의지해 오던 설비보전을 기계화하고 자동화하는 시스템을 개발하게 되었다. 이 시스템은 대상설비에 따라 다음의 3가지 시스템으로 분류된다. $\cdot$신호설비 보전시스템 $\cdot$변전$\cdot$수배전설비 보전시스템$\cdot$연선전기설비 보전시스템 이들시스템에 공통적인 주요 특징을 들면 아래와 같다. (1)사고를 미연에 방지하고 사고원인을 규명 이벤트발생 전후의 변화나 중장기트렌드를 원격감시할 수 있다. (2)시스템의 변경$\cdot$증설이 용이 인텔리전트단말에 의하여 처리를 계층화하였기 때문에 빌딩블록식으로 시스템을 확장할 수 있다. (3)경제적인 시스템 필드 네트워크의 채용으로 공사비를 삭감할 수 있다.

최근 들어 많은 정보 시스템들이 클라이언트/서버 환경에서 개발되고 있다. 클라이언트/서버 정보 시스템은 기존의 정보 시스템에 비해 복잡도가 높은 시스템이므로, 시스템 개발 시 체계적인 개발 방법론의 적용이 필요하다. 객체 지향 개발 방법론은 객체 지향 개념에 기반하여 시스템의 재사용성, 확장성, 신뢰성, Scalability를 증진시킬 수 있는 방법론이다. 본 연구에서는 객체 지향 방법론에서 클라이언트/서버 정보 시스템 설계 작업을 체계적으로 수행하기 위한 기법과 절차를 제시한다. 이러한 기법은 설계 작업시 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 충분한 고려가 가능하고, 설계 객체의 규명을 체계적으로 지원하고, 응용 시스템 논리를 일관성 있게 배분할 수 있도록 도와준다. 한국과학기술원의 인텔리전트 캠퍼스 프로젝트에서 개발된 학사 시스템의 적용 사례와 함께 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 객체 지향 설계 기법에 대해 소개한다.

프로세서, 센서 등의 소형화와 저가격화는 어느 곳에서나 유무선 네트웍과 연결되는 편재형 디바이스들의 출연을 가능하게 했다. 이러한 디바이스들은 점점 많은 기능을 가지고 인텔리전트한 기능을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 상용 RTOS는 특정 제품에의 의존도가 높고, 멀티미디어 응용과 같은 새로운 편재환경에의 요구 사항을 지원하고 있지 않으므로 이러한 환경변화에 적응하는 것이 어렵다. 따라서 소형의 휴대 정보 단말에서부터 홈 서버에 이르기까지 다양한 종류의 편재형 기기에 사용될 수 있는 확장성과 풍부한 기능을 갖춘 표준 실시간 OS의 개발이 필요하다. Qplus-P는 이와 같은 편재형 컴퓨팅을 지원하기 위한 실시간 소프트웨어 플랫폼이다. 이에는 실시간 운영체제 커널, 라이브러리 및 응용, 사용자 개발 도구가 포함된다. 특히 커널은 확장 가능한 구조를 채택하여 다양한 내장형 기기에 적용 가능한 이식성을 지원하며, 사용자 개발 도구는 특정 내장형 기기에서의 OS의 이식을 지원하는 개발 도구로 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다.

Today's economic environment, which has reached to an unlimitedly competitive edge, is producing numbers of economical values and new type of knowledges under the paradigm of "globalization". With the increasing demands of the values and knowledges, enterprises have to deal with larger amount of information and to utilize it in organized ways than any other time, to adjust to the global economic circumstances. And they have to cope with the changes to the office environment, too. Now every corporation has been laid to the point of time that needs more rational and effective ways of business management and providing work environment. Therefore, this research aims at understanding the basic of new corporate culture and office environment by analyzing the factors that caused changes to that of advanced countries, and providing knowledges for proper reaction and acceptance for these changes.e changes.
