This paper theoretically derives an algorithm to discover a new type of workflow-based knowledge from workflow models, which is termed workflow-based affiliation network knowledge. In general, workflow intelligence (or business process intelligence) technology consists of four types of techniques that discover, analyze, monitor and control, and predict a series of workflow-based knowledge from workflow models and their execution histories. So, this paper proposes a knowledge discovery algorithm which is able to discover workflow-based affiliation networks that represent the association and participation relationships between activities and performers defined in ICN-based workflow models. In order particularly to prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm, this paper tries to apply the algorithm to a specific workflow model and to show that it is able to derive its corresponding workflow-based affiliation network knowledge.

빠르게 변화하는 시장 및 기업 간의 경쟁 환경에서 기업의 의사결정권자들은 보다 신속한 의사결정을 내려야 하고, 의사결정의 위험을 최소화해야 하는 무거운 중책이 새롭게 추가 되었다. 이에 비즈니스 인텔리전스는 주로 고차원의 분석을 필요로 하는 시장분석가나, IT조직의 소수 멤버들을 위한 여러가지 BI툴을 제공 하였다. 과거의 비즈니스 인텔리전스 제품 가격이나 솔루션 구축에 따른 비용은 사용자가 적음에도 불구하고 만만치 않았다. 최근 들어, 환경 변화와 사용자의 요구의 다양성에 따라 기업 내의 많은 사용자들은 데이터를 분석하길 원한다. 또한 기업의 업무를 보다 원할히 진행시키기 위해 많은 의사결정이 하부조직에서 이루어지고 있으며, 그에 따라 현장 직원들에게 의사결정에 대한 책임이 부과되고 있다. 또한 BI 제품의 데이터 저장소의 기술차이에 따라 호환성이 떨어지는 플랫폼을 기반으로 보고서를 작성하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XMLA 웹서비스를 이용하여 다중 플랫폼을 지원하는 자바 기반의 리포팅 툴과 연동 가능한 OLAP/데이터마이닝 비즈니스 인텔리전스 툴을 제안한다. 구현 시스템은 다양한 형태로 표현 가능한 프론트엔드 툴을 제공함으로써 최종 사용자의 편의성을 제공하며 BI의 기능을 지원한다.

Bone age assessment is a crucial task in pediatric radiology for assessing growth and development in children. In this paper, we explore the potential of Vision Transformer, a state-of-the-art deep learning model, for bone age assessment using X-ray images. We generate heatmap outputs using a pre-trained Vision Transformer model on a publicly available dataset of hand X-ray images and show that the model tends to focus on the overall hand and only the bone part of the image, indicating its potential for accurately identifying the regions of interest for bone age assessment without the need for pre-processing to remove background noise. We also suggest two methods for extracting the region of interest from the heatmap output. Our study suggests that Vision Transformer holds great potential for bone age assessment using X-ray images, as it can provide accurate and interpretable output that may assist radiologists in identifying potential abnormalities or areas of interest in the X-ray image.

2018년까지 알려진 표적공격 그룹은 꾸준히 증가하여 현재 155개로 2016년 대비 39개가 증가하였고, 침해사고의 평균 체류시간(dwell-time)은 2016년 172일에서 2018년 204일로 32일이 증가하였다. 점점 다양해지고 심화되고 있는 APT(Advanced Persistent Threat)공격에 대응하기 위하여 국내외 기업들의 사이버 위협 인텔리전스(CTI; Cyber Threat Intelligence) 활용이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 현재 KISA에서는 글로벌 동향에 발맞춰 CTI를 활용할 수 있는 시스템을 개발 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 CTI 활용을 위한 OSINT(Open Source Intelligence)기반 사이버 위협 정보 수집 및 연관관계 표현 시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문의 주요 목적은 시장집중도, 경쟁현황에 대한 산업정보를 분석, 생산하기 위한 비즈니스 인텔리전스 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 산업정보들은 주로 전체 산업 내 기업들의 연도별 매출액으로 분석하였고 산업시장은 한국표준산업분류에 의해 세분화하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 수요자 중심형 산업/시장인텔리전스 시스템인 KMAPS에 하나의 모듈로서 적용하였고 그 결과는 전문가들의 정성적 분석 결과와 비교하여 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 얻은 시장집중도 및 경쟁상황정보는 기업들이 새로운 제품개발 후 시장진입 시 필요한 의사결정을 하는데 활용될 수 있다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

급변하는 경영환경 속에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서 많은 기업들이 ERP 시스템을 중심으로 통합된 기간계 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 기간계 시스템의 안정화를 이룬 기업들은 그 다음 과제로 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 정보계 시스템으로 관심을 돌리고 있다. 이런 관점에서 최근 비즈니스 인텔리전스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 관련 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 2년간 국제 저널 및 컨퍼런스에서 발표된 BI 관련 논문 61편을 분석하여 BI 연구의 추세를 확인하고 이를 기반으로 향후 연구 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 연구자들에게 BI 연구 현황 및 방향에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 실무자들에게는 BI 활용 방안에 대한 아이디어를 제공함으로써 기업에서의 BI 도입 및 활용에 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다.
