현재 세계적으로 전자적 정보매체중 인터넷의 여러 기술적 방편인 Web, E-Mail, usenet 등을 통한 인터넷 무역이 보편화되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기존의 부가가치통신망(VAN)을 이용한 EDI에서 보다 보편적이며 접근이 용이하면서 개방적인 인터넷 EDI로 대체되고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역계약의 체결은 기존 방식에 비해 신속성, 경제성, 편리성에 있어 뛰어난 장점을 지니고 있어 조만간 많은 이용이 뒤따를 것으로 예견되나 현재 준거법, 문서의 법적효력, 계약의 유효성, 청약의 유인, 계약성립시점 둥의 법적 문제가 해결되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 특히 계약성립시점에 관하여 인터넷을 통한 승낙의 의사전달이 대화자간인지, 격지자간인지의 여부가 불투명한 실정이다. 대화자간 법리와 격지자간법리의 구분기준은 발신과 도달의 시간적 동시성을 기준으로 분석하는 것이 보다 합리적일 것으로 여겨진다. 본 연구는 현재 인터넷을 이용한 의사전달 중 가장 많은 이용이 예상되는 E-Mail을 중심으로 기타 인터넷기술을 이용한 의사전달의 효력발생시점에 관한 법리를 분석하고 만일 대화자간의 법리가 적용된다면 문제시될 도달시점에 대해서 논의하는데 그 목적이 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 살펴보았을 때, 인터넷을 통한 승낙의 의사전달은 대화자간의 법리가 적용되어 영 미법이나 한국, 일본법이 준거법으로 채택된다 하더라도 도달 주의가 지지되어야 하며, 이 경우 도달시점은 E-Mail의 경우 수신측 사용자 컴퓨터가 아닌 수신자가 지정한 수신서버컴퓨터에 기록되는 시점이 되어야 한다는 견해이다.

인터넷의 보급이 확산되고 진자문서 데이터 포맷으로 XML의 효용성에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 기업간 진자상거래를 위한 EDI 분야에서도 전통적인 EDI 방식의 한계점을 극복하고 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 모델 개발을 위해서 XML/EDI 및 ebXML에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 유통 업종의 업무 프로세스를 분석하여 ebXML BPSS 기반으로 업무 프로세스를 정의하고, 기존의 UN/EDIFACT 문서와 호환될 수 있는 XML/EDI 전자문서를 개발하였다. 그리고 중계서비스를 거치지 않고 거래 파트너간에 전자상거래 데이터 교환이 가능한 XML/EDI 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This study is to understand the concept of CALS and EC which is based on the recent information technology and internet, and to introduce a business situation of Korean model of electronic commerce and WEB-EDI and suggest its development direction for the future. In that, with the development of the telecommunication technology and the proliferation of Internet, electronic commerce and WEB-EDI is expected to be escalated rapidly, the general examples in this study are thought to be greatly helpful to its development. In addition, the information including global trend of electronic commerce and domestic situation of EDI-VAN is provided on the practical basis with figures. The strategy for developing the domestic CALS/EC is suggested as guideline which leads to actively perform the business in these area triggered by government and private entities.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) works by providing a collection of standard message formats and element dictionary in a simple way for businesses to exchange data via any electronic messaging service. Open-edi is electronic data interchange among autonomous parties using public standards and aiming towards interoperability over time, business sectors, information technology and data types. The number of Internet services using XML/EDI has grown rapidly since it is easily expansible and exchangeable. To use this service, the client does not have to install EDI S/W but only needs internet browser. Consequently, it became much easier and faster to handle the trading process in an office. eBusiness SML (extensible markup language) electronic data interchange. eXedi is the service that realizes B2B of XML/EDI. eXedi can be used easily in small and medium sized companies. Companies in any place can access to eXedi using the existing Internet connection. XML/EDI provides a standard framework to exchange different types of data -- for example, an invoice, healthcare claim, project status -- so that the information be it in a transaction, exchanged via an Application Program Interface (API), web automation, database portal, catalog, a workflow document or message can be searched, decoded, manipulated, and displayed consistently and correctly by first implementing EDI dictionaries and extending our vocabulary via on-line repositories to include our business language, rules and objects.

수출입 관련 항만물류업무 처리의 효율화를 위해 1996년부터 도입된 EDI는 서류없이 각종 항만물류 및 통관업무를 효율적으로 처리하는데 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 방식은 VAN EDI 로써 폐쇄적인 VAN 망을 통하여 EDI VAN사업자가 사용자의 EDI문서를 관련 정부기관에 중계만을 하여 EDI문서에 나타난 각종 데이터의 누적을 통한 물류정보서비스는 제공되고 있지 않다. 한편, EDI를 수신한 각 정부기관에서는 필요한 물류요약정보를 얻기 위해 해당 EDI 문서에서 추출한 데이터를 저장하는 운영 데이터베이스에 접근하여 필요한 요약 정보를 리포트 형태로 프로그램하여 생성하고 있어 정보제공의 시간지연과 프로그램 업무의 과중 및 운영 데이터베이스에 대한 부하가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 상황에서 수출입 항만물류와 관련한 다차원 정보를 실시간제공하기 위한 데이터웨어하우스를 구축하는데 있다. 일반적으로 데이터웨어하우스는 운영데이터베이스로부터 다차원 구조의 데이터웨어하우스로 데이터를 추출, 전환, 복사함으로써 이루어지지만, 본 연구에서는 EDI 수신 기관의 운영데이터베이스보다 더 원천 데이터인EDI 문서로부터 데이터웨어하우스로 데이터 변환을 함으로써 항만물류 데이터웨어하우스의 데이터 추출 단계를 한 단계 줄였다. 현재 VAN EDI 방식은 그 폐쇄성과 비용 때문에 향후 인터넷을 이용한 XML/EDI로 기술 이전될 것이 예상되며 이러한 상황에서VAN EDI 포맷이 아닌 XML/EDI 문서로 부터 데이터웨어하우스로의 전환을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서는 관세청의 수출통관 EDI에 대해 이를 XML/EDI 로 XML 스키마를 정의하고 이로 생성된 XML 문서를 SQL 서버로 구현된 OLAP 용 데이터웨어하우스로 전환하였다. 본 연구를 통해 XML을 이용한 EDI체제에서 전자문서전송기능과 정보제공기능을 위한 데이터웨어하우스의 연동을 동해 EDI시스템을 다차원 의사결정정보 시스템과 통합하게 하여, 향후 인터넷 기반 XML/EDI 중계서비스에 있어 물류정보서비스도 원활하게 제공할 수 있게될 것으로 기대된다.

Lately, electronic commerce through the Internet has been rising in attention. An important element in such commerce is EDI. EDI is mainly used with VAN but its use is not common due to the high cost of EDI transfer. Thus, only large corporations with frequent use of EDI are able U benefit from it, To smaller companies that have small usage, EDI is becoming a burden. Considering this fact as well as current changes within the enterprise environment, it is apparent that a new generation of EDI is required. To resolve the problems of VAN EDI, the proposed Internal EDI was implemented. Internet EDI deals with the use of the widely spread Internet instead of VAN. By using Internet EDI, it is possible to reduce the high cost that came when using VAN. There would be no extra transfer cost since transmission will be done through the Internet. Also, electronic commerce that is mostly used today between an individual and a company may grow to become a true electronic commerce between companies.

Technology that develop existent EDI according to electronic commerce environment by XML's entrance on the stage is XML/EDI. The DTD is meta data that define meaning of expressed data on XML document. Therefore, in case DTD information is damaged this information to base security of XML document dangerous. Not that attach digital signature on XML document for XML/EDI that is encoded in internet shopping mall in this research, proposed method to attach digital signature to DTD. When sign digital, problem that create entirely other digest cost because do not examine about order that change at message digest process is happened. This solved by method to create DTD's digital signature using DOM that can embody tree structure for standard structure and document.

인터넷과 웹의 발전은 쇼핑몰 형태의 B2C(Business to Customer) 전자상거래를 비롯하여 기업간의 거래에도 많은 변화를 가져오게 되었다. B2B(Business to Business) 전자상거래는 기업간의 거래를 위하여 이기종간의 데이터 교환은 물론, 다양한 응용 어플리케이션과의 연동이 필수적이다. 기업간 거래에 있어서 가장 기본이 되는 EDI는 그 동안 EDIFACT, X.12와 같은 표준을 이용하여 이루어져 왔지만, 확장성과 유연성이 떨어지고 개발 및 유지, 보수에 많은 비용을 요구하기 때문에 일반 중 소기업들까지 사용하기에는 어려움이 많았다. 반면에, 인터넷과 웹이라는 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 수단과 XML 기술이 등장하면서 이를 EDI에 적용하여 확장성과 유연성을 높이고, 저렴한 비용으로 EDI 시스템을 효과적으로 구축할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 한국전력에서 사용하는 전기신규접수 XML/EDI 시스템 개발 경험을 바탕으로 XML을 이용한 EDI 문서 설계와 XSL을 이용한 문서 처리 기술, 레거시(legacy) 시스템과의 연동, 보안 및 인증 기술의 적용 등을 바탕으로 XML/EDI 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

XML/EDI는 데이터 전달에 초점을 둔 전통적인 EDI의 범위를 확대하여 전자상거래에 필요한 프레임워크(framework)를 제공한다는 면에서 전통적인 EDI와 정의가 다르다. 기존의 EDI 서비스를 인터넷 플랫폼으로 옮겨가고 다시 Web 플랫폼으로 옮겨감으로써 EDI 서비스 사용자들은 기존의 서로 다른 EDI 전용 소프트웨어의 사용에 따른 불편함이 없어지고 통합된 환경으로 EDI 서비스를 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전자상거래 시스템의 핵심 요소인 웹 기반 XML/EDI시스템의 전체적인 설계 및 구현에 대해서 기술한다. 기술된 XML/EDI 시스템은 현재 80% 정도의 구현정도를 보이고 있으며, 웹을 통한 시연이 가능하다.
