1990년대 중반이후 정보통신의 발달에 의한 인터넷의 활용이 전세계적으로 급속히 팽창하면서 사이버마켓이라는 새로운 시장형태하에서 전자상거래가 급속히 성장하고 있다. 인터넷 전자상거래의 성장은 기존의 유통구조를 오프라인으로부터 온라인으로 전환시키고 물류체계까지 변화시키고 있다. 전자상거래의 경우 인터넷과 같은 정보시스템의 발달에 의해 독자적으로 성장할 수 있는 것은 아니며, 실제거래를 위한 물류와 연계해서만이 가능하다. 따라서 전자상거래의 급속한 성장과 더불어 문전배송서비스(door-to-door delivery service)가 가능한 택배서비스가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 도시내에서의 전자상거래에 의한 택배서비스시장 환경변화를 고려하여 전자상거래를 촉진시키는 어떤 요인이 택배서비스에 영향을 미치고 성장에 중요한 역할을 하는지를 파악해 보는 것도 흥미있는 일이라 하겠다. 본 연구는 시계열데이터를 이용하여 전자상거래에 의한 택배서비스시장의 상관관계를 검토하고 전자에 의한 후자의 성장요인을 분석해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 택배서비스시장의 성장요인을 시장내부의 내적요인과 외부의 외적요인으로 구분하고, 외적요인을 다시 교통요인과 사회경제적 요인으로 구분하여 전자상거래를 사회경제적 요인으로 간주하였다. 그리고 이 사회경제적 요인으로서의 전자상거래에 의한 택배서비스시장의 인과관계성을 그랜저-심즈(Granger-Sims) 인과관계검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 한국의 전자상거래는 EDI(전자문서교환)도입업체수, 인터넷 쇼핑몰수, 인터넷 이용자수, 전자상거래를 위한 법제도 체계 등의 증가에 의해 촉진되었으며, 이에 따라 택배서비스시장도 성장한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 정부주도에 의한 정보화추진이 전자상거래를 촉진시켜 택배서비스시장에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다.

In the resent years, the term mobile agent is probably one of the most overused words in many appliable areas of distributed open systems as electronic commerce and electronic data interchange, and it has very different meanings in the area of artificial intelligence, network management, or distributed systems. However, the use of mobile agent adds significant problems, primarily in the area of EC/EDI. Therefore it is very important to control the roaming agents to keep one's privacy or property in distributed open networks. The surge in secure intranets for commercial applications provides a robust, secure environment to which trading partners can increasingly entrust their interactions to some mobile agents. In this paper, we introduce a mechanism to protect mobile agent itself from the malicious server he is visiting and also we introduce a mechanism to protect vital resources of the open systems as internet.

With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the service quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to help user to manage interface and maintenance easily.

With the expansion of internet usage and the advanced technology for information and communication, the international e-Trade environment gradually migrates from the VAN/EDI to the global Internet-based e-Traed on an ebXML framework. In an effort to provide a Internet-based e-Trade environment with a security and trust, this paper analyzes security components and proposed the SSL and ebXML security technologies in order to assure of the trust and security over Internet-based e-Trade. In addition, this paper presents 3-phase methodology to realize the secure and trustworthy Internet-based e-Trade. In summary, as the first phase, the e-Trade business processes are re-engineered and the digital signature council for mutual recognition is orgainzed. And as the second phase, the Internet-based e-Trade system and the concerned digital signature technology are implemented. Finally as third phase, the PKI mutual recognition agreement is signed by parties concerned and then the Internet-based e-trade business is started. Furthermore, this paper presents the promising Internet-based e-Trade models where the digital signature can be applied.

It is settled in the economic arena that electronic commerce which used the Internet is new recently by explosive increase of the rapid development and Internet use of the information and communication technology. The problem that is legitimate at a point called the business of the form that the electronic transactions to set together if I drift are new of the times is the situation caused a lot. However, the use custom of construction and electronic transactions of the maintenance that is the legislation thief who can do rules of electronic transactions is the fact that it was not able to be still established It may not be just applied to the Internet electronic transactions that an exchange promise between our characters does against unspecified number of the general public person in the property even if I say that the conclusion of the purchase agreement is concluded in Internet electronic transactions by EDI method. That can have the approval of contract in the main legal problem of such an Internet electronic transactions contract. We civil law sorts it by a contract between the talks characters and a contract between the remote area people and all the adopted children are equal and must decide the formation of contract time in a principle of Empfangstheorie because it may be said that the rule of the civil law that it be heated and decides to be able to be available is irrational.

인터넷, PC통신 등과 같은 전자적인 수단에 의한 상거래가 활성화되면서 효율적인 물류업계의 대용전략이 요구되고 있다. 전자상거래하에서는 상류부문 예를 들어 상품의 주문 및 결제가 전자적으로 이루어지기 때문에 고객들은 물류서비스에서도 신속한 배송을 원하게 되었다. 또한 물류활동은 상거래 관련 당사자간의 수많은 정보가 유통되게 되기 때문에 물류부문도 이러한 정보의 흐름에 신속한 접속이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래하에서 물류의 효율적 관리를 위하여 사이버 물류시스템의 구축을 모색하는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 사이버 물류시스템이 구축되면 물류관련 당사자간을 인터넷을 통한 연계성이 확보됨으로써 정보의 원활한 흐름이 가능해지며 이로 인해 전체 물류시스템의 효율화가 증진될 것이며, 이로 인해 국내외 전자상거래의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

In this paper we present the development of internet banking and its impact on financial market. The internet banking has been introduced since 1990s, from which customers could obtain most financial services over internet, and will replace with the traditional banks. According to a survey, most of bankers agree that internet will play an important role in banking industry. The internet banking has an enormous impact on the transfer system and banking industry. The transfer system is divided into two-large-value transfer system and small-value transfer system, depending on the size of its transfer amount. The internet banking will enhance the transfer system, especially small-value transfer system. It will reduce the time lag between transaction of service and its payment. However, a congestion or a blockage in a part of network might stop the financial service all over the network, which is called "computer risk". As internet banking develops, banks have incentives to reduce their branches and have to compete with information-business companies which can offer financial EDI.

본 논문은 인터넷과 통신매체의 확산과 더불어 최근에는 기업간, 기업과 정부간에 주로 정형적인 문서교환에 활용되던 초기의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)가 멀티미디어 정보교환이 가능한 인터넷의 보급, 확산과 함께 소비자를 대상으로 하는 전자상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)로 급속히 확산되고 있으며, 이를 지원하기 위해 기업의 정보화 기반을 구현하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)도 요구되고 있다. 그러나, 전자상거래는 네트워크를 통하여 형성되므로 사용자들은 서로 만나지 않고 거래하게 된다. 이는 전자상거래의 장점이기도 하지만, 반대로 상호간의 신분에 대한 인증이 쉽지 않다는 단점이 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 위험을 방지하기 위한 보안기술 및 암호기술에 대해 연구하였다.

전자상거래의 발달은 산업구조와 상거래의 변화를 가져왔다. 기존의 제조업체와 도, 소매상과 소비자와의 관계 변화에 따라 물류에 대한 중요도가 더해 가고 있다. 인터넷상에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 전자상거래에서 물류는 그 성패를 가늠할 만큼 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 국내에서는 변화하는 정보화시대에 대비하여 정부차원에서 지난 90년대 중반부터 물류분야에서 종합물류정보망을 구축하여 수출입물류와 국내물류의 정보화를 추진하고 있다. 통관망과 더불어 종합물류정보망은 수출입물류에 있어 전자문서교환(EDI)과 컨테이너터미널에서의 게이트자동화와 터미널운영정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 육상에서는 첨단화물운송정보시스템(CVO)을 구축하여 화물차량실시간추적 및 수배송주선서비스를 제공하고 육상과 수출입물류에서 정보관리와 통계서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전자상거래에 따른 산업구조와 기술개발 등의 변화 외에도 남북한 긴장완화, 동북아시아 환경변화, 환경친화형 사회 구축 등에 따른 물류정보화에 대한 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 외국에서의 전자상거래의 발달에 따른 물류정보화의 추세, 통신 및 정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라 구현가능한 물류정보화 서비스를 살펴보고 국내에서 추진중인 종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향에 대해 다루어 보았다. 종합물류정보망에서는 향후 수출입물류정보서비스, 첨단화물운송(CVO) 서비스, 통합물류DB서비스, 물류거점시설정보서비스, 물류 e-Marketplace 서비스를 구축, 제공할 예정이다.

본 논문에서는 사이버무역의 활성화를 위한 산학협력 방안을 제시하기 위하여 무역업무의 새로운 패러다임인 무역자동화, 인터넷의 등장, 무역업무의 사이버화를 다루며, 사이버무역의 현황 및 전망에서는 사이버무역이 실제 무역업무에서 어느 정도 사용되고 있으며 사이버무역의 전망을 살펴보고 사이버무역의 발전가능성을 타진하여 사이버무역의 활성화를 위한 산학협력방안을 제시한다. 특히 산학 협력을 위한 방안중의 하나로 대학과 업체의 중계회사를 두어 대학에서 이를 운영하고 관리하여 업체에서 필요한 지식과 기술을 교과과정에 적용하고 이러한 교과과정을 통한 교육을 실시하여 업체에서 필요한 인력을 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 아울러 산업자원부 및 무역협회의 사이버무역인력 양성 프로그램과 호흡을 맞춰 산학협력을 위한 무역회사를 운영하고 이를 통한 이론과 실무를 함께 교육할 수 있는 기반을 마련하여 21세기 사이버무역의 기반을 제공 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 모델인 S사는 2000년 4월 설립된 회사이므로 부족한 점들이 많이 있어 이를 기반으로 산학협력을 위한 한 모델링(modeling)을 제시한다는 것이 다소 무리가 있지만, S사를 운영하면서 이를 통한 무역업체에서 요구하는 인력 및 교과과정의 조율을 통하여 미비하지만 사이버무역의 활성화에 일조하고자 하는 바램이다.
