Numerous scientists who are engaged in compute-intensive researches require more computing facilities than before, while the computing resource and techniques are increasingly becoming more advanced. For this reason, many works for e-Science environment have been actively invested and established around the world, but still the scientists look for an intuitive experimental environment, which is guaranteed the improved environmental facilities without additional configurations or installations. In this paper, we present an integrated scientific workflow execution environment for Scientific applications supporting workflow design with high performance computing infrastructure and accessibility for web browser. This portal supports automated consecutive execution of computation jobs in order of the form defined by workflow design tool and execution service concerning characteristics of each job to batch over distributed grid resources. Workflow editor of the portal presents a high-level frontend and easy-to-use interface with monitoring service, which shows the status of workflow execution in real time so that user can check the intermediate data during experiments. Therefore, the scientists can take advantages of the environment to improve the productivity of study based on HTC.

In this study, we wanted to analyze the factors at the national university level that affect college students ' elimination. In addition, national universities, private universities, universities in Seoul and universities outside of Seoul were divided into more college-specific characteristics. Except for leave of absence and departure from school, it was defined as a middle school dropout among changes of students. The data were used for analysis by receiving raw data from "University Alerts," which are operated by the Ministry of Education and the Korean Council for Educational Universities. At the university notification, 222 universities out of the schools classified as "Universities" were utilized for final analysis, and jobs, credits, scholarships, tuition fees, students, independent students, and full-time teachers were secured through multiple education. Overall, the higher the average graduate level and employee-rate the lower the rate of elimination from the middle of college students, the analysis showed. Second, the higher the average tuition fees at private universities, the more negatively affects the rate of elimination of university students. Third, higher tuition fees at universities outside the Seoul metropolitan area have a negative impact on the rate of elimination of students.

Because the 'Internet of Things' and sensor network technology have become a new generation industry competitiveness with a development of Information Communication Technology, each local autonomous entity is trying to adopt a Smart City quickly. This requires an integrated platform inside of a smart city operation center. Established Smart City platform provides various services using CCTV information and ITS transportation information based on a two-dimensional map. The provision of advanced Smart City services will necessitate three-dimensional map information, building and facilities unit information, linked information with public data portal for service to the public. In this paper, the authors reviewed development trends of Smart City integrated platform and proposed mashup methods between BIM/GIS interoperability platform and external open data. BIM/GIS platform can provide spatial information services for indoor and outdoor seamlessly because it was developed based on GIS spatial data with BIM data. The linked external open data are V-World data, Seoul Open Data, and Architectural Data Open. Finally, the authors proposed the direction of development for BIM/GIS integrated platform to provide advanced Smart City services.

To diversify the agro-food exports of Korea, this study selected Russia, which is located closet to CIS countries, as a sampling area and sought ways to promote the export of Korean hang over drinks to Russia. This study analyzed the contributing factors to the export, such as Russian consumers' purchasing intentions, as well as the willingness to pay of korean hang over drinks in Russia, using the paper review and on-off line survey data correction method. Major results are as follows. First, Russian consumers' intention of purchasing Korean hang over drinks is higher than Europe and the other products. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the demographic characteristics of Russian consumers and then actively use niche marketing strategies. Second, the purchase intention of Russian consumers towards increased when buying behavior occurred in supermarket, hypermarket- and convenience stores. Third, it seems prefer to pricing of Korean hang over drinks in Russian export market similar to the domestic price level.

The purpose of this paper is two folds: Korean media contents, which has led the Korean Wave in China in 1990s will be reviewed, and the causes of the negative feelings of Korean Wave that have occurred among Chinese netizens will be factored out in order to suggest the solutions to this conflict situation. The reviews and comments on the China's major portal site, Tienya were analyzed by the key words that causes the conflict between China and Korea. Of the total 340,000 responses, politics, history and entertainment are categorized by the keywords, and the largest portion of the netizen's comments are found to be political issues with 34%, particularly the issues related to the THAAD. This means that the negative feeling toward the Korean Wave is more closely related to politics rather than the media contents. Therefore, in order to overcome the negative feelings in China and maintain the stable relationship with the two countries in the midst of the changing US-China situation, it is necessary to lead the media business with high quality contents along with the mutual understanding and cooperation of the media content producers. It is also necessary to try to approach Chinese market in a cooperative and stable way through co-production or joint venture with Chinese media. In consequence, the excellence of Korean cultural contents and the cultural ties with Chinese media market will be identified with in-depth understanding of Chinese nationalism, Sinocentrism and Chinese culture.
