사물인터넷, 인공지능, 로봇공학, 증강현실, 가상현실과 같은 고급 기술의 융합과 사용자 행동의 변화가 미래 사업의 모습을 다시 만들고 있다. 기업이 어떻게 잠재적 변화, 작업 공간의 설계, 업무의 정의, 업무 절차를 인식하느냐가 기업이 경쟁 우위를 갖게 하는 데 도움이 되는 중요한 요인이다. Frost & Sullivan은 사회적 진화, 미래에도 견고한 사업 모델, 기술 혁신 등 미래 사업의 모습을 만들어갈 3개의 중요한 동인을 찾아냈다. 실제 작업 공간에서 작업자와 기계의 융합, 사람과 공간의 융합과 같은 트랜드가 사이버 작업 공간에 일어날 것으로, 이를 통해 점진적으로 사업과 업무의 미래 모습을 만들 것이다. 하지만 디지털 전환을 받아들이는 와중에 기업은 숙련된 인력의 부족, 기술의 정렬, 직원 반발, 사이버 보안, 조직 구조와 사고 방식 등과 같은 문제를 해결해야만 한다. 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위해 SHARED 방법론이 기술 수용과 업무 절차 개선에 관심이 있는 기업을 위한 가이드라인 역할을 할 수 있다. 시장에서 성공하기 위해 기술 솔루션 제공자(Technology Solution Provider)는 서비스 제공자로서 역할을 계속하는 동시에, 고객에게 인력 관리 솔루션의 필요성을 교육해야 한다. 기술 솔루션 제공자는 디지털 전환 과정에서 기업과 동반할 믿음직한 조언자이자 장기적 파트너에 기초한 사업 관계를 구축해야만 한다.

The characteristics of internet traffic was dramatically changed recently. Especially, the ratio of video traffic in internet network is highly increased. Because the video traffic changes the traditional interactive traffic transport into one way contents delivery, internet network pricing structure is not efficient to reflect this changes. The fundamental reason for these is the discontinuity between the cost and revenue of the internet traffic. Although the internet traffic is forecasted to grow highly, the revenue of network provider is not expected to increase as such. The present paper investigates various alternatives to improve the present business model and to accommodate traffic growth. Then, the desirable options is proposed to invoke the innovation and to reflect the price signal according to some criteria.

The popularity of Korea pop culture, which called as the name of "Korea wave", has started to spread out in China and other Asian states from late-1990's. The study about "Korea wave" until now, however, have prevailed within an economic point of view. So, I would like to clarify that this dissertation raises a question in exiting argument and explains the identity of "Korea wave" by investigating the details of pop culture contents of Korea, and understanding of chinese receiver. It shows that chinese receiver, watching the movie , has estimated in the affirmative viewpoint after I have analyzed a reply of movie web-site in China. The main features of this analysis prove that there are a lot of good estimation when chinese receiver have seen that movie because it has been well-matched with emotion and fun of story and attraction in the movie. In that order, Some Chinese netizen evaluated that there are some negative point of view as the main actress has a strange and crazy behavior. I have also found that Korea pop culture contents has not given to them good image and chinese receiver had a tendency to view objectively to classify with strength and weakness. Analysis to contrast understanding of Chinese netizen with Korea netizen showed that Korea netizen emphasized fun of story, however, Chinese netizen showed that they had a lot of opinion to be fresh and realistic relatively. In conclusion, I would like herewith to identify that there are some differences between Chinese netizen and Korean netizen after contacting the movie. The reason has showed that understanding about the same object can be a great deal of various consideration in two more diverse cultures which have many different social-cultural and historical situation.

In this paper, the plug-in scheme for ENUM client and ENUM services was proposed using an ENUM DNS applied by E.164 telephone numbering. Especially, ENUM services(ENUM HTTP, ENUM FTP) were implemented according to ENUM root domain(e164.arpa).

본 연구는 기존의 대면학습체계에서 가상교육체제로 변화되고 있는 새로운 교육 패러다임에 대해 교수자와 학습자가 점진적으로 교육환경 변화에 적응할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 대안적인 방안으로써 인터넷을 기반 대면학습 지원 시스템 제안 한다. 가상교육체제는 고도의 정보 인프라와 학습자 및 교수자 모두에게 일정수준 이상의 정보기술이 요구되고, 실험실습, 실기교육 등과 같은 참여교육에 제한이 따르며, 교육체제에서 기본적으로 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동들을 수용하는데 교육컨텐츠 및 운영 시스템에 대한 정교한 설계 및 준비가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상교육체제의 문제점과 기존 면대면 학습체제의 보완을 위한 방안으로써 교육체제에서 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동 요소들을 정보시스템에서 운영이 가능한 정형화 프로그린 및 프로세스로 전환하여 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 대면학습 지원시스템은 교수 및 학습 활동에 요구되는 전반적인 자료들을 교수-학습 지원 프로그램 및 프로세스에서 체계적으로 관리 및 운영할 수 있도록 모듈화 하는 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is finding factors affecting the students' use of the Cyber Home Learning Service System and exploring the direction of this system. It is based on the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and the result of the previous studies, six external and three internal factors influencing the sue of Cyber Home Learning Service System were extracted. The participants were 201 elementary school students in Pusan. The response of the questionnaire was gathered by online survey system. To analyze the data and the hypothesis, multiple regression and factor analysis were explored. The result indicated that (a) "usefulness" and "future-intention" affected statically to the use, (b) "usefulness" to the future-intention, (c) "subjective judgement", "fun", and "ease of use" to the usefulness, (d) "self-efficiency" and "contents quality" to the ease of use.

새로운 기술의 도입은 저작권 제도를 변화시키고 있다. 인쇄술의 발전에 따라 저작권의 보호에 대한 법제화가 이루어 졌고, 방송기술의 도입에 따라 방송권, 영화기술의 발전에 따라 영화에 대한 권리, 사진기술의 발전에 따른 사진에 대한 권리, 인터넷 등 정보통신 기술의 발전에 따라 전송권이 새로운 저작권자의 저작재산권의 한 유형으로 편입되고 있다. 이렇듯 저작권법은 기술의 발전에 따라 새로운 유형의 권리를 정책적 견지에서 수용하고 있으며, 앞으로도 예견되지 못한 기술의 출현에 따라 법의 개정은 이루어질 개연성이 크다.

Ethernet PON(Passive Optical Network)은 지금까지 연구되고 있는 가입자 망 가운데 인터넷 트래픽에 가장 적합한 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 Ethernet PON의 성능분석을 위해서 OPNET을 이용하여 Ethernet PON 시뮬레이션 모델을 설계 및 구현한다 또한, 이 모델에 대한 End to end Ethernet delay, Queuing delay, Throughput과 Utilization 분석을 통해서 하나의 OLT(Optical Line Termination)가 수용 할 수 있는 최적의 ONU(Optical Network Unit) 개수를 산정하고 Ethernet PON을 설치할 때 망의 효율을 극대화하는 방안을 제안한다.

현재의 인터넷은 고품질의 스트리밍 서비스와 늘어나는 가입자를 모두 수용할 수 없다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 Multi Path와 Multiple Description Coding (MDC) 를 사용하는 스트리밍 기법이 제안되었다. 그러나 MDC는 전체 네트워크에서 추가적인 대역폭 요구가 발생한다. 이 논문에서는 소스 노드에서 MDC 인코딩을 하는 것이 아니라 혼잡이 예상되는 지점에서 MDC로 트랜스코딩을 함으로써 대역폭이 낭비되는 문제를 해결한다.
