  • 사이버증권, 사이버 뱅킹에 이어 인터넷 열풍이 생명, 손해, 화재 보험업계에도 불고 있다. 대형 보험사들을 중심으로 급히 전담팀을 구성해 기존 홈페이지를 개편하거나 전용 보험 쇼핑몰을 구축하고 있다. 최근에는 인터넷만을 통해 보험을 판매하는 사이버보험사까지 탄생하는 등 보험업계도 피할 수 없는 사이버경쟁 시대에 돌입하고 있다. 국내 인터넷 보험 시장에 대해 살펴봤다.

  • 보험사업은 무형의 서비스를 판매하는 것이므로 별도의 물류시스템이 필요 없으며, 각종 상품 중 특히, 자동차 보험은 보험 고객에게 필요성이 널리 인식되어 있어 가상판매에 가장 적합한 사업이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷을 이용한 보험상품 판매 시 고려해야 할 요인들을 알아보고자 한다. 설문조사를 통해 고객이 인터넷을 이용한 보험계약 시 고려하는 요인, 원하는 서비스, 회사 선택 시 고려사항 등을 파악하였으며 이를 통해 사이버 보험 판매 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 인터넷의 보급으로 인해 Tele Marketing과 Direct Marketing을 주로 하던 보험업의 시장 환경은 on-line판매라는 새로운 판매 채널을 크게 변하였다. 보험업의 경우 인터넷의 도입으로 인해 보험소비자는 가격 및 상품 정보를 보다 쉽게 획득할 수 있고, 비교 견적을 통하여 자신에게 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 할 수 있다. On-line 환경의 급진전에 따른 자동차 보험시장에서 후발주자에 해당하는 on-line 자동차 보험 회사의 급격한 고객 확대는 주목할 변화이다. 따라서 off-line 보험시장을 대체할 수 있는 on-line 보험의 성장 가능성 예측이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 on-line 자동차 보험사에 대한 분석과 통계자료를 바탕으로 시스템 다이내믹스 기법을 이용하여 on-line 자동차 보험의 성장에 대해 분석 해 보았다.

  • This paper analyzes the legal issues concerning formation of insurance contracts by Internet. Electronic commerce has been growing very rapidly and internet insurance has begun to appear. This paper focuses on the features of internet insurance and current status of internet insurance in Korea. For now, internet insurance constitutes a relatively small portion of the whole insurance market. However it makes a great contribution to the insurance industry as a whole by providing customer with board information, and by learning to the creation of a new market.

A Study on Consumer's Acceptance of Medical Internet Marketing According to Medical Departments (의료서비스 인터넷 마케팅 활동에 대한 진료과목별 소비자 수용에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the marketing activity of medical service providers via Internet was considered as a new technology for approaching this problem and the consumers' acceptance of the new marketing activity was analyzed through the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) path analysis. The path analysis was conducted for the non-insured medical departments and the insured medical departments. The path analysis revealed that the consumers felt usefulness of the marketing activity of non-insured medical service providers, which means that they have intention to accept and are satisfied with the Internet marketing activity provided by non-insured medical service departments. On the other hand, in the case of insured medical service, it was clarified that the 'easy of use' preferentially affects the users' intention of accepting the marketing activity rather than 'usefulness'.

Consumer Attitude and Purchase Willingness of Internet Insurance (인터넷 보험에 대한 소비자태도와 수용성향 연구)

  • The Objective of this study was to investigate the consumer attitude and purchase willingness of internet insurance. Data were collected from 412 adult consumers who had bought car insurance at least once. Results showed that respondents have positive as well as negative attitude toward internet insurance. The best thing of internet insurance seems tn be the low rate of insurance premium while the worst thing seems to be the risk of personal information disclosure. However, about two thirds of respondents answered that they were willing to purchase internet insurance if the insurance premium were discounted more than $25\%$ of what they paid offline. The more consumer attitude was positive, the more consumers were willing to purchase internet insurance. In general, consumer attitude and purchase willingness of internet insurance vary with consumers' demographic and socio-economic characteristics.

  • A convergence of finance and information technology brought a remarkable development in Fin-Tech industry. On the other hand, currently existing laws seemed inappropriate to address the liability of financial institutions, Fin-tech enterprises and consumers in case of financial accidents due to its ambiguity. The minimum insurance obligation by financial institutions specified under the Electronic Financial Transaction Act 2006 is not keeping with current reality, considering transaction volume, frequency of incidents, and security investments. This paper aims to lay stress on the need of cyber liability insurance by understanding the domestic financial incidents and management, and the limit of existing insurance policy.

  • Finance, Securities, banking system provides information through Internet, DM SMS, IVR, E-mail and FAX for customer. Customers can use multi channel. Enterprise requires Host transaction and transparency for DB processing, This paper provides two contributions to the study. First, we discuss Server of Fire insurance (finance, securities and capital, bank system) in Enterprise. Second, we present Real time monitoring system for customer transparency. Finally, we design and implement the proposed system. These techniques can be efficiently supported in CRM(Customer Relationship Management).
