In accordance with the completion of the spatial database building works in the central and/or local government authorities as well as the rapid popularization of various information services through internet, it is heavily required to provide spatial information services through World Wide Web. To provide a qualified spatial information service, it is crucial to have a Web-based GIS (Geographic Information Service) service system equipped with the publicity, the convenient accessibility, and the easy-to-use user interface. In this paper, we introduce a new component system for Web-based spatial information services based on the OpenGIS Simple Feature specification for OLE/COM[3] and OLE DB specification[4]. The important functionality of a Web-based spatial information service system includes its accessibility of various existing GIS server system and huge databases in addition to the resolution of response-time delay problems caused by transmitting a large amount of digital maps via internet[6]. To cope with these problems, our component system has been designed to access heterogeneous databases in transparent manner and to support vector-based and/or image-based image production techniques for shortening transmission time.

Ontologies are formal theories that are suitable for implementing the semantic web. which is a new technology that attempts to achieve effective retrieval, integration, and reuse of web resources. Ontologies provide a way of sharing and reusing knowledge among people and heterogeneous applications systems. The role of ontologies is that of making explicit specified conceptualizations. In this context, domain and generic ontologies can be shared, reused, and integrated in the analysis and design stage of information and knowledge systems. This study aims to design an ontology for international organizations. and build an Internet web retrieval system based on the proposed ontology. and finally conduct an experiment to compare the system performance of the proposed system with that of internet search engines focusing relevance and searching time. This study found that average relevance of ontology-based searching and Internet search engines are 4.53 and 2.51, and average searching time of ontology-based searching and Internet search engines are 1.96 minutes and 4.74 minutes.

웹2.0의 등장과 함께 사용자 참여, 공유, 개방의 개념은 기존의 서비스 구조나 비즈니스 모델의 파괴(Disruption)와 함께 인터넷 기반의 모든 서비스로 빠르게 확산되면서 새로운 경쟁력을 갖는 서비스로 다시 태어나고 있다. 또한, 웹 기술의 발전은 기존의 다른 서비스의 발전에 크게 영향을 끼치고 있는데 이는 웹의 기본적신 속성인 표준에 기반한 개방형 구조를 기반으로 하여 다양한 융복합 서비스 제공을 가능하게 하기 때문이다. 인터넷 기반의 TV 서비스 분야에서도 예외는 아니며, 이미 TV 2.0, Broadcast 2.0이란 용어가 등장하고 있는 등 TV 서비스가 인터넷과 같은 개방된 네트워크를 기반으로 할 때 가질 수 있는 장점들이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 본 고에서는 웹 2.0기반의 기술이 IPTV와 같은 네트워크 기반의 TV 서비스와 연계될 경우 어떠한 특징과 장점을 갖는지를 알아보고 웹 2.0 관점에서 제공해야 되는 요소기술의 특징과 표준화 현황에 대해서 언급하며, 나아가 웹2.0 기반 IPTV 서비스의 발전방향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

There are many development methods to implement wireless internet service. These methods are WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) based services and Java based service WAP based service has been proposed to support limited convenience for user But Java based service can support many convenience and GUI(Graphic User Interface) and easy to use to access for user. This paper will be propose a WAP based application development method and Java based application development method. As an illustrative experiment, WAP based service and Java based service are used to show performance for each systems.

다양한 서비스의 등장과 이에 따른 사용자의 폭발적인 증가에 따라 인터넷은 이미 단순한 정보통신 기술수준을 넘어서 사회 인프라의 하나로 자리잡고 있다. 그러나 인터넷은 초기 설계 시 이러한 다양한 형태의 사용을 고려하지 못하고 설계되어 여러 가지 문제점을 유발하고 있다. 따라서 현 인터넷이 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하고 미래 정보사회의 인프라로서 역할을 수행할 수 있는 새로운 네트워크 기술에 대한 연구가 미래인터넷이라는 이름으로 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 방송통신위원회에서 수립한 "미래를 대비한 인터넷 발전계획"(2011. 6.)의 주요 내용을 간단히 소개하고 이 계획에 기반하여 현재 진행되고 있는 국내의 주요 미래인터넷 관련 연구 동향을 살펴본다. 또한 현 인터넷에서의 한국의 한계를 극복하고 미래인터넷 기반 사회를 한국이 주도하기 위한 추진 전략을 제시한다.

복합 인터넷쇼핑몰의 경우, 각 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 관리된 이질의 데이터들이 고객들에게는 글로벌한 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰의 단일 화면으로 투명하게 제공되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 각 인터넷쇼핑몰의 로컬 데이터의 자치성을 보장하며 고객에게는 글로벌한 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰의 데이터를 투명하게 엑세스하기 위한 통합데이터 중개자 모델을 제안한다. 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰 지원환경으로 제공되는 통합데이터 환경을 위하여 각각의 단일 인터넷쇼핑몰에 존재하는 기존의 시스템을 유지하면서 이질적인 데이터베이스를 투명하게 엑세스할 수 있는 방법으로 웹기반 객체지향 기술 및 파일시스템, 관계형 데이터 베이스 및 객체지향 데이터베이스들을 수용할 수 있는 객체 질의 언어를 사용하는 통합데이터베이스를 설계한다.

디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 방송 통신 융합이 가속화되고 있다. 우리나라는 방송 통신의 융합을 위해 쌍방향성을 제공하는 IP-TV와 같은 서비스가 유선 인터넷망을 사용한 홈오토메이션의 고정 환경 서비스를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 자동차 또는 휴대폰 등의 이동형 디지털 TV에서의 양방향 데이터 서비스 같은 방송통신 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 유선인터넷과 비슷한 전송속도와 비용을 갖는 무선 인터넷 서비스가 필요하다. 우리나라는 2006년 상반기에 유선인터넷과 비슷한 전송속도와 비용을 갖는 무선인터넷 서비스인 휴대인터넷을 상용화할 예정이다. 휴대인터넷은 동일한 주파수 대역을 이용하여 송수신을 하는 TDD방식을 사용한다. 우리나라는 셀룰러 시스템의 발달로 FDD를 중심으로 부품의 개발과 연구가 진행되어 왔기 때문에 TDD용 부품의 개발과 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TDD 기반의 휴대인터넷용 고출력 RF 스위치의 개발에 대하여 기술한다.

1974년 인터넷 개념이 처음 제안된 이후, 지난 30년 넘게 인터넷은 현재 사용되는 글로벌 네트워크의 대표주자로 자리매김 하고 있다. 그러나 2000년대에 들어서면서부터 통신환경의 급격한 변화 및 다양한 사용자 요구사항의 증대로 인해 현재의 인터넷이갖는 근본적인 문제에 대해 심각한 고민을 하기 시작하였으며, 그 연장선 중 하나로 최근 Clean Slate 설계 방법에 기반을 둔 미래인터넷 연구가 국내외로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 미래인터넷의 연구 배경으로 현 인터넷의 성공배경 및 문제점들을 먼저 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 미래인터넷을 위한 요구사항 및 설계목표 등을 알아본다. 또한 최근 활발히 연구 진행중인 미래인터넷 핵심 기술들에 대해 분석하고, 미국, 유럽, 일본, 우리나라가 전략적으로 추진중에 있는 프로젝트 동향, 성공 시나리오 등을 살펴본다. 끝으로 현재 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC6, ITU-T 등에서 추진 계획중에 있는 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

With the rapid growth of the up-to-date wireless network and Internet technologies, huge and various types of things around us are connected to the Internet and build the hyper-connected society, and lots of smart applications using these technologies are actively developed recently. IoT connects human, things, space, and data with various types of networks to construct the hyper-connected network that can create, collect, share and appling realtime information. Furthermore, most of the smart applications are concentrated on the service that can collect and store realtime contexts using various sensors and cloud technology, and provide intelligence by making inferences and decisions from them nowadays. In this paper, we design a smart application that can accurately control and process the current state of the specific context in realtime by using the state-of-the-art ICT techniques such as various sensors and cloud technologies on the IoT based mobile computing environment.
