인터넷 뱅킹 서비스 규모가 증가하면서 외부에서의 위협으로부터 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 보안기술을 도입하였다. 하지만, 악의적인 공격자에 의한 사고사례가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 그 원인을 분석하기 위한 자료가 필요한 실정이다. 추가적으로 보안기술과 더불어 사고를 방지하기 위하여 국내/외에서 관련 법률을 제정하였으며, 이 또한 사고를 방지하기 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스에서 발생하는 사고사례의 원인을 분석하기 위하여 현재까지 발생한 사고사례에 대한 조사 결과를 서술하며, 사고를 방지하기 위한 지표의 일환으로 국내/외에서 제정된 관련 법률에 대한 조사 결과를 서술한다.

본 논문에서는 보안 기반의 전자투표 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 전자 투표 시스템은 유권자인증과 투표 내용의 암호화 전송을 하지 않는 단순한 인터넷을 이용한 여론 조사에 불과하여 조사 결과의 신뢰도가 낮을 뿐만 아니라, 변조나 위조의 가능성이 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 이용이 확산되고 있는 인터넷과 WWW(World Wide Web) 환경에서 공개키 알고리즘을 기반으로 하는 투표 내용의 암호화 전송과 시스템 보안에 역점을 둔 전자 투표 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이 같은 전자 투표 시스템을 사용하게 되면 기존의 전 근대적 투표 방식에 의한 투표율 저조라는 문제를 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 투표에 따른 시간적, 경제적, 인적 손실을 막을 수 있는 것이다.

온라인 포털은 1990년 중반 웹브라우저의 급속한 확산을 바탕으로 성장한 기업들이 인터넷 시장에 진입하기 위해 포털 사업부를 설립하거나, 인수합병에 나서면서 1990년대 말부터 시장에서 크게 주목받기 시작했다. 특히, 인터넷 유저들이 포털 사이트를 인터넷의 시작페이지로 활용하면서 온라인 포털은 인터넷 시장의 핵심영역으로 자리 잡았다. 한국소프트웨어진흥원이 발간한 (2005년 해외 디지털 콘텐츠 시장조사)자료를 토대로 해외 온라인포털 시장 동향에 대해서 살펴본다.

지금까지 8회에 걸친 연재를 통해 인터넷 방송의 기술적인 부분과 콘텐츠 기획등 다양한 면에서 조망을 했다. 인터넷 분야는 워낙 빠르게 변하는 분야이기 때문에 지금 언급되었던 문제점이나 기술이나 콘텐츠 컨셉이 오래지 않아 해결되거나 새로운 컨셉으로 시장에 진입하게 될 것이다. 중요한 것은 처음 기획 단계에서부터 철저한 시장 조사와 수익성있는 콘텐츠로 장기간 동안 생명력을 유지하는 것이다. 몇 년 혹은 몇 달을 넘기지 못하고 사라지는 현재의 상황을 타산지석으로 삼아 향후 좀더 나은 인터넷 방송이 되길 바란다.

대한가족보건복지협회는 인터넷 포털사이트 다음(www. Daum.net)을 통해 5월 17일부터 6월 16일까지 '엄마젖에 대한 설문조사'를 실시했다. 직장생활과 가슴 노출에 대한 사회적 편견에 대한 인식$\cdot$변화가 필요하며 공공장소에서의 모유수유 여건 개선을 위한 제도 마련이 시급한 것으로 조사되었다.

미 조지아공과대학의 제9회 WWW유저 조사에 의하면, 미국 WWW 유저 중 여성비율이 41%에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인터넷의 불가결한 테크놀로지인 Java나 Java Script에 대한 평가가 크게 높아진 반면, 대대적인 홍보 속에서 등장한 푸시기술은 별 인기를 얻지못했으며, 인터넷상의 정보규제에 관해서는 찬성, 반대가 절반씩인 현실도 두드러지고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of link with internet media and a internet addiction disposition of adolescents. The subjects were 500 students attending to middle and high schools consisted of male and female. The instruments were "the questionnaire on the present conditions of internet use" consisted of 14 items(Cronbach's α=.71) and "the internet addiction rating scale" consisted of 20 items(Cronbach's α=.73). These questionnaire were revised by this researcher. For data analysis, chisqure and ANOVA were used. The main results were as follows. First, a boy students and the vocational high school and the middle school each have more negative response than a girl students and the humanistic high schools in the present conditions of internet use and the judgement on a harmful object of internet space. Second, a boy students have higher than a girl students in an internet addiction disposition. Third, an internet addiction related with the times link with internet, the type of internet game, and the content of internet space(a lustful and violent objects). The various methods for the prevent with the internet addiction of adolescents discussed with based on the previous studies.

Recently, Internet addiction problem has arised due to increasing negative effects about excessive internet use among youth. In this study, by utilizing the '11th youth health behaviors online survey data', we discuss the countermeasures for excessive internet usage of adolescence based on various analysis. we examined the effects of demographic characteristic factors, psychological factors, behavioral factors on internet usage of adolescence. As a result, it was confirmed that there were various variables that influenced adolescent internet usage which were not approached in previous researches. And through these results, we can confirm these variables. In addition, we can also provide countermeasures on excessive internet usages by that of adolescents.

The study aims to examine how exposure to phonography on the internet affects adolescents' behaviour toward sexual assault and the sex trade industry based on the social learning theory. A nationwide survey was conducted on adolescents between the ages of 14 to 19. Responses from a total of 2,829 adolescents were obtained and utilized in the analysis. The analytic findings showed that Korean adolescents are heavily exposed to phonography on the internet. Students use the internet to search for pornographic web sites, and they periodically look for updated materials. The study showed that between 1.8% to 16.5% of adolescents, who were exposed to or watched pornographic materials, committed sexual assault and were guilty of sexually harassing others. 3.5%(95) of those who were surveyed experienced sex trade. Internet chat rooms are considered to be a contributing factor. The results show that adolescents who were exposed to phonography are more prone to committing the acts of sexual assault and sexual harrassment, and tend to be more influenced toward sexual violence.
