최근 들어 인터넷을 통한 사이버리서치가 유행하고 있다. 사이버 리서치는 각종 설문조사가 인터넷이나 이메일 등 온라인으로 조사되고 있기 때문에 여러가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 기업이나 공공기관 언론등에서 온라인 리서치를 통해 많은 조사를 하고 있다. 온라인 리서치는 비용과 시간 절약이라는 많은 장점에도 불구하고 조사결과 조작의 가능성 등 단점도 있기 때문에 아직은 조사결과의 신뢰도가 그리 높다고는 볼 수 없다.

Though an internet survey, an alternative method for the off-line survey, has various merits is, it still has some problems such as sampling bias and low reliability from insincerity during survey. Especially the exogenous variables such as sample respondents of the environment should be controlled to make internet survey trustworthy. This study attempts to design and implement such system that can help researchers to control the network and sampling environment and behaviors on respondents. Thru the various Question forms and structured Questionnaire design, this study tries to contribute the improvement of survey satisfaction and the reliability for survey result in internet survey system.

The advantage of an internet survey is the speed with which data can be accumulated from respondents. And this method is more economical, provides more accurate information, and has greater scope in subject coverage. Since there is used multi-media, the design of questionnaires is even more important in order to achieve high data quality.

최근 들어 다양한 기관 또는 기업에서 인터넷, 휴대폰 등을 통한 설문조사를 시행하고 이를 기반으로 필요한 사항에 대한 분석 결과를 보여주고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전통적인 조사 방법에 비해 다른 특성을 지니고 있고 사용자 인터페이스의 불편함, 전통적 방식에 비해 비교적 높은 무응답률, 설문결과 정보의 효율적 가공을 통한 직관성 제공 등 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 인터넷 기반의 설문 조사 시스템들이 가지고 있는 취약점들을 해결하기 위해 사용자가 공감할 수 있는 UI를 통해 간결하면서도 편리한 솔루션을 설계, 개발하였다.

Recently as the Internet services become popular, the number of practical approaches to tackle social problems by using computers is increasing rapidly. One of the typical problems is the surveying system that handles a large amount of various data and thus requires much effort in time and manpower. As the necessity of the computerized surveying system is increased, there have been many tries to develop the surveying system based on the web or standalone software for public opinion collection, market research, and so on. In this paper, we design and implement a respondent based real-time surveying system using XML and QCL in order to efficiently process a various style of questionaries.

인터넷의 성장과 더불어 e-learning 을 통한 교육의 기회가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 e-learning을 통한 고교의 보충수업이 사교육시장에 미치는 영향을 분석함에 있다. 올해부터 시작된 EBS의 수능교육은 TV와 인터넷을 통하여 이루어지며, 사교육시장에 작지 않은 변화를 가져올 것으로 보인다. 연구방법으로는 EBS의 수능교육의 수요자인 고교생을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다.

인터넷을 통해 물품 / 서비스 / 정보를 거래하는 것이 이제는 더 이상 새로운 현상이 아니다. 즉, 정보활용기술의 급진적 발전으로 인터넷을 통한 상거래는 시간과 장소 그리고 취급 품목의 제한 없이 필요한 거래를 할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나, 인터넷 쇼핑은 컴퓨터를 물리적으로 인터넷에 접속되어 있어야 만이 필요한 내용을 검색하고 주문하여 구매를 할 수 있어 21 세기를 바쁘게 살아가는, 많은 이동이 수반되는 사람들에게는 물리적 인터넷 접속은 하나의 큰 제한이 되고 있다. 따라서 소비자들을 이러한 한계를 초월할 수 있는 무선으로 인터넷에 연결하여 이동 중에도 핸드폰을 통해 쉽고 간편하게 그리고 더욱 편리하게 상거래 행위를 유도하는 것은 자연스러운 현상이라고 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 이러한 요구에 부응하기 위해 일본과 한국에서 이동전화를 이용하는 사람들의 특정을 살펴보고 1) 이동 전화사용의 주목적, 2) 이동전화가 편리한 이유, 3) 이동전화 형태의 선호도, 4) 이동전화 사용의 심리적 안정, 5) 이동전화 사용의 문제점 등에 대한 내용을 설문조사를 통해 조사하여 추후 이동전화를 통해 물품 / 서비스 / 정보를 구입할 의향에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 조사하는 것이다.

인터넷을 통한 정보화의 영향으로 교육 방법에도 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 교수자와 학습자간 오프라인으로 이루어졌던 교육이 온라인상에서 이루어지게 되었고, 양질의 원격 교육을 실천하려는 노력 과정에서 LMS(Learning Management System)는 많은 발전을 하게 되었다[3]. 하지만 잘 개발된 LMS 라 할 지라도 온라인 교육에서는 오프라인 교육과 같이 교수자와 학습자의 직접적인 커뮤니케이션을 통한 상호 의견 수렴이 어렵다[4]. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LMS 기능에 확장성과 이식성을 갖는 설문 시스템을 추가 함으로써 교수자와 학습자간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 지원하고자 한다. 또한 강의 점검, 교수전략 수립, 연구, 정책수립 및 사업추진을 위한 각종 조사에 활용하고자 한다. 본 논문의 설문 조사 시스템은 오픈 소스로 전국 대학 및 교육기관을 대상으로 무상 배포 중이며 그 활용을 검증 중이다[5].

인터넷 급속한 발전은 사용자들에게 웹을 통해서 다양한 설문조사를 하는 서비스를 제공한다. 일반 사용자가 웹을 통한 설문지 작성하기 위해서는 웹에 대한 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하고, 전문지식까지 요구된다. 사용자들은 사용하기 편하고 이해하기 쉬운 프로그램을 원하기 때문에 시각 프로그래밍 기법을 이용하는 WYSIWYG 방식의 저작도구가 필요하다. 시각 프로그래밍 기법은 프로그램에 대해서 구체적으로 표현하기 때문에 사용자가 프로그램을 이해하기와 배우기 쉽다. 본 논문에서는 설문지 저작도구로서 시각 프로그래밍기법을 이용한 WAST(Web Survey Authoring Tool)를 구현하였다. WAST는 설문지를 작성할 때 편의성과 신속성을 제공하여 설문지 작성의 효율성을 높이는 설문지 저작도구이다.

The objective of this study is to investigate and compare the situation of the informationization of public libraries between 2012 and 2014. Data were collected two times in both 2012 and 2014 using Internet survey. Survey contents were general information situation, softwares, digital service room, RFID, digital contents, mobile service, integrated digital services. Results show that library informationization went for demonstration effect for local residents, staff for library informationization was insufficient, KOLAS was still needed to be upgraded, and most of public libraries were insufficient for future digital services. As improvement plans, there are the development of next generation integrated system, expansion of mobile web and app service, and increasing digital contents. For further study, it provides a study of the use of digital contents and equipment on public libraries.
