The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital textbook use for potential risk group of internet addiction and average group. For this, I selected two samples. One was a group to use digital textbook at school, the other was a group not to use that. Then each potential risk group of internet addiction were sort out in two groups by a test of internet addiction. I firstly compared a average user group and a potential risk group of internet addiction in group to use digital textbook. Also, I too did that in group not to use digital textbook. Then I analyzed the relevance of using digital textbook and internet addiction. As a result, I found that using digital textbook have not the relevance with internet addiction. But in this paper, I proposed a way to teach ICT ethical training before students use the digital textbook, because most of potential risk students of internet addiction tend to think they was influenced by digital textbook.

인터넷으로 연결된 모든 장치는 각 나라마다 정해진 권위기관으로부터 고유한 IP 주소를 할당 받게 되는데, 현재 Internet Network Center(Inter NIC)라는 조직에서 이를 전체적으로 관장하고 있다. 최근 인터넷 사용이 급속히 확산되면서 인터넷을 이용하는 모든 장치에 고유 IP 주소를 할당하게 될 경우 고유 주소 체계의 사용 가능한 IP 주소 고갈이라는 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 문제는 내부 근거리 통신망(LAN)과 인터넷 상에 IP 주소를 변환시켜 주는 역할을 하는 네트워크 주소 변환(NAT: Network Address Translation) 기능을 이용하여 보완할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사설망 사용자의 인터넷 접속을 제공하는 것으로 기존 라우터에 NAT 기능을 적용하여 라우터가 보유한 공인 주소를 각 사용자가 공유하여 인터넷 접속을 제공하는 것으로 기존 라우터에 NAT 기능을 적용하여 라우터가 보유한 공인 주소를 각 사용자가 공유하여 인터넷 접속을 시도하는 것으로 사설망의 IP주소를 공인된 인터넷 주소로 변환시켜 외부로 전송하므로써 가능하다. 또한, 주소 변환 과정으로 사설망에서 사용하는 IP주소가 NAT 기능으로 IP주소가 변경되어 외부 침입자가 사설망의 존재를 알 수 없어 침입을 막는 간접적인 방화벽 기능도 수행한다.

우리 주변에서 인터넷에 접근할 수 있는 기반시설이 풍부하게 제공 되어 최근 출시되는 많은 가전제품과 전기전자 제품들은 인터넷에 접속하여 웹브라우저나 휴대폰을 이용하여 원격으로 감시하고 제어할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 제품들은 대부분 인터넷 인터페이스가 없기 때문에 네트워크에 접속할 수 없어 불편함이 많았다. 따라서 본문에서는 주변의 가전제품 및 전기용품들을 스마트폰으로 감시하고 제어할 수 있는 인터넷 전원 콘센트를 위한 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 인터넷 전원콘센트 제어기는 위즈넷사에서 개발한 하드웨어 TCP/IP 프로세서인 W5300을 사용하여 AVR 마이크로프로세서로 운영 가능한 인터넷 인터페이스를 설계하고 구현한다. 하드웨어 TCP/IP 프로세서를 사용하여 이더넷 인터페이스를 구현하면 소형의 8비트 마이크로프로세서로 완전한 TCP/IP 스택의 구현이 가능하여 개발제품의 가격 경쟁력과 소형화에 기여할 수 있다.

This study parent-children relationship with the youth of the Internet was to evaluate the impact on. Internet excess utility of adolescents was to influence the, and how we received its relation the influence. This study distinguished their patent-children relation according to the violence and non-interference level and Internet excess utility contains an everyday life problem, we can not do the work to plan, the excess Internet usage, and the complications of the another person. This distinguished with genernal, potent risk, high risk category. The result was as follows: First, potent risk and high risk category appeared in the parent-children relation to be the no- interference. This means that parent-children relation has an influence on internet excess utility of adolescent. Second, the role of parents is important to reduce internet utility of adolescent, and it must understand so that the development stage is careful. We need the supply for adolescent with play and experience program development which can enjoy the leisure culture. We need internet poisoning expert training and the treatment must be achieved with the counselling to be continuous to problem adolescents.

This research is a study designed to identify the needs for information literacy instruction for the U.S. public library Internet service users. The levels and needs of Internet service users as well as the development and effectiveness of the Internet services at the U.S. public libraries were investigated. The survey was administered to the Internet service users at four public libraries in the upper Midwest region of the U.S.A total of 386 surveys were collected and analyzed. The result showed that as the years of Internet use experience and the level of expertise increases, user satisfaction decreases. However, the users who had taken any Internet class showed more satisfaction than who had not. This research offers a new direction and need for information literacy instruction for public library Internet service users.

Even though wide usage of internet makes daily life easier, it drives many social problems. This article reveals that heavy usage of internet affects status of mind and relationships with others, and ends up to the internet addiction. We found the more college students use internet, the more they become internet dependent, problematic in relationships with others and internet addictive. And more, internet dependency provokes internet addiction and problems in relationship with others and problems with others induces internet addiction, too.

‘PC방들은 손님의 발길이 뚝 끊기 면서 폐업하는 곳이 늘어난다. 전국에 17개나 되던 사이버대학들도 내년부터는 신입생을 모집 하지 않는다고 발표하고, 언론사들은 인터넷 미디어 부서를 정리하기 시작한다. 관공서 앞에서는 공짜로 인터넷을 사용하기 위 해 줄이 늘어서 있다.’사용한 만큼 금액을 지불하는‘인터넷 종량제’가 시행된 이후의 가상 시나리오다. 최근 도마 위에 오른 종 량제에 대한 우려의 목소리가 높다. 종량제를 둘러싼 찬반논쟁을 살펴봤다.

본 연구에서는 지능적으로 인터넷 중독을 방지하는 시스템 설계 방법을 제안한다. 구체적인 연구내용은 인터넷 사용시간 제한 및 유해정보 차단 분야에서 사용자 본인이 등록한 인터넷 이용 범위와 목적과의 연관성을 추론하여 사용자의 작업과 무관한 인터넷의 과도한 사용을 방지하는 사용자 작업 추론을 통한 효과적인 인터넷 중독 방지 시스템을 설계하고, 관련 특허 중심으로 비교한다.

WWW의 급격한 팽창은 인터넷을 사용하는 사용자들의 급격한 증가를 가져 왔으며, 인터넷 사용자의 증가로 IP Address의 부족문제가 발생하게 되었다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 서브넷, 사설 IP Address, Proxy Server, NAT등의 다양한 해결책들이 제시되어 부분적으로 적용하고 있으나, 사설 IP Address를 사용하는 경우 인터넷 서비스를 이용하는 것은가능하나 인터넷 서버로서의 역할을 수행할 수 없다. 본 논문에서 설계 구현한 Gate-P 시스템은 사설 IP Address를 가지는 시스템을 인터넷 서버로서 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

To justify the economic impacts of the internet access management is a purpose of this paper. Previous researches on economic justification were reviewed and the internet access management system. sniffer, and firewall were implemented to monitor real-time sessions and to record blocked attempts. This paper suggests the impact factors and measurement methods to justify the economic values of the internet access management system. Finally, this paper Proves that the overall impacts of the internet access management system have a Positive value because filtering mechanisms cause users to lose a small number of URLs including useful information and to diminish refreshment but save users from various risk points and enhance labor productivity.
