This study investigates Chinese consumers who have recently purchased products through internet personal broadcasting of Wang Hong and explores how factors related to Wang Hong, broadcasting contents, and products affect purchasing satisfaction of consumers. The present study also examines whether this satisfaction affects the consumer loyalty to the shopping through the Wang Hong in the future. The results indicated that consumers' perception of the informational level rather than entertainment level of broadcasting contents had significant effects on the product satisfaction. The perceived uniqueness and credibility of Wang Hong were found to have positive impacts. In terms of products, the more consumers perceived the product to fit their images or values, and the higher the fit between the images of Wang Hong and the endorsed product, the higher the satisfaction with the product. Product satisfaction increased the customer loyalty, including the intention of repurchasing products endorsed by the Wang Hong.

The development of the latest media technology has changed the traditional broadcasting system. The traditional broadcasting system, which was operated by the mass media and the terrestrial broadcasters, is now transformed to the viewer-centered and bidirectional media through the convergence of internet and mobile. In terms of broadcasting environment, the function of the traditional TVs has been changed to the Smart TVs combined with an open platform which not only deliver visual contents, but also supply various applications and additional information linking the content providers and viewers. This ongoing broadcasting environmental change has made it possible for viewers to participate in the programs such as reality shows or sports events through SNS, texting or phone calls. Therefore, the purpose of this experiment is to present the ways to promote easier and more convenient viewer-participation in the programs by applying mobile messenger to existing broadcasting system in order to enhance the involvement of broadcasters and viewers of the programs and to diversify the roles of content providers and viewers in broadcasting.

현재까지 인터넷상에서 텍스트와 이미지를 이용하여 정보를 표현하고 전달하는 방법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 웹 관련 기술의 비약적인 발달과 네트워크 속도의 증가 및 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 단순한 텍스트와 이미지 중심의 HTML 문서를 이용한 정보의 전달이 아닌 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용한 정보의 표현과 전달이 점차 증대되고 있다. 최근에는 개인용 컴퓨터의 성능 증가와 초고속 통신 서비스의 보급에 의해 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 됨으로써 기존의 공중파나 CATV 방송국의 형태 지니고 인터넷상에서 실시간 방송/VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 방송국이 급속하게 생겨나고 있다. 인터넷 방송은 동영상과 오디오의 실시간 전달을 가능하게 하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술과 실시간 전송 프로토콜인 RTP/RTCP를 기반으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 스트리밍과 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 지원하고, 자바를 기반으로 한 실시간 방송/VOD 서비스를 제공하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 AAC(Advanced Audio Coding)와 RTP/RTCP, RTSP, TCP/IP 등의 인터넷 프로토콜을 이용한 고품질 인터넷 오디오 방송 기술에 대해 기술한다. AAC 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 실시간으로 전송하기 위해 RTP/RTCP 프로토콜을 사용하고, 사용자에게 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하기 위해 RTSP 프로토콜을 사용한다. TCP/IP 프로토콜은 서버/클라이언트간에 중요한 정보의 교환에 이용되어 진다. 본 논문에서는 위의 다양한 프로토콜을 이용하여 AAC 데이터를 스트리밍 하는 방법과 이를 이용한 인터넷 오디오 방송용 서버/클라이언트를 구성하는 방법에 대해 기술한다.

본 논문은 기존의 방송교육이 지니고 있는 정지성, 획일성, 일방통신성, 순간성 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방송사가 디지털도서관을 설립하여 자사의 방송교육정보 인프라를 구축하고 이를 통합할 수 있는 $\ulcorner$통합 가상방송교육센타$\lrcorner$를 인터넷상에 설립하여 통합 탐색이 가능한 인터페이스를 제공한다면 방송교육의 목적을 배가할 수 있다. 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송 교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 방송교육프로그램의 정보적 속성을 분석한 DB 프로그램의 설계, 멀티미디어기술을 기반으로 하여 서지정보와 본문정보가 상호 연동된 DB의 구축과 인터넷 웹서비스 기술에 의하여 서비스가 가능하도록 설계하는 것이다.

There are some technical problems in current internet-broadcasting. The load of server rises in proportion to user connection. And the inefficient usage of network bandwidth deteriorates quality of services and doesn't transport multimedia data in real time. To overcome above problems, multicast transport technology is applied to real-time multimedia data transport. But the reliability problem is still remained. This paper provides an efficient design of internet broadcasting server. We propose an multimedia data transport algorithm using adaptive encoding by grouping users according to similar connection environment. Performance evaluations show that the mechanism decreases the load of server and improves the quality of services.
