Biomechanical changes on spinal posture under shoulder-bag (숄더백착용에 따른 척추자세의 생체역학적 변화)

  • 숄더백과 백팩을 멜 때의 척추자세의 변화양상이 각각 다름에도 불구하고 백팩에 비해 숄더백을 멜 때의 인체자세 변화에 대한 생체역학적 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구의 목적은 숄더백을 멜 때 무게증가에 따라 몸통자세의 변화양상을 분석하는 것이다. 몸통자세의 변화를 측정하기 위하여 3차원 동작분석시스템을 사용하였고, 가방무게는 3가지 조건(5, 10, 15 kg)과 통제조건(0 kg)으로 정하였다. 실험 결과 몸통전방기울기와 몸통측방기울기는 무게가 증가함에 따라 유의하게 증가하였다. 요추의 수평면상 축회전이 무게가 증가함에 따라 반시계 방향으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 흉추에서는 무게 증가에 따른 움직임의 변화가 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 숄더백을 멜 때 척추자세 변화가 요추와 흉추에서 다르게 나타남을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 생체정보 분석기술은 일상생활에서의 인체정보 컨텐츠를 축적하는데 매우 유용할 것으로 기대 된다.

  • In this paper, we describe a method capable of measuring biological signals including respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar, using UWB (Ultra Wide Band) pulses, while does not contact the human body. Physiological signal is a basic data for checking the health. Because life is longer and active area of human becomes very broad, the medical system and the physical human resources which are focused on existing hospital must be located close patient, In that way, they hope be to engage in healthy life by stepping a quick step and treatment. Thus, it must be fitted closely to the patient. It is necessary to monitor the health without inconvenience on an ongoing basis. How to utilize radio waves in this way have been studied for a long time. However, the characteristics of radio waves on the human body has not been accurately grasped and developed as such. Accordingly, it is a level that can not be applied clinically. So, it is not widely put to practical use. In this paper, We analyzed and described the impact and characteristics of UWB pulses to the human body is a problem existing.

  • In this paper, we investigate the realistic environment influence on the Hearing-Aid Compatibility(HAC) of the body-held device mock-up with a dual-band antenna. In detail, first, a dual-band internal antenna is designed considering the neighboring objects essential to a real attachable mobile device. This comes to reality by making its mock-up version. Second, the HAC of this device is simulated and measured for 'stand alone', and 'hand-held' cases. Particularly, the electromagnetic simulation of the designed antenna in the real device is verified by the standard measurement. Finally, the evaluated HAC is analyzed in terms of the relations with the bands, the mock-up environment and the hand effect.

  • 한국의 전파연구소와 일본의 정보통신연구기구는 휴대전화와 같은 이동통신기기로부터 방사되는 전자파가 인체에 흡수되는 에너지 정도를 측정하는 전자파 흡수율(SAR) 평가에 대한 오차 연구를 공동으로 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 동종의 SAR 시스템에서 프로브, 교정용 도파관 및 기준 다이폴 안테나를 상호 교체하여 교정하여 프로브의 교정인자를 구하고 유효성 검사를 통하여 교정 오차를 검증하였다. 프로브 교정에 대한 상호 오차는 0.2 dB 이하의 결과를 얻었으며, 유효성 오차는 최대 0.28 dB를 얻었다. 그러나 SAR 외삽 알고리즘이 다를 경우는 최대 0.48 dB의 상대 오차를 보였다.

  • PIN type의 LED(${\lambda}=630nm$)와 photo TR을 이용하여 PPG 센서를 제작하였다. 이 때, LED의 광출력은 window 통과 후, 약 $240{\mu}W$이다. 그리고 인체에서 흡수 및 반사가 이루어진 후의 광파워는 더욱 작기 때문에 이를 보완하기 위해 photo TR을 LED 양측으로 배치하여 주변으로 반사하는 광을 측정하였다. 측정 된 신호는 filter와 OP amp.를 이용하여 1차 처리과정을 거치고, 알고리즘을 이용하여 2차 처리 하였다. 또한 알고리즘은 평상시를 포함하여 운동시에도 측정이 가능하도록 설계하였다.

A study on the Effect of Electricity Environment Interference for Very High Voltage 345kV T/L (초고압 345kV T/L으로 인한 전기 환경 장해 영향에 대한 연구)

  • We centrally study effect of very high voltage 345kV T/L which is set up at residential area (Yangyang~Donghae in Gangwon-do) to broadcasting radio wave and human body. First, to compare predicted result of radio wave disturbance, we set 7 area 13 point and divide broadcasting quality, electric and magnetic fields in T/L process. Result of estimation, we confirm that when receiving broadcasting radio wave, broadcasting quality's difference is generated by topographic property of near receiving point. also through result of electric fields and broadcasting quality and their comparison, we judge that high voltage T/L is barely affect receive of broadcasting radio wave. To judge effect of magnetic fields to human body, we analyze magnetic fields in variable area and condition. as a result, magnetic fields of every area has 1.8mG(WHO international standard amount is 833mG). So It is proved that magnetic fields of 345kV Yangyang~Donghae area has slight, tiny effect to human body.

  • The national standard physique research of Korea is being conducted every 5$\sim$6 year term after its first research was started in 1979. The result of the national physique research was reflected in manufactured goods design of allied industries such as clothing, shoes, furniture. In this thesis, we measured anthropometry value for every bodily figurative classification after dividing users according to gender, age, bodily figure using the result of the national standard physique research. We constructed 3D character through the process of analyzing interrelation of measured anthropometry and measuring representative category. For the process for organization, we measured anthropometry which can express sports action of golf, tennis and etc effectively. We made it by presenting measurement which is able to form each type of 3D character after the category was decided. Quantitative and objective valuation for posture and action became possible by developing visible information offer and posture action analysis protocol in theoretical approach for analysis of posture and action in sports.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, everything is data-centric. The type and amount of data may be central, and new data may be required in special circumstances. As 3D printers are used in various fields, there are fields that are newly challenged. In particular, in the medical field, new attempts that have not been considered before are taking place. This paper is a study to enable research in fields that require physical properties of the human body. In the meantime, research using human organs has mainly used the materials made of silicon. We measure the physical properties of the human body from cadavers, apply these characteristics to develop new materials, and develop artificial organs with 3D printers. Using the artificial organs made in this way, you can practice surgery with a robot that removes kidney stones. In this paper, we would like to introduce a series of research processes to develop advanced materials similar to human organs.

  • TMJ(TemporoMandibular Joint) is considered as the most important articulation in human body for maintaining the balance. Thus it is one of the main treatment areas in Chiropractic. Instead of Chiropractic treatment, NOSICK, a TMJ balancing device, can be used. As there is no such device to quantify the effect of NOSICK, a system was developed to measure the effect of NOSICK. This system is composed of stereo vision, infrared lights, and infrared through filter, etc. It requires optical markers for the measurement. 8 land markers were selected from the face which will show different displacement as NOSICK is applied. 11 test subjects were measured with the system developed with and without NOSICK applied. Quantifiable displacement of markers before and after applying NOSICK was successfully measured with the system developed.

  • 최근 몇 년간 의학 분야에서는 인체의 해부학적 구조를 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술을 통해 컴퓨터로 재구성하려는 시도에 많은 관심을 쏟아졌다. 이러한 관심은 치과 치료분야에서도 이루어져 왔는데, 컴퓨터 그래픽스르 이용한 치과 치료에도 많은 응용 분야가 있다. 자료를 측정한다거나, 시각적으로 3차원의 영상을 보여준다거나, CAD-CAM 기술을 이용하여 의치의 틀이나 금형등을 제작할 수도 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 다양한 응용에 기반 기술이 될 수 있는 치아의 기하학적 특성을 정의 하고, 이것을 찾기 위한 여러 가지 방법을 실험해보고, 더 나은 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
