Wi-Fi defines the procedure to search an AP, authenticate both station and AP, and associate the new BSS or ESS which enables the link layer handoff. One of the problems for hotspot service of Wi-Fi is "passing-object", Wi-Fi describes the messages exchanges between two neighboring APs in BSS or ESS. If the station passes through the neighboring APs before completing link-layer handoff, the path where the tunneled packets should be sent is lost. In this paper, we propose to integrate the positioning entity in a service domain to keep track the high-speed movement.

Government legislates a private sector preparedness act related to disasters such as natural, technological, and social ones. According to the law, it announces new standard for private sector preparedness. This paper illustrates a mitigation action plan based on the standard in terms of a cyber disaster. This plan includes organization, policy, assessment, impact analysis, strategy, plan, action, evaluation, and feedback. It will also help for business to mitigate a cyber disaster. Private sector accreditation and certification preparedness program which introduces on the law is the realization that enterprise disaster management will be expected as a great tipping-point.

Recently, the administration and supervision of Information Security Certification and Security Inspection has been enforced but information leakage and security accidents by insiders are increasing consistently. The security accidents by insiders ran to 21% in 2010, by the 2011 Cyber Security Watch Survey. The problem is that immediate recognition is difficult and stopgap measure is mostly adopted without company's external notice apprehensive for cost increase or credit drop in case of internal security accidents. In the paper, we conducted the regression study on security access management then proposed the standard process available for other systems and businesses sites. It can be very useful for many companies to investigate, analyze and improve the problem of security management conveniently.

정보 통신기술의 발전으로 단말기와 네트워크에 독립적인 부가서비스를 이용할 수 있는 개방형 가입자인증 카드인 USIM(Universal Subscriber Identification Module) 카드가 이용되고 있다. 모바일 정보기기의 성능 향상으로 다양한 기능이 추가되고 USIM에 저장된 개인정보의 중요성이 부각되어 범죄 도구로 이용될 가능성이 높아 졌으며 법정 증거자료로서의 중요성도 증가되었다. 모바일 포렌식은 기존의 데이터 저장장치와는 다른 파일시스템을 가지고 있기 때문에 거기에 맞는 전용 포렌식 툴들이 필요하며, USIM과 관련된 범죄가 일어날 때, 자료의 복구와 빠른 검사를 통해 법적 증거화 시킬 수 있는 USIM 포렌식 틀을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 USIM의 기본적인 구조와 파일시스템을 분석하고 USIM 포렌식 관점에서 증거화 시킬 수 있는 다양한 유형과 절차들을 알아보고, 현재 사용 중인 USIM 포렌식 툴들에 대해 비교 분석한다.

In this paper, it introduce how to operate the design 1 credit (one hour), containing in the experimental courses (2 credits and 3 hours) of "Basic Electronic Circuit Design and Experiment" and "Advanced Electronic Circuit Design and Experiment" in junior grade of Information & Control Engineering Advanced Course in Hankyong National University. The effective procedures, results, and improvements to operate the design 1 credit (one hour) in combination with the experimental one credit (2 hours), according to the engineering accreditation system, are introduced. To learn an effective design method, students have to learn completely the design courses according to a system diagram for completing design courses.

Nowadays, double-system of TFM(Track-side Functional Modules) developed instead of single-system in use of high speed line to acquisition more availability. Safety Law for Railroad recommend to quality certification of development and general railway machines. It is important to select metrics which form the bases for testing software products. A number of package software development part do not open source cords, so testing external characteristic vectors having relationship with metrics. In this paper, review the process for the TFM Point Modules, Universal Modules and Switchers, think about the test methode of circuit boards output performance by using TFM tester and Simulators.

Extending mobile IP to ad hoc networks with the foreign agent acting as the bridge between the wired network and ad hoc networks can provide the global Internet connectivity for ad hoc hosts. The existing research in the area of the integrated wired and ad hoc network is carried out in a non-adversarial setting. This paper analysed an effective solution to solve the security related problems encountered in these integrated networks. This security protocol also excludes malicious nodes from performing the ad hoc network routing. This paper focuses on preventing ad hoc hosts from the attacks of anti-integrity.

본 논문에서는 기술자격시스템에 대한 관리 운영상의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 내부관리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 비정기성 기술자격시스템은 정보처리 관련기업에 개발 및 구현에 대한 전체적인 사항을 위탁업무로 수행하고 처리 결과에 대한 자료를 시행기관에서 인수하여 내부업무를 처리한다. 이러한 관리체계는 추가적 요구정보에 대한 재처리에 많은 문제점을 내포한다. 부가적인 추가적 요구사항에 대하여 재개발 절차가 필요하며 효율적인 업무처리와 관리체계를 수행하는데 불안정한 요소들을 가지고 있는바, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 특수 자격 분야에 시범적으로 적용한 내부관리시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 내부관리 시스템의 기능 평가는 시뮬레이션 방식으로 최소 규모의 파일럿시스템에서 구현 기술을 적용하고 검증 한 후 실시간 기술자격 시험에 시범 적용한 결과 처리 과정상의 안정성과 실용성이 인증되어 대단위 자격시스템에 확대 적용할 계획이다. 위탁기관과 연계하여 부가적 요구정보 처리 시 발생되는 추가 개발기간에 대한 문제점을 해결하였으며 안정적인 시스템 운영상태와 최대의 효율성을 보여주었다. 특히 내부관리시스템을 사용하는 전문가와 비전문가그룹으로 이루어진 자격시행기관의 시스템 평가에서 사용자 편리성과 확장성 부문에 탁월한 평가를 도출하였다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 내부관리 시스템은 다양한 방식과 구성요소를 통합하여 공통영역을 표준화 한 후, 체계적으로 실시간 자격관리시스템에 적용 될 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.

정보화가 기업 경쟁력의 핵심 요소로 부각되고 있으며 기업 및 정부기관은 앞 다투어 정보화에 투자하고 있는 상황이다. 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트도 이제는 대형 프로젝트 수가 급증하고 있다. 최근 소프트웨어 CMMi 수준에 관한 인증 여부는 기업 경쟁력의 핵심적인 요인으로 그 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 또한 PMI의 PMBOK는 프로젝트 관리의 바이블 격으로 업종 업태를 불문하고 광범위하게 적용되고 있는 상황이다. 프로젝트 관리자의 관점에서 볼 경우 CMMi 모델과 PMBOK 모델간의 중첩되는 부분, CMMi 프로세스를 실적용 시 관리영역에 대한 혼선 부분, 또한 PMBOK 상위지침의 구체성 미흡 부분에 대한 통합 및 조정이 필요하게 되었다. 현재 상용되는 개발방법론에는 관리적인 요소가 매우 미약하고, 국내에 아직까지 체계적으로 정립된 관리방법론이 없는 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리자가 숙지해야 하는 프로젝트 관리영역, 프로젝트 관리단계, 제반 절차, 유관 정보시스템과의 연동(Interface) 등을 정보화 개발 프로젝트 생명주기(Life Cycle)에 맞춰 재구성 및 통합하여 프로젝트 관리자(Project Manager)에게 일관된 관점(Single Point of View)을 제시하여 프로젝트 생산성을 제고 하고자 한다.

본 논문은 반려동물 강아지를 위한 전용 관리 및 지역 애완동물 병원과의 연동을 통한 긴급 조치 서비스망의 구축, 반려동물 강아지를 키우는 사람들의 커뮤니티 운영을 위하여 필요한 스마트 App.과 Web Site에 관한 설계 연구이다. 먼저, 본 논문은 서론에서 기존의 반려동물 강아지의 관리 및 긴급 구조 시스템에 관련된 상표출원 동향을 조사한다. 본론으로, 본 논문은 한이음 프로젝트로서 반려동물 강아지 서비스/시스템/콘텐츠의 설계, 대학생 멘티들이 참여하는 역할분담을 연구한다. 결론적으로, 본 논문은 반려동물의 평상시 관리와 비상시의 긴급구조에 필요한 IoT기반의 스마트시스템과 Web Page, 스마트 단말기에서 작동하는 App.의 설계, 제작, 시험, 인증에 관하여 필요한 준비사항, 시스템 개발의 절차와 지식재산권, 기술문서의 작성법에 관하여 연구한다.
