식품의약품안전청은 식품등의 한시적 기준 및 규격 인정기준 중 "기구등의 살균소독제 제출 자료의 범위 및 작성요령"을 고시했다. 이번 고시는 기구등의 살균소독제 제조자 또는 수입자는 식품등의 한시적 기준 및 규격 인정기준에 따라 식약청에 제품 인정을 받아야 하며, 이번 고시는 국제규격과의 합리적인 조화를 통한 대외경쟁력 제고하고 살균소독제의 인정범위 범위를 확대하여 다양한 제품개발 등 산업발전에 기여하기 위함에 목적이 있다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴본다.

근로복지공단 산재보상국에서는 올해 3월부터 새로운 소음성난청 업무상질병 인정기준을 마련하여 적용하고 있다. 여기서는 산재보상국에서 소음성난청 업무처리기준을 개정하게 된 주요배경을 소개하고, 산업보건 관계자들이 알아두었으면 하는 신규 기준의 주요사항들을 살펴보기로 한다.

The study aims to design and suggest criteria of the academic credit approval for those who obtain diverse qualifications. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, a Delphi survey was conducted. Consequently this study suggests the following, based on the argument that existing credit approval system covering all qualifications requires improvement especially due to limited function and efficiency. First, most respondents who took part in the management of academic credit bank system in the Korea Educational Development Institute stated that the current system is of limitation. Out of the all items, one was indicated as one not directly related the majoring area for the degree, three items were indicated as approved in the bachelor degree and two items were as approved in the associate degree. Second, occupational area for approving qualification items should be classified according to the KRIVET classification structure for national qualification.

온라인 사회연결망의 신뢰 관계를 활용한 양질의 서비스를 개발하기 위해서는 신뢰 관계가 존재하지 않는 사용자들 간의 신뢰 관계를 예측할 수 있는 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 신뢰 관계 예측 모델의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해서는 사용자 인정 기준을 통해 대상 사용자를 선정할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 인정 기준 변화에 따른 신뢰 관계 예측의 정확도 변화를 분석하여 사용자 인정 기준을 강화하여 신뢰 예측 결과의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보인다. 본 연구의 결과가 최적의 사용자 인정 기준을 찾기 위한 실마리를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Positive displacement pumps with high pressure and water capacity are used large fires in various high-rise buildings. This study provides information for a performance approval standard of fire pumps for fire trucks based on centrifugal pump standards enacted in 2012. An experiment was conducted with a positive displacement pump for three levels of performance from the approval standard (V-1, 2, and 3). The efficiency of the pump was included in the reference, which requires the approval of 65% performance, the same as a centrifugal pump. The water pressure is between 1.5 and 2.5 MPa, and the required flow rate was established as at least $0.31m^3/min$ and up to $3.0m^3/min$. A relief valve was added to adjust the shut-off pressure due to the structural characteristics of the positive displacement pump. A strainer was also installed to prevent damage to the inside of the pump due to foreign matter. However, the strainer includes a difference from the positive displacement pump to operate without a vacuum pump and the centrifugal pump. This is due to the additional approval standard portion of the positive displacement pump, which is expected to be selected for more variety of fire-fighting equipment and proactive responses to fire suppression in a high-rise buildings and large fires. In conclusion, this approval standard was enacted in January 2016.

EPR제도의 안정적 운영을 위한 '재활용의무이행에 관한 업무처리 지침' 일부 개정(환경부 예규 432호, 2011.3.11., '환경사랑' 59호 9쪽 참조)에 따른 한국환경공단의 재활용실적 인정기준의 실무 적용 방안이 확정되었다. 이에 따라 협회 참여 재활용사업자들이 불이익을 당하는 일이 없도록 확정된 주요 내용을 다시 한 번 정리해 소개한다.

품질보증 기술기준은 지금까지 발전소의 건설, 운영에 있어 외국 기술기준의 적용에 수반하였던 외국 기술기준상의 품질시스템인증, 공인검사, 설계문서의 인증 등 제도적 요건의 적용에 대한 문제점을 해소하고 우리나라의 법체계와 산업여건 및 관행에 맞는 제도를 정립하고자 제도의 운영에 있어 필수적이고 상세한 요건인 원자력 품질보증계획, 공인검사기관 및 공인검사원 자격 인정 및 설계문서를 인증하는 등록기술자의 자격인정에 대한 기술기준을 범위로 하여 제정되었다.

우리나라에서 근골격계 질환으로 인한 업무상 질병 인정 건수가 매년 급격히 늘고 있다. 근골격계 질환이란 생산직과 사무직에서 단순반복작업으로 인하여 목, 어깨, 팔꿈치, 손목, 손 등의 근육, 건, 신경 등 주변조직에 스트레스가 누적되면서 손상을 입혀 만성적 통증이나 감각이상 등을 나타내는 질환으로,2001년에는 산재로 승인된 질환자 수가 1,598명으로 전년보다 58%가 증가하는 등 우리나라에서 중요한 직업병의 하나로 자리매김하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 재해판정기준은 있으나 구체적인 인정요건에 대한 지침이 정립되지 않고 있어 업무상 질병으로 인정할 때 어떻게 판단하여야 하는지에 대한 문제가 심각해질 우려가 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 한국, 일본, 미국의 업무상 질병 인정기준을 비교하고 그중에서 작업관련성에 대한 각국의 ㅊ차이를 비교함으로서 어떤 문제가 해결되어야 할 것인지를 논하고자 한다.
