The purpose of this study is to figure out the stroller for baby with physical disability and to suggest improvement by using the usability test. Usability evaluation is separated by the user and the expert evaluation was conducted. Strollers for disabled users to analyze the evaluation of this experience using a guardian of a child with a disability was conducted targeting 30 people. The function and structure of the stroller easy to evaluate whether the five-point scale. Professional 10 strollers for disabled users with the problems of the design and structure were looking to make a suggestion. In this study, to obtain foreign products and differentiation, functionality, and ease of analyzing the conditions of satisfaction and competitiveness of domestic products will be able to contribute.

Finding and selecting proper reviewers is a burden on the publisher of the journal. In order to solve this problem, the online submission system started to recommend appropriate reviewers automatically. It includes a variety of new features, from recommending authors in the references of submitted papers as reviewers to finding similar papers by searching the citation index and suggesting reviewer candidates extensively. This study investigated how the online submission system provides functions such as recommendation of reviewers. As a result of examining major online submission systems, ScholarOne and Editorial Manager were recommending reviewer candidates by commercial citation index and review history platform. On the other hand, JAMS, a domestic online submission system, did not have any advanced functions such as recommendation of candidates for reviewers. Sooner or later, in Korea, it seems that more efforts should be made to improve the function of online submission system, such as recommending suitable reviewers for papers.

In this paper, the design and implementation of an automatic reference-citation-mark attachment system are introduced. The system automatically attaches a citation mark to the end of a sentence in a technical document if the corresponding statement has a high similarity to another statement in the same document; simultaneously, the corresponding bibliographic data is automatically created from the cited-document information. In accordance with functional specifications, a Web-based, online service model and the development of its prototype system are proposed. The developed system can help in the elimination of unexpected plagiarism issues, and will alleviate the burdens of reference citation and reference-list creation for technical writers.

최근의 스마트카드는 여러 가지 응용 프로그램을 하나의 카드에 적재시켜 사용할 수 있으며 보안 기능이 뛰어난 점 등 여러 가지 장점 때문에 최근 인터넷의 바른 보급과 더불어 스마트카드의 효용성이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세에 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트카드의 업계 표준으로 자리잡고 있는 자바카드를 중심으로 자바 카드의 주요 특성과 응용 프로그램 작성 기법을 객체지향 중심 기법을 채택한 설계 기법을 제안한다. 객체 지향 기법을 채택함으로써 향후 예상되는 기능 확장 등에 적절히 대처할 수 있는 등의 장점을 가지고 있다.

최근 IT기술의 비약적인 발전과 더불어 사용자의 편의성을 극대화 시키는 웨어러블 컴퓨팅 기술이 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 기술은 일반인뿐만 아니라 장애인들의 일상생활의 보조 도구에 활용되어 큰 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 시각 및 청각장애인을 위해 개발된 착용형 단말기들을 소개하고자 한다. 시각 장애인용 단말기인 SmartWand는 시각장애인용 지팡이에 부착하거나 손에 휴대할 수 있는 장치로, 시작장애인을 위한 보행 보조 및 색상과 명암 정보 인식 보조 기능을 갖춘 장치이다. SmarWand는 시각장애인이 보행 시 이용하는 기존의 지팡이로는 감지할 수 없는 전방의 장애물을 초음파 센서를 통해 탐지하여 촉각이나 음성으로 경고해주고, 물체의 색깔이나 주변의 밝기 정도를 측정하여 시각장애인에게 알려준다. 청각 장애인용 단말기인 SmarWatch는 손목에 착용하는 장치로서 아기 울음소리, 노크나 초인종 소리, 물 끓는 소리, 화재 경보 등 가정에서 발생하는 일상적인 소리를 인식할 수 있도록 해준다. SmartWatch는 입력 모듈의 마이크로 입력된 소리를 문선통신을 통해 컴퓨터로 전송한 후에 소리의 종류를 인식하고 적절한 제어신호를 다시 무선통신을 통해 전송받아 감지된 소리의 종류를 해당하는 진동과 시각정보로 표시해준다. 이런 착용형 단말기들을 통해 시각 및 청각 장애인의 일상 생활의 안정성과 편의성이 증대 되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyzes the present conditions of reference databases which is constructed from Korea. The object which is used in analysis concludes on KSCI( Korean Science Citation Index) of KISTI, KCI(Korean Citation Index) of KRF, KoMCI(Korean Medical Citation Index) of Korean Academy of Medical Sciences, and reference database of KOSEF. And then, this paper proposes the activation plan for reference database construction based on this analysis result. The proposed plan will be able to apply with fundamental data of the system, policy and technical direction for reference database construction.

The purpose of this study was to propose a functional improvement solution of integrated control board for safe driving of Smart electric wheelchair for a single person. In the case of existing electric wheelchair products in Korea and elsewhere, safety-related functions or devices are not included in many cases. Therefore, the incidence of electric wheelchair-related accidents is continuously increasing in the current situation in which the elderly and the disabled people have been continuously increased. However, currently only high and middle-priced products are equipped with basic safety devices in electric wheelchairs, so low-priced products require safety related functions. Therefore, sensing obstacles that the user can not recognize while moving an electric wheelchair and detecting automatically the terrain change to control the motor by developing a smart control platform. This provides an integrated control board that can be applied to various electric wheelchairs for more stable driving.

최근 우리는 인접학문 간 그리고 학계와 산업계 간의 연구협조가 점차 증가하고 있음을 보아오고 있다. 이러한 현상은 특히 학술저널 간 지식의존성을 촉진하는 계기를 제공하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 관련저널 간 지식상호 의존성을 규명하고 저널지식의 구조화를 위하여 association, 군집화, 링크분석 등 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용하는 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 제시된 방법을 통하여 기대되는 점들은 1) 논문의 기본속성인 키워드, 저자, 그리고 인용데이터를 통합하는 규칙 집합을 통하여 논문지식검색기능의 향상, 2) 키워드를 기반으로 관련 저널 간 그리고 저널내부의 군집분석으로 지식동향 파악, 3) Kleinberg (1999)의 권위와 허브 개념을 인용데이터 분석에 활용하여 기존의 양적 평가 기준인 영향력 지수 (impact factor)의 문제점을 보완하며, 4) 특정 논문이나 저널의 지식파급과 관련한 영향력을 산출하는 잠재적 지식파급 지수를 제안하는 것이다.

연구 성과물에 대한 접근성을 개선함으로써 다른 연구에도 도움을 주어 또 다른 과학적 발명과 발견에 기여할 수 있어야 한다는 오픈 사이언스의 철학이 전세계적으로 설득력을 얻으면서 연구 데이터 공개 및 출판을 위한 사회적 논의도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 지난 몇년 동안 글로벌 표준식별자 개발, 메타데이터 및 인용 방식의 표준화, 데이터 리포지토리 구축 등 연구 데이터 공개 및 출판을 위한 기술이 비약적으로 발전하고 있다. 전통적으로 학술지 논문의 부속 자료로 여겨지던 데이터(연구 데이터)는 이제 다양한 분야에서 논문과는 독립적으로 데이터 리포지토리에 기탁되어 공개되거나 데이터 저널에 출판되기도 한다. 그러나 학술 논문의 출판과는 달리 데이터 출판은 종종 다른 용어와 의미로 정의되기도 하며 분야마다 데이터 출판의 방식과 구현의 정도가 크게 다르다. 본 연구에서는 현재 진행 중인 데이터 공개 및 출판 이니셔티브를 소개하고 데이터의 공적 이용가능성, 문서화, 인용, 식별자 부여, 검증 및 데이터 출판의 단계별 구현 사례를 분석한다. 또한 국내에서 데이터 출판과 관련하여 수행 중인 과제를 검토한다. 마지막으로, 학술 정보 출판과 연구데이터 관리를 도서관의 기능으로 인식하고 출판과 관련한 다양한 관심사를 논의하는 도서관 중심 이니셔티브를 살펴봄으로써 데이터 출판과 관련한 도서관의 역할을 모색하고자 한다.
