A Framework for Biometric Security based on OTP in Mobile Devices (모바일 장치에서 OTP 기반의 바이오 인식 보안을 위한 프레임워크)

  • Biometric technology has been proposed as a new means to replace conventional PIN or password because it is hard to be lost and has the low possibility of illegal use. However, unlike a PIN or password, there is no way to modify the exposure if it is exposed and used illegally. To solve the problems, we propose to apply OTP using biometric information to mobile devices for more secure and adaptable authentication. In this paper, we propose a secure framework for delivering biometric information as mobile OTP to the server (TTP) and compared this paper with existed methods about security and performance.

  • Today many people are greatly interested in the environment. Especially increasing affluent of food causes a great amount of food waste. To handle this effectively, we now have a lot of problems of disposing garbage all over the world. In Korea, in order to reduce this garbage, we should use a standard plastic garbage bag in which we have to throw away our garbage. So it has an effect on significantly reducing the waste amount every year. Now, there are a lot of cases that residents use several times a standard plastic garbage bag. The purpose of this study is to develop the recognition device preventing the re-cycling of a standard plastic garbage bag. As a result, we obtain 1% error rate.

  • When the input sound is mixed voice and sound, it can be seen that the voice recognition rate is lowered due to the noise, and the speech recognition rate is improved by improving the MEMS device which is the H / W device in order to overcome the S/W processing limit. The MEMS microphone device is a device for inputting voice and is implemented in various shapes and used. Conventional MEMS microphones generally exhibit excellent performance, but in a special environment such as noise, there is a problem that the processing performance is deteriorated due to a mixture of voice and sound. To overcome these problems, we developed a newly designed MEMS device that can detect the voice characteristics of the initial input device.

  • 본 논문에서는 USB의 분실 및 도난과 같은 취약점과 데이터의 유출로 인한 피해를 해결하기 위해 USB에 지문인식 장치를 결합한 지문인식 USB를 연구하여, 기존의 지문인식 USB보다 지문 인식률을 높임으로 오류를 줄여 장점을 키우고 일반인이 사용하기 쉽도록 등록방식을 변환한 지문인식 USB를 설계하였다.

  • The development of a variety of sensor technology, users smart phone, the use of motion recognition apparatus such as a console game machines is increasing. It tends to user needs motion recognition-based input device are increasing. Existing motion recognition mouse is equipped with a modified form of the mouse button on the outside and serves as a wheel mouse left and right buttons. Existing motion recognition mouse is to manufacture a small, there is a difficulty to operate the button. It is to apply the motion recognition technology the motion recognition technology is used only pointing the cursor there is a limit. In this paper, use of MEMS-based motion recognition sensor, the body of the two-point operation data by recognizing the operation of the (thumb and forefinger) and generating a control signal, followed by studies on the generated control signal to a wireless transmitting computer input device.

  • 본 논문에서는 영상 인식 기술을 적용하여 보안성능을 향상시킨 잠금장치 구현에 대해 설명한다. 사전에 등록된 이미지를 사용자가 기억하고 있다가 등록된 이미지를 포함하고 있는 전체 그림에서 등록된 이미지 부분만을 사용자가 카메라로 캡처하였을 때 비밀번호 입력을 위한 키패드를 스마트기기에 활성화시키는 방법을 적용한다. 이러한 장치는 영상인식 기술, 안드로이드 앱, 아두이노 플랫폼 등을 이용하여 구현하게 된다.

  • This paper proposes a novel recognition model, a recurrent fuzzy associative memory(RFAM), for recognizing time-series patterns contained an ambiguity. RFAM is basically extended from FAM(Fuzzy Associative memory) by adding a recurrent layer which can be used to deal with sequential input patterns and to characterize their temporal relations. RFAM provides a Hebbian-style learning method which establishes the degree of association between input and output. The error back-propagation algorithm is also adopted to train the weights of the recurrent layer of RFAM. To evaluate the performance of the proposed model, we applied it to a word boundary detection problem of speech signal.

  • This paper presents a study on pull cord switch system which is employed in various industry for emergency stop of the equipments. By using power line communication(PLC) technique, in this paper, a new method for operation position detection of pull cord switch is suggested without complicated wiring of separate cables which utilize only 2 lines. Also, using control function of PLC IC, a reset signal for each switch reset can be implemented in the switch status control/sensing device. Finally, this paper shows validity and practical applicability of the proposed operating position sensing system of pull cord switch by implementing the system and revealing the response time and signal through the PLC line.

  • In this paper, we Provide context-aware services based on UPnP Device Module including sensor unit in existing PLC network without additional infrastructure. so existing PLC devices are controlled based on knowledge context and can be used in a ubiquitous environment. And efficient remote control and device management based on UPnP can also be provided.

  • 본 논문에서는 거동이 불편한 환자나 장애인들을 위해 신체에 착용하는 부가적인 장비 없이 멀리 있는 가전을 직접 움직이지 않고 편리하게 제어할 수 있는 RGB-D 카메라를 활용한 손 인식과 딥러닝 기반 IoT 장치 컨트롤 시스템을 제안한다. 특히, 제어하고자 하는 장치의 위치를 알기 위하여 YOLO 알고리즘을 이용하여 장치를 인식한다. 또한 그와 동시에 RGB-D 카메라의 라이브러리를 이용하여 사용자의 손을 인식, 현재 사용자 손의 위치와 사용자가 취하는 손동작을 통하여 해당 위치의 장치를 제어한다.
