이 연구는 한국천문연구원에서 진행한 2019 하계 교원천문연수의 초급·중급과정 교육 프로그램에 대한 교사들의 인식 조사 및 개선방안을 찾는데 목적을 두었다. 교육청에서 인정한 직무연수프로그램인 2019 하계 교원천문연수는 현대 천문학의 동향과 지식을 일선 학교에 전달하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 연수는 초등교원을 주대상으로 한 초급과정은 2019년 8월 5일부터 7일까지, 중등교원을 주대상으로한 중급과정은 8월 7일부터 9일까지의 일정을 두고 실시되었다. 본 연구는 각각의 교육 과정이 교원 직무연수프로그램의 교육 목표를 충분히 따르고 있는지를 알아보자 사전, 사후조사 설문지를 개발하여 초급과정과 중급과정에서 각각 30여명, 20여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이때 사전조사 설문지는 기본 인적정보, 연수 참여 동기, 천문 관측 활동 경험 여부에 관한 것으로 10문항이, 사후조사 설문지는 교수 학습 프로그램의 내용면에서 지적 및 정의적 만족도, 진로지도 유용성, 향후 수업 활용성, 개선사항에 관한 것으로 20문항이 개발되었다. 설문조사 결과가 도출 된다면, 본 직무연수프로그램이 내용적인 면에서 교사들의 천문학에 대한 지적·정의적 향상 및 향후 일선 학교에서의 프로그램 보급 활용성을 높이기 위해 어떻게 수정·보완해야할지 개선점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

현재 전 세계적으로 태풍, 지진, 홍수 등의 재해 피해가 빈번히 일어나고 있고, 4차 산업의 발달로 인한 AI기술을 활용하여 자연재해 전반을 예측 할 수 있는 시스템이 도입될 정도로 과학적으로 발전 되어진 반면에, 재난으로 인한 인명 피해 수를 저감 시키는 방향을 도모 하는 데에는 어려움이 있고, 국민들의 재난피해의식도 심각 하지 않은 추세이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 파악하기 위해 한국 국민 남녀 489명을 대상으로 재난위험인식에 대한 설문을 작성하여 조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 국민들의 재난 안전의 위험도에 대한 인식 수준이 어떠한지 분석하고, 영향 요인을 탐색 하는 데에 있고, 조사결과 안전취약계층은 스스로 대피 하는 데에 있어 큰 어려움이 있으며, 이중 여성은 남성에 비해 안전교육과 훈련의 접근성이 적음에 따라 위험도가 더 큰 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 재난 안전교육의 필요성을 가지고 재난 안전 시뮬레이션 프로그램이 구축되는 필요성이 있다고 사료되어지고, 미래에 자연재해 발생 시 문제점을 파악하고 인명피해 감소가 될 전망으로 기대가 된다.

본 연구는 생체지문 인식장치의 전략적 상품기획 프로세스를 통하여 표준화된 신상품 기획안을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 사업전략과 목표시장을 설정한 후 1차 설문결과, 고객 요구준건을 , 2차의 설문조사 응답 결과를 바탕으로 기획품질을 결정하며, 이것의 만족도 정도를 Sales point로 삼았다. 상관 매트릭스를 이용하여 요구품질과 기술적 요소의 대응 정도를 살펴 본 후, 개발 제품 현재의 품질 특성치를 파악하기 위해 경쟁업체의 제품을 기준으로 벤치마킹 테스트를 실시하여 첫째, 세대별 상품전략 둘째, 세대별 요소기술 map. 셋째, 세대별 상품 컨셉. 넷째, 세대별 개발계획의 4개 파트의 다세대 상품기획을 수립하였다.

This research derived the perception with, and their remedies, in our country's fire cause investigation system by conducting survey on the working-level officials responsible for fire cause investigation in the fire stations and police stations. The results of the survey showed the necessity of establishing departments exclusively responsible for fire statistics management, broad area fire cause investigation task force, fire appraisal organizations besides National Institute of Scientific Investigation, standards for retaining fire investigation equipment, ways of improving technical education system, and improving the system for those who are specialized in arson (fire) cause investigation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that affect the awareness of disabled in undergraduate students. A sample of 1,998 respondents was surveyed. Of these, a total of 1,957 questionnaires were analysed excluding the 41 questionnaires that did not agree with the survey or had a missing data. The questionnaire consists of the general characteristics, experience related to disability and disability awareness and we used a 4-point Likert scale. Collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program and descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. According to the results of the study, the disability awareness score of our respondents was average 40.52. Second, female students had more positive about disability awareness than male ones, and senior students had more positive awareness than other grade students. Third, non-rehabilitation department students' disability awareness was more positive than rehabilitation students. Fourth, the disability awareness of people who have a acquaintance member with disability or health worker were significantly positive. Finally, the awareness of people who experienced at the disability related institution were significantly positive. Therefore, to improve the awareness of undergraduate students about disabilities, it is required to activate positive contact experiences with people with disabilities rather than theoretical learning.

This study investigated perception of first-year college students who recently experienced technology education in their secondary education for describing contemporary technology classrooms. To accomplish this goal, survey and in-depth interview on their technology classrooms were employed. Participants in this study were 427 first-year college students who began their college life in 2013 and consisted of 224 students enrolled in 10 departments of educational major and 203 students who enrolled in 9 departments of other colleges. The instrument of this study consisted of preference toward technology classrooms and teachers, experience in the secondary technology classrooms, perception toward technology teachers, and suggestions for technology classrooms with five point Likert scales and open-ended questionnaires. And individual in-depth interviews with 22 volunteers who answered the instrument and consented the interview process were conducted. Based on the collected data, statistical and theme analyses were performed and the key findings were as follows. First-year students' experiences for technology classrooms were described with the theme of 'learning contents or activities'(54.4%). And the negative perception toward technology classrooms(29.1%) was larger than he positive perception(16.5%). The perception toward technology classrooms was also presented with two themes of teaching methods and subject interest. The perception toward technology teachers presented a medium level preference with several themes of teachers' teaching methods, teachers' personality, and subject interest. Lecture style method(60.48%) was largely used in the participants' technology classrooms and problem solving or collaborative methods was not frequent(19.31%). The participants indicated a need for improving teaching methods in technology education and suggested sufficient administration and curriculum supports and transitions of the learning contents. Further studies investigating the diverse public's perception toward technology and technology classrooms could be recommended.

This paper attempts to analyze the public's attitudes about the Saemangeum development project and its impact on marine environment with the data from a national survey of 1,000 households obtained by a professional survey firm with face-to-face interviews using two split samples: a sample of 400 households in on-site area (Saemangeum area) and a sample of 600 households in off-site area (the nation except for Saemanguem area). More specifically, ordered probit model is employed to investigating the factors affecting the public attitudes to the Saemanguem development project. The results show that over 70 percentage of respondents in both the samples opposed Saemanguem development project when they considered its economic gain and impacts on marine environment at the same time. Futhermore, over 90 percentage of respondents judged that environmental management of Saemanguem open sea is necessary. Therefore, making appropriate actions are required to manage marine environment of Saemanguem open sea.

The study examined citizens' information needs, perception and expectations of their public library services in Daejeon. The study analyzed citizens' demands and satisfaction(or dissatisfaction) of library services and facilities to develop comprehensive library plans and detailed strategies to satisfy the diverse users' needs (including non-users' needs) in the middle of rapidly changing socio-technological environments. To achieve the goal, the study collected the data by using both quota sampling and online and offline survey methods, and analyzed the 1,383 data through the statistical processes. The study found out the significant results and features, and suggested the implication and main points to apply the results to developing comprehensive library plans and strategies.

The object of this study is to suggest national health material on the basis of awareness of parents and infants on radiation leak in Fukushima in Japan. This research investigated and analysed the 147 questionnaire forms out of 155 who are composed of 97 parents in 'H' kindergarten living in 'G' metropolitan city and 50 infants (5 years old, 27boys and 23 girls). In conclusion, the role of press is very important on the matter of radiation leak damage, and as a result, specific and practical management of curriculum regarding it is essential to provide parents and infants with useful information to improve national wellbeing.

Y2K 문제는 정보화의 커다란 걸림돌이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 민간기업을 대상으 로 설문조사를 실시하여 국내기업의 문제해결의 추진단계, 문제 심각성의 인식도, 문제해결 을 위한 공급업체와의 협의, 문제해결 방법, 문제해결을 위한 준비 등 국내기업의 추진현황 을 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과는 문제의 심각성 인식에서 경영층과 사용자부서가 정보처리 부서보다 낮게 나타났으며, 프로젝트 진척도에서는 설문조사 시점을 기준으로 응답한 모든 업체가 작업이 지연되고 있지만, 필요한 예산 및 대책반을 아직 구성하지 못한 업체가 많으 며, 예상 해결시기를 1999년 후반이라고 응답한 업체도 있었다. 끝으로, 문제해결에 가장 큰 장애요인은 인력(30%), 비용(25%), 시간(24%) 순으로 조사 되었다.
