에너지 분야 전문인력 양성은 중 장기적으로는 기존의 정규교육 과정을 확장, 개선 운영하여 달성할 수가 있다. 그러나 급변하는 에너지 환경 속에서는 기존 인력을 활용한 단기적 대처가 시급한 바, 이들에 대한 재교육 프로그램 운영이 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 신프레임의 전면적인 도입과 인력양성 프로그램의 재설계 및 사업관리 시스템의 개선이 시급한 상황이다. 에너지 산업을 발전시키는 원동력이 될 전문인력 양성 방안을 짚어본다.

If the effort(manpower) and schedule are estimated, there is very difficult to allocate the manpower according to the schedule time units efficiently. Generally, the Putnam's Rayleigh Model has been applied popularly. This distribution model is expressing topology that manpower is consumed concentrically in first-half point. But actual manpower of projects are consumed concentrically at middle or second half point. Therefore, this model cannot be applied in software project planning area. This paper suggests a model to distribute manpower efficiently. Fist of all, we investigate a typical type presenting in software development field and manpower profile type of actuality development projects. Next, we suggested a method to present the model by a drawing a contour about manpower profile for the efficient manpower distribution. The proposed model shows better performance than Rayleigh and Gomma model. By applying proposed model, we will properly distribute manpower to schedule in software development planning phase, and finally we may manage project successfully.

Existing human resources dispatch systems face various limits for managing increasing information derived from the work-place as it required much time managing the basic data created at the work-place and the data input methods are complicated. This study focuses on how to solve the above mentioned problems by utilizing the cellular phone system, which provides vital connection between the organizations using the dispatched human resources and the resources. The study offers building of a necessary work history data base and its management through development of a mobile human resources dispatch system. In order to optimally place the given resources, the system utilizes deductive analytical process. Utilizing the intelligent, deductive analytical process in properly planning the placing of the right human resources to do the job will result satisfaction in human resources dispatch and management.

21세기의 나노기술은 국가경쟁력을 위한 핵심 학문과 기술로 대두되었다. 우리나라는 2001년 7월에 '나노기술종합발전계획'을 수립하였고, 2002년 12월에는 '나노기술개발측진법'을 제정하여 국가의 전략기술로 범정부 차원에서 집중 투자하고 있음. 그 주요 내용으로 연구개발과 인프라 구축과 인력양성 등을 3대 핵심 과제로 추진하고 있다. 나노기술은 학문간, 기술간 및 산업 분야간 서로의 영역을 공유하는 다학제적 특성을 내포하고 있는 기술로서 미래의 기술혁신을 주도할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 또한, IT, BT, ET 등 신산업과 부품, 소재 등 기존 산업의 핵심 기술을 제공할 수 있는 기반기술로서 원천기술적 성격을 동시에 갖고 있다. 그동안 국내 나노기술 인력양성에 관한 조사 또는 연구는 매년 일부 수행되어 왔으나 나노기술 인력양성의 효과적 정책수립을 위한 보다 체계적이고 심층적인 조사와 분석에는 미흡했던 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 직접 설문을 통해 국내 나노기술 수요업체의 실태와 인력수요 현황을 조사, 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 나노기술의 세부 분야별 향후 인력 수요 전망을 통계적으로 예측한 후 해당 산업의 발전에 비칠 수 있는 영향을 분석하여 나노기술 인력 양성 정책 개발에 기반이 될 수 있는 정보의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은 내용을 포함한다. - 나노기술 수요 업체의 특징 및 현황 - 나노기술 수요 업체의 인력 상황 및 미래 계획에 대한 설문 결과 - 설문 결과의 통계적 분석 및 이를 기반으로 하는 미래 상황 예측

This study is to survey on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services of domestic universities. So, this study develop a classification system about human resource related to ubiquitous technologies and services. We propose the implications and plans which are based on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services. Human resources related to ubiquitous technology are classified by the flow of information in ubiquitous environment. And human resources related to ubiquitous service are classified by ubiquitous user view. This study can be used to find collaboration alternatives for breeding up ubiquitous human resources and referred to analyzing on the supply and demand of ubiquotous human resources.

As information threats to information systems diffuse, the information security becomes a major concern. Information security manpower who produce and implement information security products, and who are in charge of information security in organizations, has been important. Korean government has implemented various policies to promote the information security manpower. Those policies have been successful to supply enough number of information security manpower, but not successful to supply information security manpower to meet the various requirements of the manpower demand. In this study we adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to analyze the priorities of information security technology categories to meet the demand. Results of the study suggest that the government should concentrate on promotion of manpower for the field of the 'System and Network Security Technology'.
