  • 자율주행 드론을 이용하여 지적 재산 보호 시스템을 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 드론이 목표물 주변을 순찰하면서 카메라로 촬영하고, 이미지 처리 기술로 이상 징후를 감지하면 알림을 보내는 시스템이다. 이를 통해, 인력 부족 문제와 같은 보안 위협에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있으며, 지적 재산의 안전성을 보장할 수 있다.

  • This study presents the information management item and the business process improvement plan managed all construction technique services of Design, Construction Supervision and Construction Management which is ordered and constracted by the public institution in the field of construction and business steps. In addition, it develped the Management System of Construction Technique Service Performances based on improved processes for the Public Agencies and Construction Service Director to register, review and approve the Service Performance Information. As a result, it would be help transparently managed Technical Engineer's work duplication status of Constuction Company, and checked online without having to submit Company performance data by providing objective and reliable information.

  • Cyber hackings are increasing and becoming more intelligent. The government and private companies conduct various information protection activities by investing lots of money and employing security personnel to protect import ant assets and personal information. It is important to evaluate the efficiency of the information protection activities that cost lots of money and manpower. However, the studies on the efficiency of the information protection activities were mainly conducted for government agencies the information of which is more readily available. This study suggests a model that can evaluate the efficiency of the activities of information protection and information security certification of various private companies. Our model evaluates the efficiency of the information protection activities by applying AHP and DEA on the information that are publicly announced by the private companies. Our model identifies the DMUs that are efficiently operated and suggests the improvement policies for the DMU that are non-efficiently operated.

  • The number of registered construction equipment exceeded the 320 thousands in 2005. Construction has been gradually mechanized, reducing the need for construction labors, and increasing the productivity and quality of construction operations. However, it still has some problems that are should be solved for effective operations, management, availability of construction equipment, increased safety of SOC fatalities, and decreased civil appeals in terms of construction equipment. Recently, technology push is accelerated by flowing information and communication technologies(ICT) for construction. In this paper, a construction equipment management system that use ICT is suggested to solve the given problems. It is anticipated that the development of the system would be able to bring the better operations and management of construction equipment.

  • Today, administration management of fishing industry is formed by paper documents. So, it is suffered damage and loss concern by the long-term storage. when the new informations is renewed, much of manpower and time are wasted also. In addition, it has caused confusion to by used coordinate system which is not been consistent. To build a national standardized information system of fishing banks, in this study, fishing map DB and system based on GIS is constructed for fishery right area of JeollaNamdo (Mokpo city and other 14 counties) which has 55% of fishing permissions of Korea. Then administration management of fishing industry is constructed computerization for the user that business processing and for fishermen to improve their convenience. Also, It will be possible to link another system.

  • 고속도로에 낙하물이 있으면 사고 방지를 위해 바로 치워야 하지만 순찰차가 발견하거나 신고가 들어오기 전까진 낙하물을 바로 발견하기 힘들며, 대다수의 사람들은 신고하지 않고 지나치는 경우가 있기에 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 드론과 YOLO를 이용하여 도로의 낙하물을 인식하고 낙하물에 대한 정보를 보내 줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 실시간 객체 인식 알고리즘인 YOLOv5를 데스크톱 PC에 적용하여 구현하였고, F450 프레임에 픽스호크와 모듈, 카메라를 장착하여 실시간으로 도로를 촬영할 수 있는 드론을 직접 제작하였다. 개발한 시스템은 낙하물에 대한 인식 결과와 정보를 제공하며 지상관제 시스템과 웹을 통해 확인할 수 있다. 적은 인력으로 더 빠르게 낙하물을 발견할 수 있으므로 빠른 상황 조치를 기대할 수 있다.

Perceptual Differences between IS Project Service Providers and Customers on Information System Project Risk Factors: a Koran case (정보시스템 프로젝트의 위험요인에 대한 현업인력과 서비스제공인력과의 인식도 차이)

  • Cases of botched information systems implementation have been surfaced due to poor IS project management and control. One major source of such failures is the perceptual difference between the participants of IS projects who should define potential risk factors well before considered IS projects are launched. Based on risk factors cited from prior works, this paper empirically examines the risk factors associated with IS service project management to analyze perceptual differences between the IS service providers and customers in Korea. Data analyses found significant differences in the area of scheduling/resource, technological newness, communications, and sponsorship/ownership while statistically significant differences were observed in eleven individual factors out of forty six risk factors. Risk factors are also ordered in terms of perceived importance to highlight the critical differences.

  • In livestock, diagnosis of disease is found on body temperature variation like a human. In case of cattle, body temperature variation can estimate disease that milk fever, toxication, diarrhea, dyspepsia, chronic enteritis, influenza, pneumonia, anthrax. So we are suggested the temperature measurement system for livestock. This system will be useful to a stock farmer and alternative that a worker.

  • 기존의 광선로 특성 데이터에 대한 관리는 대부분 지역별 국소별로 수작업에 의존하였기 때문에 처리 절차의 일원화 및 체계화가 제대로 정립되어 있지 않았다. 이로 인해 선로 자원의 사용이 원활하지 못하였고 최적의 망을 구축하는데 많은 시간 인력 및 비용이 소요되는 등 비효율적인 문제점들이 도출 되었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 수작업에 의존했던 광 전송로의 특성 정보를 데이터베이스화하여 데이터에 대한 다양한 가공 능력 및 투자에 대한 일관성 있는 의사 결정 능력을 제시하였으며, 구축된 데이터베이스를 통해 최적의 광통신망 설계를 지원할 수 있도록 광전송로 관리 및 설계 처리에 대한 의사 결정 시스템을 제안했다.

  • 늘어나는 사용자의 요구를 충족시키고, 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 산업 전반에 걸쳐 정보기술의 적용이 확대됨에 따라 임베디드 소프트웨어 제품의 활용이 급격히 증가되고 있다. 이에 따라 각 기업에서는 기존 자사 제품의 생산에서 시장 적시성과 고품질을 달성하기 위한 체계적인 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으나 그에 따른 기술 및 인력의 부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제 해결에 일조하기 위해 한국전자통신연구원에서 최근에 개발한 제품계열기반의 임베디드 시스템 개발 방법론의 개념, 프로세스 등을 제시하고자 한다.
