North Korea's demand for infrastructure construction and maintenance is growing rapidly. On the other hand, the number of skilled workers is insufficient. Therefore, through a survey of North Korean defectors, this study analyzed the status of construction technology and the difficulties of construction workers. In addition, an attempt was made to derive an appropriate education and training program process and operation plan. As a result of the survey, the reason for the low technical level of construction workers was the lack of skills, lack of motivation to work, and the lack of training and management systems. The appropriate education and training period was 56% of the total response within one year and 36% within six months. Based on the results of this survey, the period of education and training for the rapid training of construction technical personnel in North Korea was adopted as one year. Moreover, compared to the NCS standard in South Korea, appropriate training hours were suggested, excluding training courses, such as planning and design, construction management that require specialized knowledge. Finally, the curriculum corresponding to the education and training courses and the standards for facility names and required areas for facility operation were suggested.

A serious disturbance of the 7.7 DDoS hacking gets a chance of raised awareness for importance of response countermeasure with current status of information security. The critical factor out of countermeasure of information security is the supply of information human power. In this paper, we review program of information security of domestic and foreign, from major courses of domestic university, and category of government about information security, and analyze security education training awareness program of human power in the information security area.

In order to educate and train proper work forces who can satisfy the industry demands, Human Resource Development Korea had developed the Korean National Occupational Standards. Following to the competency-based-curriculum and the guide lines which were developed based on this standard, the training program fur a machine design has been developed. It has been applied in several colleges and some typical examples which were carried out by students as term project are presented to show the effectiveness of the developed program.

IT 기술의 발전은 다양한 산업에서 PLC를 기반으로 하는 스마트 팩토리의 도입이 확산되고 있는 실정이나 이를 운영하는 운영 인력의 부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있기에, PLC를 사용할 수 있는 인력 양성 교육 플랫폼이 필요한 실정이다. 최근 PLC와 같은 실습 기자재를 대체할 시뮬레이션 기법의 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나, 기존 PC 환경에서의 시뮬레이션 프로그램들을 원격 수업에 적용할 경우 모니터 상에 많은 요소가 디스플레이 되어 화면 전환이 불편한 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 모바일 환경에서 실행하여 PC 화면에 모니터링할 프로그램의 수를 감소시킬 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 원격 교육에 적용할 경우 화면 전환의 수를 감소시켜 더욱 정확한 이해를 통하여 학습의 효과를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the undergraduate research program(URP) among Korean students. URP is frequently implemented in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors, and this study tested whether the participation of URP was effective in convergence competency, major satisfaction, and academic achievement. Data were collected from 101 participants and 117 non-participants of URP at an A university. The research results showed that the mean scores of convergence competency, major satisfaction, and academic achievement of the URP participating group were significantly higher than those of the non-participating group.

In this paper, we have proposed on the Matching Table of 'Type of If Business - Class of IT Techniques' to train If manpower as an educational-industrial cooperation. The Type of If Business(TITB) are classified according to ${\triangle}$IT Services, ${\triangle}$IT Devices, and ${\triangle}$Software & Computer related Services which are guided by KAIT(Korea Association of Information & Telecommunication). The Class of IT Techniques(CITT) are brought from IITA(Institute for Information Technology Advancement). We have suggested on the element techniques from the Class of If Techniques(CITT) according to the Type of IT Business(TITB) and proposed an educational-industrial cooperation program to line up 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT) - University(Department/Major)'. The deduction process of the core education program is presented to show the educational-industrial cooperation between company(Type of IT Business : Digital Contents Development Service) and university(Major of Multimedia & Contents) in the Busan area. The Matching Table of 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT)' varies as the way of classification according to IT Business and IT Techniques. The research on the real and exact Matching Table of 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT)' is necessary for educational-industrial cooperation by the trends of techniques and the changes of IT market share.

In a rapidly changing IT and business management environment the demand for competent IS personnels is increasing. However, it is ironic that the number of IT and IS majors has sharply decreased as well as the widespread skepticism of IS identity. This research suggests directions to differentiate MIS to other IT majors, diversify IS core competency and make general improvements in MIS curriculum. The research recommend the courses of IS Strategy and policy, ITA/EA, Global IT Management, Emerging Technologies, DW/DM, BI, IT Service Science, Project Management, IT Consulting and integrated capstone which are few in Kore universities. This research also stress the course of soft skills like business communication, team building, analytic/logical thinking, rational problem solving and so on as a important IS competency. The pedagogy of course is important, so the research recommend the internship, mentoring programme, lecturers in industry according to industrial - educational cooperation.

In Overseas case, most tunnels in under are or through the river are constructed with shield TBM and the manufacturer orders of related equipment suitable for the project are mode. Accordingly, the client provides the specifications required for the equipment manufacture. In addition, TBM equipment has been operated by those who have completed the expert training program, which for minimizing the risk of equipment operation in construction field corresponding to the mechanized construction. However, in Korea, such a system related to above the program and specifications has not yet been built, which is causing a lot of difficulties in construction field. Therefore, this study investigated the differences in bidding guides provided by mechanized construction in domestic and abroad, and the professional education programs for expert training being conducted from overseas. Futhermore, we will propose the guidelines of essential equipment specification contained in domestic bidding and provide the necessary manual for the professional education program for TBM as the mechanized construction method.

하루가 다르게 변화되는 세계화의 물결 속에서 기술은 기업과 국가가 경쟁 우위를 확보하는 핵심적인 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 기술의 Life cycle이 점점 짧아지는 요즘 시대에 기술적인 경쟁 우위를 확보하는 것이 생존의 필수적인 요인이다. 이러한 시대에 기업에서 요구되는 인력은 기술 혹은 과학적 지식을 보유하고 있는 것 뿐 만 아니라 경영학적 마인드와 함께 다양한 인문, 사회지식을 갖춘 융 복합형 인재를 선호하고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 맞춰 국내외 적으로 기술경영(Management of Technology)이 부각되고 있는데, 기술경영은 기술에 경영학적 방법론을 접목시키는 학제적인 분야로 오늘날 요구되는 실질적인 학문이라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라에서도 MOT 프로그램의 중요성을 인식하여 2006년부터 국가 차원에서 MOT프로그램을 지원하는 구체적인 방안을 도입했다. 그러나 늘어나는 기술경영분야 인재의 수요에도 불구하고 공급은 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 국내의 기술경영 인력 양성에 관한 교육 프로그램들을 우리보다 먼저 기술경영 교육을 실시하고 있는 해외 우수 프로그램과 비교 분석함으로써 앞으로 우리나라의 기술경영 교육 프로그램이 나아가야 할 발전적 방향을 제시하는 것은 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 비교 분석 결과, 기술경영 교육의 소속, 교수진의 확충, 관련 학부의 신설, 다양한 외부 활동 등이 프로그램 발전을 위해 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.
