국내외 대학 패션관련학과의 산학연 관련 교육과정 분석

  • 최근 경기부진에 따른 고용악화로 실업이 늘고, 고학력자들과 청년실업의 문제는 심각한 사회문제로까지 부각되는 반면, 기업측면에서 보면 우수 인력자들의 부족 현상 또한 심각한 고용문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 국내 패션관련 학과에서는 우수한 패션디자이너와 기술자를 양성하는 산학협동 교육시스템을 운영하여 패션산업 현장에서 필요한 우수 전문인력을 양성하고, 산학공동협력 프로그램을 활성화하고 산학교류를 확대하여 졸업생들의 취업률을 향상시키고자 하는 움직임이 일고 있다. (중략)

  • The development in IT technology has brought about various services that are on offer based on a new service model. But such new services have increased security risks. The government is operating a program to foster experts in information security to protect assets from the threat of such risks, too. Society's awareness on the importance of information security has also grown, leading to various courses to train such personnel, including membership clubs for the fostering of such specialists. This study seeks to suggest a method that efficiently manages the convergence of running a curriculum on ISMS(information security management systems) and a club that focuses on information protection. Such converged information security courses are expected to contribute to a safer IT-based society.

  • 우리나라는 지속적인 경제성장에 따라 전력에너지의 수요도 끊임없이 증가하였고, 이후 꾸준한 전력계통의 설비 및 용량의 증가로 인해 현재에는 선진국 수준의 송전망을 구축하고 있으며, 765kV급 초고압 송전선로를 자체기술로 건설하여 운영하고 있는 상황이다. 또한 새로운 기술과 장비들이 빠르게 개발되고 있는 현실에서 세계시장에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 이에 알맞은 새로운 교육프로그램의 개발 및 육성방안이 요구되고 있음에 따라 이에 본 연구에서는 송전선로 유지보수 인력양성을 위한 교육프로그램 발전방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

  • As expected that a robot-industry will grow up rapidly toward a huge market, many countries try to develop the official policies to support a robot-industry. Following this trend, many robot researches are proceeded in the various technical areas by the government-initiated R&D strategies in Korea. These R&D programs are archived by academic-industrial collaboration and furthermore, include the disseminated linkage of academic-industrial collaboration and the human resource development program which pursues the problem solving and technical training for companies suffered by several technical difficulties. This paper shows the several analyses and considerations of provisional results of these collaboration programs. First, each program of specialized plan for next generation is reviewed and the accomplishment of human resource development for robot research is evaluated. Finally, several considerations are represented for continuous and desirable expansion of these programs.

Study of the Linkage of the Education System to foster Manpower of Culture Contents (문화콘텐츠 인력양성을 위한 교육시스템의 연동에 관한 연구)

  • The values of material civilizations that dominated the last century have been replaced with invisible values such as knowledge, information, and culture. The central axis of the world economy is also rapidly shifting from a capital and labor-intensive industry to a knowledge-based industry of software and contents. From the perspective of the industrialization of culture as multinational corporations and dominance and subordination relationships between cultures thereof, and crisis of cultural identity, the issues of support and fostering a culture industry arise. These have become major issues of concern in deciding national policies. In response to this trend, new departments related to culture contents in various universities have been established for fostering manpower in the field and the government policy to foster related human resources. However, actual results have not been currently achieved, despite the increase in quantity. This is due to the fact that the walls between culture contents departments were too high and thus education and fostering excellent human resources have not been properly conducted. It is also due to the obscure direction of education and a deficiency in the system. To cope with these problems, a systematic manpower-fostering education program should be developed through enhancement of the understanding of culture contents via linking education programs with detailed major fields of study. Accordingly, this study aims to identify changes in the current culture contents industry at home and abroad according to digitalization for fostering manpower of culture contents required in a rapidly changing environment of the culture contents industry. Then, it will review what influence has been made on the education system through the identification of personnel types through work flow charts and contents delivery modes following integration, as well as a desirable method to construct culture contents. Therefore, this study is a preliminary study on the means of fostering core personnel in the culture contents industry through linkage with the education system.
