The diversity of Southeast Asian culture and society has been made by two factors: geopolitical environment and colonialism. The geopolitical position of the region between China Seas and Indian Ocean has made it possible that diverse cultures from Northeast Asia especially China and India, Middle East and Europe have flowed into the region. The fact that Southeast Asia was colonized by various European nations has provided additional diversity. The diversity manifests itself most clearly in the culture of Southeast Asia which has various layers: On the bottom lay the indigenous one, and above it Chinese and Indian and Islamic cultures and finally European one.

이 논문의 목적은 문화적인 측면 및 인종과 관련하여 인도와 중국의 녹색 마케팅의 효과와 경향을 탐구하는 것이다. 이 두 나라는 경제력 측면에서 유망해 보이지만 다른 선진국에 비해 녹색 마케팅에 관한 의식이 부족하다. 여러 가지의 조치가 이러한 국가의 녹색 마케팅에 대한 인식의 증진을 위해 다양한 산업을 통하여 진행되고 있다. 이들 두 나라는 그린 마케팅의 영역에서 빠른 성장을 하고 있으며 그린 마케팅은 선행 연구에서 증명된 문화적 차이를 이용하여 그 방법을 개선해야 한다. 가까운 장래에, 보다 적극적인 녹색 마케팅에 대한 전반적인 환경 인식을 고양시키기 위해 인종에 대한 고려가 절실히 필요하다.

지난 4일부터 9일까지 서울 강남구 코엑스(COEX) 태평양홀과 인도양홀에서 개최된 서울국제도서전에는 이색 특별전이 특히 눈길을 끌었다. 이중에서 가장 많은 시선을 모은 곳은 바로 금서특별전 코너. 이곳엔 갖가지 이유로 빛을 보지 못했던 소위 금서들이 전시됐다. 시대적 배경에 따라 부침을 거듭했던 출판의 역사를 한눈에 보는 느낌이다. 국내외 금서는 어떤 것이 있었는지 살펴본다.

There are diverse kinds of alternative dispute resolution systems in India. In the structure of society in Ancient India, the panchayat system was the creation of the villagers themselves and was composed of persons who were generally respected and to whose decisions the villagers were accustomed to give unreserved obedience. The ruler of the province allowed the villagers to govern themselves and the villagers assumed the responsibility for the settlement of disputes among themselves. However, the panchayat system has been heavily influenced by the structure of the village at hand, which depends on the caste system in India. This study categorizes the village dispute resolution structure into four main types depending on the extent of the caste group's dominance within the village. In addition, the Indian government created Lok Adalat which combines the indigenous dispute resolution with modern law system. Today, Lok Adalat is one of the widely used dispute resolution systems in India.
