The Differences of Consumer Perception toward the Components of Apparel Store (의류점포 구성요인에 대한 소비자 지각의 차이)

  • This study introduced the components of apparel store, which include product and service factor to reflect the modified conception of service. The purposes of this study were to investigate the dimensions of the components of apparel store and to examine consumers' rating of importance on the components of apparel store. In addition, this study explored the effect of clothing involvement and demographic variables on importance perception. Data were collected via a questionnaire from young adult females in their twenties. The results of this study revealed five dimensions of service factor: environmental service, salesperson service, attitude and policy service related to exchange and refund, policy service related to promotion, and policy service related to convenience. Factors related to product were identified price, quality, variety, fashion, design and brand. Attitude and policy service related to exchange and refund is the most important factor that consumer perceived. Salesperson service and product quality were the second important factors. The relatively important factor in each service dimension was this : display in the environmental service, the ability of salesperson to resolve customer's complaints in the salesperson service, sales person’s courtesy in managing exchange or refund in policy service. Clothing involvement and demographic variables do affect consumers’perception on importance.

  • A analysis on the spatial features is required for exploratory spatial data analysis of information about space location(population ecological factor, social ecological factor) to manage the store factors, the service industry, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide correlation analysis method between the types of service trade using dependence between spatial objects on the geographical space and statistical correlation and to analyze the spatial features through the deduction of correlation analysis between the types of the neighborhood trade area.

  • 본 논문은 디지털홈서비스의 실제 이용자들에 대한 실증분석을 통해 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 밝히기 위한 연구이다. 디지털홈서비스의 특성에 맞게 기술수용모형 (TAM) 을 확장. 수정된 연구모형을 개발, 가설을 설정하여 분석하였다. 외부변수로 이용자의 특성을 채택하였으며, 디지털홈서비스가 가정 내 기술임을 고려하여 신념변수로 ‘지각된 이용용이성’과 ‘지각된 즐거움’ 외에 ‘지각된 편의성’, ‘지각된 안전성’, ‘지각된 삶의 질 향상’이라는 변수를 추가하였고 종속변수로는 ‘이용행동’을 설정하였다. 205명의 실제 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 중 201개의 유효표본을 분석하였고, 신뢰성과 타당성 모두 통계적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. AMOS 4를 이용한 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 24개의 가설검증 결과, 13개의 가설이 채택되었다. 이용자 개인의 특성 중 경험과 교육훈련은 지각된 이용용이성에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 혁신성은 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 안전성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 지각된 이용용이성이 다른 신념변수인 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 안정성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 종속변수인 이용행동에는 지각된 즐거움과 지각된 편의성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상이 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 지각된 이용용이성과 지각된 안전성은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 가정에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있다는 것만으로는 적극적인 이용 행동을 기대할 수 없으며, 즐거움 및 실용적인 효익들의 제공 및 이를 위한 다양한 컨텐츠와 프로그램 개발 등이 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.수십억원의 추가적인 이익을 실현할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 알고리즘을 확장 적용할 경우 PBUC 문제 해결을 위한 새로운 해법으로도 그 효용성이 클 것으로 예상된다.자료이기 때문에 통계적 활용의 범위가 방대하다. 특히 개인, 가구, 사업체 등 사회 활동의 주체들이 어떻게 변화하는지를 추적할 수 있는 자료를 생산함으로써 다양한 인과적 통계분석을 할 수 있다. 행정자료를 활용한 인구센서스의 이러한 특징은 국가의 교육정책, 노동정책, 복지정책 등 다양한 정책을 정확한 자료를 근거로 수립할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다(Gaasemyr, 1999). 이와 더불어 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스는 비용이 적게 드는 장점이 있다. 예를 들어 덴마크나 핀란드에서는 조사로 자료를 생산하던 때의 1/20 정도 비용으로 행정자료로 인구센서스의 모든 자료를 생산하고 있다. 특히, 최근 모든 행정자료들이 정보통신기술에 의해 데이터베이스 형태로 바뀌고, 인터넷을 근간으로 한 컴퓨터네트워크가 발달함에 따라 각 부처별로 행정을 위해 축적한 자료를 정보통신기술로 연계${cdot}$통합하면 막대한 조사비용을 들이지 않더라도 인구센서스자료를 적은 비용으로 생산할 수 있는 근간이 마련되었다. 이렇듯 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스가 많은 장점을 가졌지만, 그렇다고 모든 국가가 당장 행정자료로 인구센서스를 대체할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 행정자료로 인구센서스통계를 생산하기 위해서는 각 행정부서별로 사용하는 행정자료들을 연계${cdot}$통합할 수 있도록 국가사회전반에 걸쳐 행정 체제가 갖추어져야 하기 때문이다. 특히 모든 국민 개개인에 관한 기본정보, 개인들이 거주하며

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceived service quality according to the characteristics of beauty salons and customer demographics. 343 customers were surveyed in the areas of university campuses, central district and residential areas of Cheongju. The questionnaire consisted of the characteristics of beauty salons and customer demographics, and items to evaluate the service quality. Confirmatory factor analysis, t test, ANOVA and descriptive statistical analysis were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows; First, the preference for the number of designer in the beauty salon were differed by sex, age and occupation. Women, college and graduate students preferred the salons with over seven designers. The customers over forty years old used smaller beauty salon. Second, Female perceived higher service quality in all respects such as technique, kindness and convenience of reservation than male did. There were no difference in age groups and occupations. Third, nationally franchised shop which located in downtown with more than 20 designers were highly evaluated in view of service quality.

The Effects of Demographic Characteristics and Psychological Characteristic on Make-up Behavior of Women (성인여성의 인구통계적 변인과 심리적 특성이 화장행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study intends to examine the influencing factors in personal intention and show-off of make-up behavior. For the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted of 436 women in between their twenties to fifties residing in the Kyeongnam region. Obtained data were analyzed pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The result is summarized as follows.; The influence on personal intention and show-off of make-up behavior can be described into 4 factors that are included in the decision making process of personal intention and show-off, in other words, the demographical characteristic, the body cathexis, the need and the clothing value. The demographic characteristics, the marriage status, the occupation status and the media contact had a direct influence on personal intention, and the educational background had a direct influence on show-off. The body cathexis did not have a direct influence on any subordinate factors of personal intention and show-off, but had indirect influence having the need as a parameter or had no influence having the clothing value as a parameter.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of salesperson's lifestyle, selling behaviors on strategic management of salesperson. So this study not only examines differences in the salesperson's lifestyle, selling behaviors and job satisfaction but also analyses the impact of salespersons' lifestyle and selling behaviors on job satisfaction. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the result of analyzing differences in the lifestyle according to the characteristics of sex, age, academic background income is no significant difference. Second, the result of analyzing differences in the selling behavior according to the characteristics of sex and marriage is significant difference. Third, the result of analyzing differences in the job satisfaction according to the characteristics of store type is significant difference. Salesperson working at the exclusive agencies is most high job satisfaction. According to the result of examining the relationship between salespersons' lifestyle and the selling behaviors, job-oriented lifestyle has positive effects on the customer orientation and hospitality orientation. Finally salespersons' job satisfaction is positively affected by the job-oriented lifestyle and hospitality-orientation selling behavior.

  • Purpose: We study the eyeglasses consumer's purchasing decision, brand equity, purchase satisfaction and word of mouth. Methods: For two month, from October to December, 437 questionnaires distributed through eyeglasses shops. Sampling was performed using a convenience sampling, participants in the survey-based selflegislation (self-adminstration method) were to answer. Results: It was found that demographic characteristics - gender, age, education, income - acts as parameters representing difference of purchase decision, brand equity and word of mouth. Conclusions: Consumer's demographic characteristics such as gender, age, education, income serve as parameters that represents the differences. Purchase satisfaction by age is statistically significant. Word of mouth is also classified according to their income level is statistically significant.

Also, management ability, entrepreneurship, technological ability have been shown to influence sales, market share, profitability.   • Recently, one of the issues that are significantly considered is to keep Changwon F3 car racing. In most existing studies, however, there is shortage of opinions for understanding the reactions of the host community. The question addressed in this paper is what are the underlying factors that affect which inhibitors are likely to be discussed by the host community for car racing. Survey collected from 299 participants in Changwon city were analyzed to test their reactions. Through the empirical study, several research findings emerged. The results indicate that (1) the event seeker, the drive seeker, and the hard internal seeker were significant discriminant factors to separate inhibitors from the host community, (2) the significant differences between the recognition of demographic characteristics and that of negative effects, (3) the significant level between cluster groups(overcontrolled, resilient, undercontrolled) and negative effects is found. The findings also provide implications for practice on several fronts, which is to understand the reaction of the host community to F3 car racing, and for the event planner to reduce complaints.

  • 무선인터넷 서비스에 대해 본 연구자는 사용자들이 휴대폰을 이용해 무선인터넷 서비스를 사용할 때 어떠한 동기를 가지고 사용을 하는지에 대해 실증연구를 하였다. 설문조사는 무선인터넷 사용자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 요인분석과 회귀분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 무선인터넷의 접속 시작 단계부터 과금이 되므로 접속을 위해 버튼을 누르는 행위 자체를 서비스의 소비(consumption)로 정의하였다. 사용동기는 내생적이며 즐거움을 추구하는 hedonic한 측면과 어떠한 과업을 수행하기 위한 실용적인 utilitarian한 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 종전의 소비에 대한 hedonic/utilitarian 측면에 대한 연구는 유선인터넷 이용과 소비자 쇼핑행동에서 많이 이루어졌다. 이들 연구를 바탕으로 해서 무선인터넷 서비스 사용동기에 대한 모형을 추출하였다. 두 가지 동기요인에 의해 무선인터넷 고객집단을 네 집단으로 세분화하여 이들의 휴대폰 보유실태, 무선인터넷 사용실태, 속성 중요도 평가 및 만족도, 인구 통계적 특성을 비교해 본 결과 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 본 연구는 무선인터넷 서비스에 대한 연구를 하는 연구자들과 서비스 제공업체에 무선인터넷 서비스 이용자들에 대한 이론적/실무적 시사점을 줄 것이다.
