Changes in the price of materials in construction projects is one of the important variables. Therefore, measures are necessary to respond to the demand and supply of materials and price instability. In previous studies, mainly of ready-mix concrete and steel beam analysis was carried out. However, a study of non-ferrous material prices are still insufficient. So, in this study, the researcher identified the causal relationship between the construction cost and non-ferrous materials prices. Construction Cost Index was selected as a proxy variable of construction cost.

국제 원유 가격의 상승은 국내 주식시장에 어떠한 영향을 끼칠것인가에 대해서는 다양한 의견들이 있다. 에너지기업들에 한정해도 이는 마찬가지이다. 최근의 주식시장을 관찰해보면 급격한 원유가격의 상승에도 불구하고 다른 방향의 결과들을 나타나고 있다. 주가는 다양하고 불확실한 여러 요인들에 의해 영향을 받으며 유가는 그 중 한 요인에 불과하기 때문에, 유가가 주가에 미치는 영향을 분리해서 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 2000년 1월 4일부터 2007년 10월 16일까지의 일별 국제 원유 가격과 국내 주요 에너지기업들의 주가 자료를 이용해 시계열 분석을 시도해보았다.

In the marketing research area, service quality and customer satisfaction have been considered as ones of the most important marketing variables. However, there has been a lot of controversy over the direction of the casual relationship between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. Granger's test of casuality method has been used to test the casuality relationship between two variables. In this paper, we applied the Granger's test of casuality method to KS-SQI and NCSI data of 17 business area which had been gathered annually. As the research result, we found that the customer satisfaction might cause the service quality in many service area.

USA has distinct differences of economic policy by a ruling party. And, USA economy has mainly influenced on it of Korea. So, we examine whether a ruling party of Korea has different regime including rate of return in stock market. The Republican Party and Democratic Party have based on Milton Friedman and Keynes economy at each other's economic policy in the USA The Republican Party and Democratic Party have different interest level and excess return on equity, GDP growth rate, unemployment rate. Also, a ruling party of Korea has different regime and economic activity in this paper.

International oil prices is the world's leading macroeconomic indicators. Rising international oil price has been worsening. profitability of construction company including material cost as well stagnation in housing market. Thus, according to fluctuations in international oil prices has cost index need to see any change happening there. in this study, 2000 to 2011 interest rates, exchange rates and oil price fluctuations in construction cost is to compare the impact.

Domestic construction materials market was about 65 trillion won and it occupied 45% level of total construction cost by 2007. In addition, due to the recent rapid rise of crude oil and iron ore price, fluctuation of raw material cost has a great influence to the cost of construction industry. This means that smooth performance is closely related to construction materials. And among them, because of high putting rate of metal materials, it can be seen that the fluctuation of metal material prices is an important variables. So in this study, for the pre-study to analyze the impact of metallic material prices to construction cost, the researcher analyzed a causal relationship between metal material prices and construction cost.

본 연구에서는 한국과 미국 두 국가에 있어 이자율 스왑시장간의 정보전달 메커니즘에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 데이터로 2003년 초부터 2006년 말까지 4년간 Bloomberg에서 집계된 3년물, 5년물, 10년물 이자율 스왑금리를 사용하였으며, 메커니즘의 동태 분석은 VAR 모형을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 그랜저 인과관계 검정, 충격반응함수 분석 및 분산분해 분석 모두 결과적으로 미국 이자율 스왑시장의 정보가 국내 이자율 스왑시장에 상당한 영향력을 가진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 미국 시장의 국내 시장으로의 정보의 전이 현상은 3년물, 5년물, 10년물 이자율 스왑에 같이 나타나는 현상으로 스왑계약 기간에 상관없음이 관측되었다. 한편, 충격반응함수 분석 결과, 미국의 이자율 스왑시장의 충격은 국내 이자율 스왑시장에 다음 날 바로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 그 충격은 2일간 지속되었다. 반면 국내 이자율 스왑시장의 정보는 미국 시장에 별 영향력을 발휘하지 못했다.

전력수요는 경기변동과 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 동행적으로 움직이며, 전력자료는 경제자료에 비해 조기 관측되는 선행성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 GDP 전망을 위해 발전량이 유용하게 사용될 수 있는가를 살펴 보았다. 발전량과 GDP의 관련성은 그랜저 인과관계 검정을 통해서 검증해 보았으며, 발전량 자료 취득의 선행성은 선행차수를 변화시켜 보면서 관련성이 어떻게 변하는가를 살펴보았다. 실제 자료를 이용하여 분석하고, 2004년부터 2006년 기간의 전망치를 평가한 결과, 본 논문에서 살펴 보고자 했던 발전량과 GDP 사이에는 아주 높은 관련성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었고 또한 발전량 자료를 이용함으로써 실제로 GDP 전망의 예측력을 상당히 개선시킬 수 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 발전량과 GDP 사이의 관계는 시간변동계수를 가지는 공적분 및 오차수 정모형을 이용하여 모형화하였다.

본 논문은 단기 및 장기간에 걸쳐 부동산시장의 동태적 자금흐름과 수익률 분석에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 논문에서는 부동산시장의 실증적 동태적 자금흐름과 수익률 분석은 VAR모형을 사용하였으며 다양한 금융 및 경제관련 변수들을 연구에 포함시키고 있다. 실증적 분석 결과에 따르면 우리나라에서도 기존의 미국 연구 사례에서와 같이 금융시장의 자금흐름을 통하여 부동산시장의 동태적 자금흐름을 예측할 수 없다는 점을 파악할 수 있다. 또한 Granger 인과성 검정 결과에 따르면 통화정책 및 증권시장 변수 모두 전국아파트 매매가격, 전국 단독주택 매매가격, 전국 전세아파트 매매가격 실질상승률 등의 부동산관련 변수에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 크지 않음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 분산분해 결과에 따르면 전국아파트 및 전국전세아파트 매매가격 실질상승률에 대한 움직임에 코스피수익률의 영향력이 증대될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

벤처창업 연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동 및 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 핵심 고리로 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 선행연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는 요인으로 고려되고 있지만 아직까지 구성원의 개별 성향과 복합적으로 고려했을때 기업가적 리더십이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구는 구성원의 조절 초점 성향을 토대로 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 성향에 따라 자기효능감과 혁신행동에 각기 다른 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정, 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 변수 간 인과관계 검정을 위해 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원을 대상으로 점화 기법 기반 실험연구를 진행할 예정이다. 실험연구를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 혁신행동을 어떻게 높일 수 있는지에 대한 단초를 제공할 것이다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 벤처기업 및 스타트업에서 구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진할 수 있는 조직운영 프로세스에 관한 시사점과 함께 학문 및 실무적 관점에서도 의미 있는 기여도를 제공할 예정이다.
