  • One of the hottest issues in our 21st century is AI. Just as the automation of manual labor has been achieved through the Industrial Revolution in the agricultural society, the intelligence information society has come through the SW Revolution in the information society. With the advent of Google 'Alpha Go', the computer has learned and predicted its own machine learning, and now the time has come for the computer to surpass the human, even to the world of Baduk, in other words, the computer. Machine learning ML (machine learning) is a field of artificial intelligence. Machine learning ML (machine learning) is a field of artificial intelligence, which means that AI technology is developed to allow the computer to learn by itself. The time has come when computers are beyond human beings. Many companies use machine learning, for example, to keep learning images on Facebook, and then telling them who they are. We also used a neural network to build an efficient energy usage model for Google's data center optimization. As another example, Microsoft's real-time interpretation model is a more sophisticated translation model as the language-related input data increases through translation learning. As machine learning has been increasingly used in many fields, we have to jump into the AI industry to move forward in our 21st century society.

  • The body shape measurement method using 3D images has been widely used due to the recent development of 3D measurement cameras and algorithms. Existing 3D imaging devices are expensive devices, and there is a limit to their universalization. Due to the recent spread of inexpensive 3D cameras and the development of various measurement methods, various possibilities are being shown. It is expected to have a great impact on the medical device market that requires accurate data collection. Various medical device products using artificial intelligence are emerging, and accurate data collection is the most important to develop accurate artificial intelligence algorithms. Collection equipment using 3D cameras is expected to act as a major factor in the development of artificial intelligence algorithms using 3D images.

  • The artificial intelligence speaker market is in a new age of mounting displays. This study aimed to analyze the difference of experience using artificial intelligent speakers in terms of usage context, according to the presence or absence of displays. This was achieved by using semantic network analysis to determine how the online review texts of Amazon Echo Show and Echo Plus consisted of different UX issues with structural differences. Based on the physical context and the social context of the user experience, the ego network was constructed to draw out major issues. Results of the analysis show that users' expectation gap is generated according to the display presence, which can lead to negative experiences. Also, it was confirmed that the Multimodal interface is more utilized in the kitchen than in the bedroom, and can contribute to the activation of communication among family members. Based on these findings, we propose a user experience strategy to be considered in display type speakers to be launched in Korea in the future.

Development of medical bed system equipped with body pressure sensors (체압센서를 장착한 의료용 침대 시스템의 개발)

  • The medical bed developed in this study consists of N keys and each is driven vertically by an actuator. Since M sensors are mounted on each keyboard to measure body pressure, the resolution of the body pressure map is determined by the MN. A sensor controller is mounted on each keyboard, and the body pressure values measured from M sensors are transmitted to the main controller through a serial communication network such as CAN (Car Area Network). Each keyboard is equipped with a servo driver that drives a motor, and it is connected to the main controller via CAN to control the height of the keyboard according to the displacement value indicated by the main controller. In addition, the maximum body pressure value and body pressure ratio applied to each part of the keyboard are calculated and used as the basic data for controlling bed comfort by artificial intelligence. As a result, the proposed system can be a foundation that can be used for the control of body comfort and pressure sore prevention by artificial intelligence to be developed in the future.

  • Amid the recent rapid trend change, the change in design has a great impact on the sales of fashion companies, so it is inevitable to be careful in choosing new designs. With the recent development of the artificial intelligence field, various machine learning is being used a lot in the fashion market to increase consumers' preferences. To contribute to increasing reliability in the development of new products by quantifying abstract concepts such as preferences, we generate new images that do not exist through three adversarial generative neural networks (GANs) and numerically compare abstract concepts of preferences using pre-trained convolution neural networks (CNNs). Deep convolutional generative adversarial networks (DCGAN), Progressive growing adversarial networks (PGGAN), and Dual Discriminator generative adversarial networks (DANs), which were trained to produce comparative, high-level, and high-level images. The degree of similarity measured was considered as a preference, and the experimental results showed that D2GAN showed a relatively high similarity compared to DCGAN and PGGAN.

  • It is really hard to find an infant's App, especially for the age under 5, even though there are lots of Apps developed and distributed nowadays. The selection of the proper infant's App is difficult since the infants' App should be useful, safe and helpful for the development of their intelligence. In this research, we design the useful infant's App for the development of their intelligence by applying the AI technology for increasing the learning effect in order to satisfy the characteristics of the infants' needs. A proposed App is the collection of interesting games for infants such as picture puzzle game, coloring shapes game, pasting stickers game, and fake mobile phone feature enables them to play interesting phone game. Furthermore, the proposed App is also designed to collect and analyze the log information generated while they are playing games, share and compare with other infants' log information to increase the learning effect. After then, it figures out and learns their game tendency, intelligibility, workmanship, and apply them to the next game in order to increase their interests and concentration of the game.

  • In the future, AI and the metaverse are becoming so powerful that their application areas and influences are swallowing up the world. The advertising field is no exception, and it is becoming more important to predict, analyze, and strategize these future changes. In order to study the future change of advertising according to the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse, literature research related to the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse technology and the resulting change in the advertising environment, in-depth interviews with future and advertising experts, and Delphi technique research method I want to study change. First, through this study, we would like to examine the opinions of experts through in-depth interviews on the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse technology and the changes in the advertising sector in the post-coronavirus era of civilizational transformation. In addition, the Delphi technique is used to determine how important the change is by future advertising technology area, future advertising media area, future advertising form area, future advertising effect area, future advertising application area, and future advertising process area, and at what point in the future it will change. In addition, we want to study how the future advertising form will change in detail. Also, based on this, we would like to propose a countermeasure for the advertising industry.

  • 게임에서 장르를 불문하고 모든 몬스터와 NPC는 AI를 가지고 있다. 따라서 적 몬스터 캐릭터와 전투를 즐기는 액션 게임의 경우 그만큼 인공지능이 게임 안에서 차지하는 비율이 높다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 FSM, HFSM, BT와 같은 AI 기법을 비교하여 분석하였다. 각 기법에는 주의해야 할 점이 명확하게 존재하기 때문에 구체적으로 어떠한 문제점들이 존재하는지에 대한 결과를 얻는데 연구 목적이 있다. 따라서 몬스터 AI를 구현할 때 각 인공지능 기법의 장단점을 고려하여 설계하여 유지 보수를 줄이는 방법을 연구해야 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 해마다 실내 냉방기 냉매누설 문제가 고질적으로 반복되며 소비자들의 피해도 커져가고 있다. 특히 제조사와 설치 업체가 다른 경우 냉매 누수의 원인이 제품인지, 설치하자인지 책임소재를 두고 갈등을 빚는 경우가 빈번하다. 이에 더 이상 소비자들의 피해를 막기 위해 냉매누설 검출 방안 마련이 필요해 보인다. 본 연구에서는 실내 냉방기 설치 후 냉매누설 검출을 위한 별도의 하드웨어 장치 추가 없이 냉방기의 운영을 위해 설치된 센서들의 값을 이용하여 냉매누설의 유무를 판단할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 데이터 분석을 위하여 제조사의 제품 출하 전 현장 테스트 단계에서 측정한 온도값, 전류값, 습도값을 취합하여 데이터 셋을 구축하였다. 이때 자동화된 머신러닝(AutoML)을 이용하여 데이터의 80%를 훈련 데이터로 20%를 테스트 데이터로 사용하여 냉매량 80%는 1, 그 이하는 0으로 훈련시켰다. 구축한 데이터 셋을 이용하여 훈련시킨 결과 99% 정확도로 냉매누설 검출을 분별할 수 있었다. 또한 냉매누설과 관련성이 높은 중요 특징 4개를 추출할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 별도의 하드웨어 장치 추가 없이 소프트웨어적인 접근 방법으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 feasibility를 확인할 수 있었다.

This trend is bringing positive changes to the South Korean animation industry, where diverse and high-quality animation content is becoming increasingly important. Specifically, 3D animation and VFX production technologies are enabling effects that were previously unthinkable, offering detailed and realistic graphics. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is providing new opportunities for this technological growth. The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is automating repetitive tasks, thereby enhancing production efficiency and enabling innovations that go beyond traditional production methods. Cutting-edge technologies like 3D animation and VFX are being continually researched and are expected to be more actively integrated into the production process. Digital technology is also expanding the creative horizons for artists.
