Thanks to the technological developments in the Internet, the Web-Based Instruction in the school practices has been available which is now taking its place as one of the new educational methods. With the increased interest in Web-Based Instruction, there appear a lot of materials and methodologies on utilizing the WEB to actively discuss and deal with the teaching-learning ways. Nevertheless, they comparatively tend to overlook the aspect of school guidance such as the development of sociability through social interaction which is an important element for building the personality of learner. This study has tried to design and apply the teaching-learning system for the promotion of social interaction in the Web-Based Instruction, and also made an investigation into the influences of social interaction on the development of children's sociability in the WEB field.

'Hyao' has been studied by several Korean psychiatrists, mostly in relation to Oedipus complex and psychopathological implications. The present authors propose that 'Hyao' should be understood as being broader and more basic in its meaning and functions which are listed as the follows. 1) Hyao as an attachment, mutual dependence and basic trust between the generations. 2) Hyao as a control mechanism of aggression between the generations. 3) Hyao as a control and resolving mechanism of oedipus complex. 4) Hyao as an organizer of personality development and self-actualization. These functions of Hyao were integrated in a developmental perpective and, the role and responsibilities of parents in promoting and offering their model behavior for positive identification were discussed. 'Hyao' is suggested as being primarily mutual attachment and reverence(respect) between the generations which promote healthy resolutions of issues and conflicts of each developmental stage to be followed.

In education, the educere aspect makes itself felt - moving from an original situation to something higher, something better. Moreover, the formative character of educare can be recognised in the German concept Bildung, which focuses on human beings in their wholeness, on their attitude within society and their worldview. What shape has been given in the Netherlands to these different aspects of education over the centuries? Without creating the impression that a linear development in thinking about - and acting in - education has taken place throughout history, and without the ambition to be comprehensive, we look at what took place between adults and children in previous centuries in the Netherlands. Will our investigation yield historical constants or differences? We let ourselves be surprised.

Copyright is challenged by the rapid development of digital technology. This study investigated a number of new copyright-related issues : electrocopying, digital transmission, legal definition of multimedia, moral right, fair use et al. To use copyright works we need licensing of rights and permissions. Then at this paper we examined the scopes and contents of permission with copyright owners or publishers, also considered relationships of copyright owners with distributors and end-users. Finally, to protect rights of copyright owners and use freely copyright works, we suggested introduction of 'collective management system of copyright' and construction of 'copyright management information system' .

1970년 이후 우리나라는 산업화로 인하여 사회구조와 가정구조가 크게 변화 되었다. 도시집중화로 인한 각종 공해 발생, 교통난, 인구이동의 문제를 비롯하여 그리고 핵가족화로 인한 가부장적 권위상실 및 가정교육부재, 청소년 비행등 수 많은 문제가 야기되었다. 특히 핵가족화로 발생된 심각한 사회문제는 전통윤리의 붕괴와 가정교육의 부재현상을 발생 시켰다. 이와같은 문제발생에 관한 선행연구를 종합해보면 첫째, 핵가족화로 인해 발생한 가족규모의 축소현상으로 자녀들의 다면적 인격형성에 결손을 초래하여 성장후 독립심과 의지가 약하고 고집이 세며 이기적이고 자기중심적인 성향이 되어 사회생활에 부적응 현상을 초래하게 되었다고 한다. 그 이유는 다면적 인간관계의 결여로 상호 협조하고 사랑을 교환한 경험 부족과 외동자녀에 대한 부모의 관심이 자녀의 욕구에만 집중되어 자녀종속적인 태도가 크게 적용하였기 때문이다. 둘째는 산업화 사회에서의 부부동시 사회참여가 자녀양육에 어머니와의 애착형성이 결여되어 모성실조를 겪게 된 문제를 들 수 있다. 어머니와 자녀간의 애착형성이 결여 됨으로 발생되는 문제는 지적 정체현상과 정서발달의 장애가 주 원인이 되어 감정 통제력이 약해서 공격적 행동이나 반 사회적 행동으로 확대되어 청소년문제 발생의 원이 되고 있음을 시사하고있다. 세째로 산업화사회와 경쟁력 조장을 들 수 있다. 산업사회를 개방사회, 경재력사회 혹은 능력사회라하여 고학력위주의 선발형태가 입시경쟁을 부추기고 있으며 그에 따라 많은 청소년들과 학부모들이 상위 지향적인 심리가 작용하여 자녀들의 입시경쟁에만 집중하게 되었다. 이러한 원인으로 인하여 인간교육 즉 가정교육을 외면하여 반도덕적, 반사회적 문제를 야기하게 하였다. 특히 전통적 가정윤리가 붕괴되어 부모에 대한 효관의 약화, 부부간의 애정약화 및 물질지향적인 사고가 이혼률을 증가시켜 가정붕괴를 가져왔다. 이상에서 논의된 자녀교육의 부재가 자녀들의 지적 정서적 문제로 확대되어 산업화사회의 모순점을 노출시키고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이와같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 연구자가 제시하는 방안은 훌륭한 가정교육을 위해서 우선되어야 하는것은 부모자신의 인격적 개인완성을 제안하였다. 인격의 완성은 양심과 행동이 일체하는 사람을 지칭한다. 다음은 서로 위하여 사는 삶을 영위하는 인격체가 되어 양심의 법에 따르는 삶, 타인을 위하여 사는 삶을 자녀들에게 보여줌으로서 반두라의 모델링 교육을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 오늘날과 같은 암기위주의 경쟁교육이 아니라 타고난 잠재성 개발에 주력하는 교육으로, 적성과 소질을 개발하는 창조적 산 교육장을 마련하여 주고 또한 그것을 뒷바침하는 가정윤리교육의 회복이 무엇보다도 이 시대가 절실히 요구하는 바람직한 교육이라 하겠다.

Music keeps significant influences on human mind. According to the analytical psychology, music affects the consciousness, and unconsciousness (both personal and collective). Structurally speaking, music affects the ego, shadow and self. Based on these findings, the author reviewed the life and work of Beethoven and Jung and investigated the following issues : 1) What were the developmental processes of them? 2) How did the educational processes affect their works? 3) What were the basic attitudes regarding interpersonal relationship and others? 4) What were the final psychological, social and spiritual achievements of them? Beethoven and Jung had psychologically and socially hard times during their developmental processes. However, they could achieve mature development in overcoming their difficulties. Both of them were effortful and serious book readers which could help them get wide range of perspectives on human existence and let them introspect deeply into their mind. They both could achieve the 'Concept of Gegensatzvereinigung'- that is the 'integration of two contrasting concepts into one wholeness'-. And this concept can be applied in the practical clinical settings for individuation. If psychiatrists could cease the discrimination between them and patients, they will be able to overcome subjective discrimination and prejudice against patients and accomplish objective truth. Finally they could integrate life and death into complexio oppositorum. In doing this, they have achieved eternal life.

The Bauhaus movement can be said to be the by-product of forming work pursued through the method of constituents even under endless discord between the so-called modern ages and anti-modern ages rather than to say that it was progressed consistently on the assumption of a design. Accordingly, all instruments of Bauhaus education which contributed to form the source of the modern ages realized educational value related to the actual problem at the point of time when the student evercomes all internal and production can be managed most effectively under one system was originated inevitably. The most exential point of the work of Bauhaus workshop is the fact that all products show homogeneity as time passes, which is appeared as the result of the spirit of consciously developed community based on cooperation between various characters and personalities. Also, the homogeneity does not exist in formative detailed aspect appeared externally but in the basis of effort having produced things simply and faithfully, and on the other hand, in accordance with essential rule. Therefore, the original form of Bauhaus products can be said not to be fashionable but the crystal of work process at the workshop through much thought and contemplation in view of endowed form following art, technology and economy.

Traditional music education for infants is the most important step of forming human knowledge. Since their rapid development of intelligence and emotion has an educational value not only it improves the human knowledge but also it makes infants understand the unique emotion of Korean people. Under the several circumstances, however, we have no enough contents for traditional music education. Thus, by researching and analyzing the existing educational contents and complementing them properly for multimedia environment as a form of animation, we perform a series of experiments to infants who are attending to the kindergarten with interactive animations which are familiar with infants. Infants become interested in the contents and after the lesson of the short bamboo flute content, they show the clear improvements for the playing on a musical instrument. This proves that the Korean music educational content realized with animation can be an alternative plan to improve the educational effect by causing enjoyment and interest of infants.

It is easy to access to the infinity information and programs, but it gives rise to the side effect. There are many side effects(ex. Hacking, Cracking, expose the personal information, etc). Nowadays, the computer virus raise the serious problems. The making program called Vaccine is work out a count measure. The Anti-Virus programs install on the client side computer and upgrade by downloading on the server's signature, the latest date, the program bound both of them is shown, but these programs have the defect that they have no remote control and no signature update because user's unconcern, This paper reported the research of existing virus infecting technology and the development of Web based Anti-Virus Scanner using the remote control on the internet server. Through this paper, I want to set up the counter measure for new virus easily, and to make more fast the vaccine for virus.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the program for convericient reconfiguration in an attempt to change maladjustmental way of thinking among female junior tennis players. For verification of the program, a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out. Through the REBT program for convericient reconfiguration, maladjustmental way of thinking among junior tennis players was drawed and interviews with them were subsequently performed. As a result, REBT counseling technique was applied to understand personal psychological problems and to transform maladjustmental and unreasonable way of thinking into rational belief, confirming positivity toward their situation. After all, their athletic performance as well as holistic development was found to be improved. In quantitative analysis, maladaptive thinking scale sports psychology questionnaire and survey for Korean sports performance strategy were both increased post treatment, suggesting that their psychological status became positive as a result of application of psychological prevention. The results of this study showed that athletic performance would be enhanced and growth and development in personality and self-realization would be expected if various psychological problems in adolescent players were progressed in detailed.
