Humanity in the 21st century is ushering in an era of practical use of AI. Until now, even though the industrial structure has been advanced, mankind has seen that the abstraction of knowledge production is only their own domain, but they have doubts about that belief. Therefore, this paper tried to examine the identity of modern humanity from the perspective of the result of knowledge accumulated from the past. These discussions were summarized and presented in a historical model called "Changes in the way of accumulating knowledge step by step" starting from the emergence of the earth and mankind. The first stage of this analytical model is the "accumulation of DNA knowledge" until the emergence of human intelligence on Earth. The second stage is the process of "accumulating civilized knowledge" by human biological intelligence, which has become capable of producing knowledge on its own. It is currently classified into three stages and it is considered that it is entering the stage of "accumulating mechanical knowledge" using AI technology. This paper proposes human history as such a step-by-step knowledge accumulation model and describes related discussions.

The purpose of this study is to seek a new understanding of human beings by examining, through the various types of futuristic humans in SF narratives, the changes of human condition and identity, raised by the discussion on the posthuman today. The rapid development of science and technology blurs the line between humans and machines, predicting the birth of the 'new human posterior to the human'. The advancement of technology enables the production of 'human beyond the biological human' through the combination of humans and machines, and humans are becoming more mechanized. On the other hand, machines are gradually developing to the stage of resembling not just the exterior body structure, but the thinking abilities and emotions of human beings. However, by colliding with the traditional view of human beings, artificial changes to the human condition as a result of cutting-edge technology demand a new perspective on the meaning of a new being and changes in human conditions. Therefore, the study examines how human conditions and perceptions have changed in accordance with the evolution of science and technology, and then explores the direction of co-evolution between humans and machines through the various types of futuristic humans that appear in the SF narratives, as well as the potential of futuristic humans as the new subject.

Recently, Virtual Human(VH) has begun to appear in various media, not only on social media, but also in advertisements, music sources, and dramas. Virtual human has become a primary marketing tool for companies, but there also exist concerns when the companies do not disclose the identities of virtual humans. Accordingly, it is necessary to examine users' responses toward content that features virtual humans. This study aimed to examine how the exposure of virtual humans in the content affects users' perceptions. Therefore, the study defined the concept of 'VH Disclosure(VHD)', referring to the exposure of the virtual human's identity, and explored the impact of VH disclosure on attitude toward the ad (Hedonism, Utilitarianism, and Interestingness) and source credibility (Trustworthiness and Expertise). The study conducted an experimental survey with 302 respondents. Regardless of when the ad featured a VH or a human, the results showed that there was no significant difference between users' attitudes and source credibility. The results revealed that it was more effective to disclose the VH in social media feeds than directly reveal the VH's identity in the content. Therefore, this study utilizes a new concept of 'VH Disclosure(VHD)' to enhance the understanding of VH and contributes to establishing marketing strategies optimized for consumers in the creation of virtual human-related content.

본 연구에서는 한국의 오랜 역사 속에 한국인에게 사랑 받아오고 있는 사물놀이 연주악기, 즉 꽹과리, 징, 장구, 북에 대해서 고유 특성 주파수를 찾아내고, 이들 고유 주파수와 인간의 목소리와 비교하여, 우리인간의 정신적, 신체적 감각특성에 영향을 미치는 그 정체성을 찾아내어 과학적으로 규명하고, 한국전통문화의 우수성을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다.

사이버 공간에서의 가상인간인 사이버 캐릭터가 사용자자신의 자아와 정체성과 무관한 존재라고 한다면, 온라인 상에서 통용되는 또 다른 자기자신을 의미하며 자신의 정체성을 시각적으로 표현하는 캐릭터는 아바타라고 한다. 온라인에서는 자신의 아바타를 이용 가상공간 속을 살아가고 있다. 심한 중독성과 가상공간 속에서의 아이템이 현실세계로 유입 되는데 따른 문제점을 노출하고는 있지만 온라인속의 아바타는 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전이 가지고온 개인의 정체성이 시각화되는데 큰 역할을 하고있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 온라인 게임사이트와 인터넷 사이트에서 사용되고 있는 아바타의 유형을 분류하였으며, 현실보다 더 현실같은 공간인 가상공간에서 다양한 유형의 아바타가 사용되고 있음을 확인 하였다. 이제 더 이상 가상공간은 현실과 다른 세계가 아닌 현실의 일부분이다. 아바타는 현실의 일부분을 대신할 나이기에 보다 구체적인 디자인이 제시되어야 할 것이다.

Motivation of human individuals to perform on intellectual tasks can be hampered by identity threat from intellectual machines. A laboratory experiment examined whether individuals' performance loss on intellectual tasks appears under human identity threat. Additionally, by affirming alternative attributes of human identity, researchers checked whether group-affirmation alleviate the performance loss on intellectual tasks. This research predicted that under high social identity threat, individuals' performance loss on the intellectual tasks would be moderated by valuing alternative attributes of human identity. Experiment shows that when social identity threat is increased, human individuals affirmed alternative human attributes show higher performance on intellectual tasks than individuals non-affirmed. This effect of human-group level affirmation on performance loss did not appear in the condition of low social identity threat. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

Understanding mutual impacts between the ocean and human beings is integral to sustainability of the Earth. Ocean literacy, therefore, is placed as a new paradigm of marine education in North America and Europe. Reflecting this movement, it is necessary for Korean marine educators to discuss conceptualization and future directions of Korean marine education. We reviewed marine education of North America as well as Korea in the domains of formal and informal marine education. We provide the definition, goal, and future recommendations for Korean marine education.

The image calls forth the curiosity of the children. children experience the many thing through the image and it makes children to study naturally. Specially, the animation socializes children and it plays an important role in form of a self-identity. The gender-identity reappearance of the animation character is important. Gender-identity reappearance type of the animation character is able to classify with the reappearance type of visual information and the narrative. The narrative reappearance type does more clearly visual information reappearance type. Also classifying the gender-identity of animation character aspects into each type, they are; gender stereotype that character reflects the conservative and commercial ideology; gender non-stereotype that character doesn't reflect gender stereotype. But reappearance of the gender non-stereotype character as well, it is stopping in the exaggeration or the caricature of gender role of the character. Consequently the animation characters must be reappeared with the character which have the future oriented gender identity-as one human being that forms a value subjectively. The animation which reappears the future oriented gender-identity plants a proper self-perception and gender role in children and relaxes the traditional gender-identity which is already acquired.

This study emphasized the self-examination to using webmedia. Proliferation of media-mediated experience cause the reduce and infringe of human experience, and It is suggested to problem to negative operation for Self-identity. Expecially, A tendency of addictive using of Webmedia produce the serious anxiety. Based on this discussion, the relationship of web-media addictive experiences and Self-identity has been studied. There are 9 groups of panels who are divided by using degree of web media experience, the quantitative dimension and addictive involvement, the qualitative dimension. As a result high significance was suggested between the level of web-media addictive experience and Self-identity. Expecially, highly web media experienced group has less Self-identity than low web-media experience group. therefore, Concerns on Web-media mediated experiences were demonstrated. According to the results, in terms of web-media experiences, addictive involvement level affects more meaningfully to the Self-identity than quantitative dimension approach.
