The purpose of this study was to understand the experience of persons with developmental disabilities participating in the Personalized Support Services. For case study, we conducted in-depth interviews with the persons with developmental disabilities and with the active supporters for them who were using the community welfare centers for the disabled. Through this, we have come up with three core categories: 'coming out into the community', 'experimenting with various choices in life', and 'living a subjective life'. This suggests the followings; First, it can be seen that persons with developmental disabilities who have limited communication and self-determination should be allowed to participate in the service through the participation process, and active support for the parties is needed in the process. Second, it is necessary to plan and support for them, centering on the parties, away from institution-centered services. Third, sufficient budget support should be provided for the self-determination, selection and control of the parties. Fourth, we should be able to enjoy everyday life by participating together in the local community, and change the perception of local residents to participate in the community. Fifth, continuous support is needed rather than temporary support. Finally it will be needed for us to listen to the voices of both parties and to represent their rights with all our efforts.

최근 세계적 이상기후와 국내 경제발전에 기인하여 홍수피해가 날로 증가하는 추세에 있다. 홍수피해 방지를 위한 가장 효율적인 방법으로는 다목적 댐의 건설을 들 수 있으나, 댐의 건설은 댐 건설지역 상 하류주민 및 지자체간의 갈등을 비롯하여 이해당사자간에 사회적, 경제적, 환경적 많은 갈등을 야기시킨다. 본 연구에서는 그 동안에 국내에서 발생한 홍수관련 댐건설의 주요 갈등사례에 대하여 원인별 특성을 분석하고, 이에 대한 합리적 해소방안을 제시하였다.

요구공학의 궁극적인 목표는 이해당사들의 요구사항을 수용하고, 이를 적절히 설계 및 반영하여 프로젝트를 성공하는데 있어 그 목표를 두고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 수렴된 요구사항들은 상호간에 충돌이 발생하거나, 합리적인 대안을 이끄는데 있어 많은 문제점을 드러낸다. 따라서, 이를 극복하기 위해 다양한 대안들이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이해당사자 상호간의 영향력을 분석(정준상관분석)하여, 중요도 평가를 위한 척도를 만들고, 이를 계층분석적 의사결정방법의 초기 단계에 적용하여 우선순위에 의거하여, 최종 대안을 선택하게 될 것이다. 이를 마지막으로는 위의 과정을 WinWin 협의 모델에 적용하고자 한다.

The numbers of multi-year droughts due to climate change are increasing worldwide. Boryeong Dam, located in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, was also affected by a 4-year drought from 2014 to 2017. Since traditional unilateral decision making processes to alleviate drought damage have, until now, resulted in conflicts between many of the involved groups, the need for active participation from both stakeholders and policymakers is greater than before. This study introduced Shared Vision Planning, a collaborative decision making process that involves participation from various groups of stakeholders, by organizing Water Policy Council for Climate Change Adaptation in Chungcheongnam-do. A Shared Vision Planning Model was then developed with a system dynamics software by working together with relevant stakeholders to actively reflect their requests through three council meetings. Multiple simulations that included various future climate change scenarios were conducted, and future drought vulnerability analysis results of Boryeong Dam and districts, in terms of frequency, length, and magnitude, were arrived at. It was concluded that Boryeong Dam was more vulnerable to future droughts than the eight districts. While the total water deficit in the eight districts was not so significant, their water deficit in terms of spatial discordance was proved to be more problematic. In the future, possible alternatives to the model will be implemented so that stakeholders can use it to agree on a policy for possible conflict resolutions.

This review aims to identify the virtual reality (VR)-based home modification programs and provide basic data for the future development and application of domestic VR-based home modification programs. We collected the studies of academic publication or conference, symposium addressed VR-based home modification from January 2011 to June 2021 using hand searching and databases such as Medline, Embase, and Scopus. A total of 7 studies were selected through selection criteria, and the studies were quantitative and qualitative studies on the development of VR prototype for home modification and the acceptability and usability of the programs. VR-based home modification have been developed and applied for various purposes for stakeholders involved in home modification. It can be used as the tools for fostering experts in home modification, evaluating the home environment remotely, and facilitating communication and collaboration with the stakeholders in the modification process. In the future, studies on development and feasibility of VR-based home modification program reflecting the characteristics of domestic housing should be conducted, and it is expected to be utilized as a tool to support the home modification process.

2007년부터 수행된 사용후핵연료 공론화 TFT 활동과 사전 준비 연구는 2009년부터 본격적으로 추진될 공론화의 기반을 공고히 하는데 많은 기여를 하였다 사용후핵연료 공론화는 단기적인 관리 방안에 관해 일반 시민 및 이해 당사자들의 의견을 수렴해 대정부 권고안을 우선적으로 도출하고 궁극적으로 최종 관리 방안에 대해서도 일정 부분 다룰 것으로 예측된다.

항행장애물이 많은 항만주변수역을 정비하고 항로를 개선하는 연구는 안전을 위한 하드웨어를 정비하는 부분으로서도 중요하거니와 어민 등 항만주변의 이해관계를 조율하기위한 기법으로서도 연구가 필요하다. 이러한 연구가 현실에 부합하기 위해서는 현장에서 항로를 이용하는 당사자의 경험을 바탕으로하는 것이 효과적이다.

최근 우리나라 여러 주요 항만에 해상교량의 건설이 진행 중이거나 계획 중에 있는데, 이들 교량의 설치 위치나 규모가 주로 경제적인 측면만을 강조하여 이루어짐으로써, 선박 통항안전에 위협을 주고 있으며, 이해 당사자 간의 갈등이 고조되고 있는 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 해상교량 관련 법령과 절차에 대한 조사 및 연구를 통하여 현행 제도에 대한 문제점을 파악해 보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 Q방법론을 중심으로 대학생들의 지역 기업브랜드 광고의 효용성 인식을 진단하고, 기능적인 측면에서 세부적인 효과요인들을 짚어보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위에서 제기된 사항들의 해답을 얻기 위하여 주관성연구 분석방법을 활용하였다. 앞으로 계량적인 실증적 연구와 관련 이해당사자들간의 종합적 비교와 대안책이 추가된다면, 지역 기업브랜드 광고의 효용성 인식에 대한 개선과 활성화를 위한 정책방향에 보다 심도 있는 연구결과가 제시될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
