It is widely known that the home advantage plays an important factor for determining victory or defeat in sport leagues. Thus a ranking system of sport league should take account of the home advantage as a key factor. Various statistical models are studied to rate the Korean Basketball league teams in 2006-2007 season. Among them, the model equation provided by Harville and Smith (1994) is useful for constructing two ranking systems. Both systems give quite reasonable quantifications of the team's ability and the home advantage.

정보시스템 기능의 아웃소싱이 정보시스템 효율과 효과성을 개선하기 위한 하나의 전략으로 고려됨에 따라서 소싱설정의 결정요인을 식별하는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구는 금융 산업에 있어서 자료처리 서비스에 대한 소싱결정에 영향을 주는 요인들을 조사하였다. 아웃 소싱이 관리적 혁신으로 간주될 수 있기 때문에, 기존의 연구를 기초로 하여 혁신특성으로 서 상대적 이점과 위험을 소실설정의 중요한 결정요인으로 제시한다. 미국의 1,000개의 은 행을 대상으로 조사한 결과는 상대적 이점과 위험이 정보시스템 아웃소싱 및 아웃소싱 선호 도와 유의적인 관계가 있음을 보여준다.

1980년대 이래로 동물매개치료(animal-assisted therapy, AAT)에 대한 과학적인 연구들이 미국을 비롯한 유럽 국가들에서 폭발적으로 수행되고 있다. 현재까지의 연구결과들로는 동물매개치료는 다양한 대상자들의 다양한 필요들에 대하여 여러 가지 형태로 동물들의 중재 활동을 수행하는 것으로 대상자들의 필요를 충족시키는 증상의 개선이나 치료와 같은 긍정적 이점과 효과들을 유발하는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. 현재까지의 연구결과, 동물매개치료는 다양한 대상자들의 필요를 충족시켜줄 수 있으며 증상의 개선과 질병의 치유와 같은 긍정적 이점과 효과들을 유발하는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다.

위상특이점이라고도 불리는 광 보텍스(optical vortex)를 포함한 빔은 파면의 특이성 때문에 많은 관심을 끌어왔다. 위상을 정의할 수 없는 위상특이점을 따라서는 빔의 동일위상파면이 소용돌이 형태를 가진다. 그 소용돌이 정도는 위상전하(topological charge) 라는 양으로 특징지을 수 있다. 광 보텍스는 선형 및 비선형적 특성에 대해 많은 연구가 이루어져왔다. 레이저 공진기를 변형하거나, 홀로그램이나 위상마스크에 레이저를 조사하여 보텍스를 발생시키는 방법 등의 여러 방법이 알려져 있다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of dietary self-efficacy and illness beliefs, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers for the reduction of sodium intake in the elderly. A cross-sectional study was performed on 252 elderly people, aged 65 yrs and above, living in Daejeon Metropolitan city and Jecheon city, Chungbuk from March 21 to March 30, 2011. Dietary self-efficacy of three factors (resisting relapse, reducing salt and behavioral skills), perceived benefits and barriers, accurate and inaccurate illness beliefs were measured by 5 or 4 point Likert scale. With the increasing education level of the elderly, dietary self-efficacy, and accurate illness belief score increased and perceived barrier score decreased. Perceived benefits score was higher in the subject living alone compared to those living with siblings or spouses. Among three factors of dietary self-efficacy, reducing salt was scored highest and behavioral skills scored lowest in the elderly. Recording meal diary and reading labels for salt content in the items of behavioral skills showed lower score than other items. Accurate illness beliefs and perceived benefits were more scored than inaccurate illness beliefs and perceived barriers respectively in the subjects. The subjects with higher accurate illness beliefs, lower inaccurate illness beliefs, higher perceived benefits, and lower perceived barriers for the reduction of sodium intake showed higher dietary self-efficacy. In summary, accurate illness beliefs and perceived benefits positively correlated with dietary self-efficacy for the reduction of sodium intake in the elderly, whereas inaccurate illness beliefs and perceived barriers are negatively correlated.

효모의 생활환에서 보면, 1배체세포는 접합형을 달리하는 양세포사이에서 성접합에 의한 2배체세포를 형성하여 다시 새로운 세대에 이행한다. 이성적세포융합은 2종의 세포사이에서 행해지는 특이성이 매우 높은 반응에 기인하고 있기 때문에, 양 세포간의 관계는 다세포와는 달리 단순하다는 점이 연구재료로서의 이점으로 들 수 있겠다. 이러한 이점을 살려 얻어낸 정보전달기구를 해명하기 위한 몇가지 결과를 소개한다.

듀얼 인버터를 가진 개방 권선형 영구자석 동기 전동기는 같은 DC Link 전압으로 모터에 더 큰 전압을 사용할 수 있게 할 수 있다. 이 때문에 DC Link와 인버터 사이의 DC/DC Boost 컨버터의 필요성을 없애줄 뿐 아니라 배터리의 전압을 낮출 수 있어 안전상의 이점 및 BMS의 요구 조건을 낮추므로 경제적 이점을 가질 수 있다. 이 시스템은 경제적 이점 외에도 모터에 고전압을 인가함으로써 기존에 비해 고속 운전 영역 확장 또는 운전 영역을 기존과 동일하게 유지한다면 인버터의 손실 감소라는 이점 또한 얻을 수 있다. 그러나 1차단 인버터와 2차단 인버터의 합성전압 차이로 인해 생기는 Zero Sequence Voltage (ZSV)로 인해 시스템의 손실을 증대시키는 Zero Sequence Current (ZSC)가 흐를 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 억제하기 위한 스위칭 패턴 형성을 위한 PWM 캐리어 생성 방법에 대해 제시하고, 이 방법을 적용하여 스위칭 순서 상 센터 영벡터의 유/무에 따른 제어 영향성 분석을 추가로 진행하여 전류 리플을 줄일 수 있는 스위칭 패턴 생성 방법을 제시한다.

정보시스템 기능이 아웃소싱이 정보시스템 효율과 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 전 략으로 고려됨에 따라 소싱유형의 결정요인을 식별하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연 구는 은행 산업에 있어서 데이터 처리 서비스의 소싱결정에 영향을 주는 요인을 조사하였 다. 아웃소싱을 관리적 혁신으로 볼 때, 혁신특성으로서 상대적 이점과 위험성이 소싱 유형 의 중요한 결정요인으로 제시된다. 미국의 1,000개 은행을 대상으로 한 현장연구(field survey)의 결과는 상대적 이점과 보안위험이 소싱유형 및 아웃소싱 선호도와 유의한 관계가 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 또한 대규모 은행이 소규모 은행보다 아웃소싱에 대해 더 큰 자율 성 위험을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자율성 위험과 두 종속 변수와의 관계에 대해서는 비일관적인 결과가 나타났고, 정보시스템 기능의 중요성과 소싱유형 및 선호도와 의 관계, 조직규모와 상대적 이점과의 관계를 연구결과가 충분히 지지하지 못하고 있다.

In this paper, a new local two-point approximation method which is based on the exponential intervening variable is proposed. This new algorithm, called the Two-Point Convex Approximation(TPCA), use the function and design sensitivity information from the current and previous design points of the sequential approximate optimization to generate a sequence of convex, separable subproblems. This paper describes the derivation of the parameters associated with the approximation and the numerical solution procedure. In order to show the numerical performance of the proposed method, a sequential approximate optimizer is developed and applied to solve several typical design problems. These optimization results are compared with those of other optimizers. Numerical results obtained from the test examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
