Studies on Serum Albumin Types in Goats by Starch Gel Electrophoresis (전분(澱粉) Gel 전기영동법(電氣泳動法)에 의한 염소의 혈청(血淸) Albumin 형(型)에 관한 연구(硏究))

  • The serum albumin phenotypes and the gene frquencies of 100 Korean native goats were examined by starch gel electrohporesis. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The albumin phenotypes were classified as Alb AA, Alb AB, and Alb BB and the frequencies of appearence were 10, 12 and 78%, respectively. 2. The genetic factors of serum albumin were observed as Alb A and Alb B and the rates of gene frequencies were 16 and 84%, respectively.

  • 진공 증착장비에서 다층박막으로 구성된 광학필터를 증착할 경우, 증착되는 동안 설계된 최종 광학필터의 성능을 구현하기 위해서는 실시간으로 각각의 층들에 대한 굴절률(n)과 물리적 두께(d)를 제어하거나 또는 광학적 두께(nd)를 제어해야 한다. 광학적 두께를 제어하는 대표적인 예로 광모니터링 방법이 있는데, 증착되는 기판에 직접 빛을 입사시켜 기판에서 반사된 빛이나 투과된 빛의 세기를 측정하여 증착과정을 제어하는 방법이다. (중략)

  • The big difference of game scenario writers from ordinary scenario writers is the creativity of interactive game element. Game scenario writers should complete scenario form before making conti of game production, develop new item that is the essence of game and be able to write mulit-scenario for diverse story developments. Also, he should have the ability to advise on effective arrangement for sound effect to game designer.
