Hydrogen charging station was invested and supported around the world. In this study, the extent of damage caused by VCE in the charging station handling liquefied hydrogen was calculated, and the human and material damage was estimated through the Probit model. In addition The optimal height of vent stack for low temperature hydrogen was set. The damage range is 8.24m in small scale, 14.10m in medium scale, and 22.38m in large scale based on interest overpressure 6.9kPa. In case of death due to pulmonary hemorrhage, 50m of the small and medium scale and 100m of the large scale were injured. Structural damage was 200m in small scale, 300m in medium scale and 500m in large scale. The optimum height of the vent stack is 4.7 m in small scale, 8.8 m in medium scale and 16.9 m in large scale.

Warrants are often described as call potions written tv firms on their own stock. However, a call option is a pure side bet; i.e., none of the cash flows associated with the call's sale or exercise involves the firm. Issuing warrants on the other hand, can affect the firm's aggregate level of investment, composition of its capital structure. and the price of the stock on which warrant can be exercised. The problem of the warrant pricing can be solved by using of multivariate data analysis techniques, such as regression analysis or discriminant analysis, instead of OPM. The value of this approach is that we can evlauate the relative importance of each independent variable which affect a price of a warrant. This study empirically examines the Japanese warrant pricing by multiple regression analysis using a sample or 300 observations traded on Tokyo Stock Exchange during the periods between 1995 and 1996.
In most of the urbanized cities, socio-economic attributes tend to cluster as patterns of similarity in space, namely spatial autocorrelation, by agglomeration forces. The classical linear regression model, the most frequently adopted in the trip generation step, cannot sufficiently represent this effect. In order to take into account the effect properly, we need a model which adequately deals with the spatial dependence patterns. In this study, the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model is adopted as an alternative method for the local analysis of relationships in multivariate data sets; that is GWR extends this traditional regression framework by estimating local rather than global parameters. This study shows the existence of spatial effects in the production and attraction of home base/non-home based trips through the GWR model using travel data collected in Daegu metropolitan area. Furthermore, LISA is employed to verify the fact that the local spatial autocorrelation exists.
Information lead time is defined as the time spent by processing orders from some buyers, whereas order lead time is defined as producing and supplying the products. The information lead time significantly serve to magnify the increase in variability due to demand forecasting. This paper models a decentralized supply chain composed of cascade type which has four type phases (or divisions) such as retailer, wholesaler, distributor, and factory. Each phases is managed by different centers individually with their own local inventory information. We investigate whether each phase's Information lead time affects companies networked a value chain. In particular, on several experiments performed with a programmed simulation (like a MIT beer game), we study the following question ; Can information lead times do better than material lead times in cost-benefit perspective\ulcorner Can more much Information lead times in downstream reasonably do worser than in upstream when playing the simulation\ulcorner In the conclusion, we show the importance of information lead time on a SC and, besides, guarantee that improvement of information lead time in upstream do more effective than one in downstream in cost-benefit perspective.

Solvolyses of para-substituted cinnamoyl chlorides in aqueous binary mixtures of acetone, ethanol, methanol were investigated at 25.0$^{\circ}C$. These data were interpreted using the Grunwald-Winstein relationship, Hammett equation, and quantum mechanical model. Grunwald-Winstein plots of the first-order rate constants for para-substituted cinnamoyl chlorides with $Y_{CI}$ showed marked dispersions into three separate curves for the three aqueous mixtures with a large m vaIue for aqueous alcohol solvents. This study has shown that the potential energy surface and quanturm mechanical model predict transition state variation correctly for $S_N1$ like $S_N2$ reaction mechanism of para-substituted cinnamoyl chlorides.
Effect of alkyl substitution on stabilization of $\alpha$-aminomethyl radicals, $CH_2NH_2$, has been investigated using MINDO/3-RHF method. Stabilization energies obtained from total energy of radicals indicated that the alkyl substitution decreases radical stability, which is in agreement with the ab initio MO results of Goddard but is contrary to trend shown by experimental results. It was also found that conformations of radicals were different from ab initio results. When, however, approximate account of electron correlation was made in the estimation of stabilization energies of radicals by assuming a proportionality between coulomb correlation and one center exchange integral, the order of radical stability was shown to agree to that found experimentally. It was therefore concluded that the main cause of discrepancy between theoretical and experimental order of stability of alkylsubstituted radicals is the failure of accounting electron correlation energies in the theoretical estimation.
The selection of a test as a reference with no perfect sensitivity and specificity may lead to bias, yielding distortion of the diagnostic performance. This means it is inappropriate to use imperfect diagnostic tests as a reference method to identify infected patients in clinical environments. In this study, diagnostic performance of rapid urease test, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and histology of gastric biopsy specimens for diagnosing Helicobacter pylori infection separately and in combination was estimated by using non-linear regression. Based on this approach, the sensitivity, specificity and likelihood ration positive and negative values for each test were as follows: urease test 99.9%, 99.9%, 99.9%, 99.6%, respectively; PCR 88.6%, 99.9%, 99.9%, 70.5%, respectively; histology 78.3%, 97%, 78.3%, 97%, respectively. Predictive values for positive and negative changes with varying Combination of three diagnostic tests employed in the study gives no substantial benefit for practitioners to screen infected patients, and urease test or PCR represents an appropriate single test in clinical environments.

Korea-EU FTA, which came to an agreement in April of 2007, was resolved at the National Assembly in May of 2011, thereby having been concluded the ratification. As for the procedure of opening a market in legal service according to settlement and ratification of Korea-EU FTA, Step 1 is allowed the establishment of representative office(law firm with foreign-law consultation) at home by EU member countries' law firms. Step 2 is made available for law firm with foreign-law consultation to jointly handle and distribute profits as for a case that is mixed the domestic law firm and the domestic & foreign laws. Step 3 is allowed EU member countries' law firm to establish a joint venture with domestic law firm. This study researches into a change and influence upon legal service and forensic investigation according to Korea-EU FTA ratification. Also, it researches into position and prospect that digital forensic evidence, which possesses the majority of legal evidences, takes up in the middle of court-oriented trials. The prediction of influence in digital evidence as professional proof upon judgment will led to being capable of coping with the opening of legal service market and of wisely preparing for the advance to domestic market by law firm of Anglo-American Law.

Construction work has character which claim or dispute is frequently raised. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. Several well-recognized contract documents developed by FIDIC, AlA, CMAA and general conditions of the contract is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.
This paper presents a reinforcement learning framework for stock trading systems. Trading system parameters are optimized by Q-learning algorithm and neural networks are adopted for value approximation. In this framework, cooperative multiple agents are used to efficiently integrate global trend prediction and local trading strategy for obtaining better trading performance. Agents Communicate With Others Sharing training episodes and learned policies, while keeping the overall scheme of conventional Q-learning. Experimental results on KOSPI 200 show that a trading system based on the proposed framework outperforms the market average and makes appreciable profits. Furthermore, in view of risk management, the system is superior to a system trained by supervised learning.
