DACUM방법에 의하여 안경사의 직무를 분석하여 직무기술서를 작성하고 전국의 안경사 300명에게 설문조사에 의하여 검증을 거친 뒤 직무요건서를 작성하였다. 직무요건서 작성에는 설문조사에 의한 일의 중요도와 빈도가 3점 만점에 2.15점 이상인 일의 요소를 선택하였으며, 이를 기준으로 안경사 국가시험 문항개발기준을 도출하였다.

The mucociliary system is one of the most important airway defense mechanisms, and knowledge of the ciliary beat frequency(CBF) is important in the understanding of this system. Using a laser light scattering method and fiber optic probe, we developed a simple and practical instrument for real-time in vivo measurements of CBF of cells in human nasal cavity. From the ciliated epithelium cells in an anterior end of middle terminator in nasal cavity, the signals of ciliary movement are transferred into a PC and analyzed by a autoregressive(AR) power spectrum. The mean CBF of 8 normal subjects was $7.1{\pm}1.1$(Hz). This instrument provided a convenient and reliable method of studying the mucociliary activity in the respiratory tract.

By their rapid and periodic actions, the cilia of the human respiratory tract play an important role in clearing inhaled noxious particles. Based on the automated image-processing technique, we studied ciliary beat frequency (CBF) objectively and quantitatively. Microscopic ciliary images were transformed into digitized gray ones through an image-grabber, and from these we extracted signals or CBF. By means of a FFT, maximum peak frequencies were detected as CBFs in each partitioned block or the entire digitized field. With these CBFs, we composed distribution maps visualiy showing the spatial distribution of CBFs. Through distribution maps of CBF, the whole aspects of CBF changes or cells and the difference of CBF of neighboring cells can be easily measured and detected. Histogram statistics calculated from the user-defined polygonal window can show the local dominant frequency presumed to be the CBF of a cell or a crust the region includes.

한국항공우주연구원에서는 총 3기의 다목적실용위성(3호, 3A호, 5호)을 개발 및 운영하고 있다. 위성개발의 주요 목적은 위성으로부터 획득되는 자료의 활용에 있다. 따라서 자료처리의 정확도 향상, 활용 분야의 확대를 위한 지속적 노력이 필요하다. 본 특별호에서는 다목적실용위성 광학 및 레이더 센서 기반의 전처리 기술 및 활용 기술에 대해서 소개하고 있다. 향후, 후속 다목적실용위성, 소형 위성 등이 개발 중에 있기 때문에 이에 대한 체계적인 연구 개발 및 투자가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

A 27-year-old female was referred to our hospital postpartum due to rapid aggravation of facial swelling. She was diagnosed with osteomyelitis on clinical, radiological, and histopathological examinations, but the possibility of malignancy was not excluded. Clinical signs and symptoms such as facial swelling and discomfort were improved with four months of antibiotics treatment. This is as case of an osteomyelitis progressed from infected extraction socket in a woman with physiological changes of pregnancy. Decreased immunological response, increased sex hormone and calcium regulatory hormones regulate the response of the bone infection. We report this case for helping the diagnosis of unusual from of osteomyelities in pregnancy and postpartum.

Hough변환을 이용하여 정자의 행태학적 특성을 분석하는 새로운 방법을 개발하였다. 이 방법은 정자의 머리부분이 주위의 배경과 밝기의 차이를 갖는다는 특성과 함께 그 형태가 타원에 근접한다는 특성에 근거하고 있다. 정자의 머리부분은 타원을 나타내는 5개의 파라메터로 표현되고, 최적의 파라메터 값이 반복적인 Hough 변환에 의하여 검출된다. 일차적으로 정자가 있는 영역을 선택한다. Hough변환을 이용한 계산을 가능하게 하기 위하여 Hough변환된 공간의 크기를 최소한으로 줄이고, 검출된 오차가 최소화되는 방향으로 검사영역을 이동 시켜가며 최적의 파라메터들을 도출한다. 형태학적 특성을 나타내는 지표들은 정자의 형태를 나타내는 타원의 다섯개 파라메터들로부터 계산된다.

최근 이동통신 기술이 발전하면서 이동통신망의 사용률이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 이동통신망에서 한정된 자원을 효율적으로 사용 할 수 있는 방법으로 셀룰러 통신 기반 D2D 통신이 주목받고 있다. 셀룰러 통신 기반 D2D 통신에서, 셀 내 존재하는 단말은 자신의 상황에 따라 기존 셀룰러 통신 및 D2D통신을 수행 할 수 있다. 이때 통신 환경에 따라 각 전송방법 별로 시스템 수율이 변화하기 때문에 통신 효율을 향상시키기 위해 단말의 전송 방법을 결정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 D2D통신의 통신성능을 증가 시키는 모드선택 기법을 제시하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안 기법의 성능을 확인한다.

본 논문에서는 HDR(high dynamic range)영상을 LDR(low dynamic range)영상장치에 표현하기 위해 히스토그램 변형기법과 구간별 히스토그램 평활화를 이용한 인지기반의 톤 맵핑(tone mapping)기법을 제안한다. 인간의 시각특성을 이용한 톤 맵핑 알고리듬은 상당히 효과적이지만 고정된 형태의 맵핑 함수를 사용하기 때문에 모든 영상에서 동일한 효과를 얻지 못한다. 그리고 히스토그램 변형 기법을 적용한 인지기반 톤 맵핑 알고리듬의 경우 인지기반 톤 맵핑 함수를 이용해서 원 영상의 히스토그램을 제한하고 보상과정을 통해서 적극적인 톤 맵핑 함수를 얻을 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 contrast 의 향상과 원 영상의 디테일 보존을 함께 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 전역 히스토그램 평활화의 사용으로 영상이 지나치게 밝아지거나 지나치게 어두워지는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 제안하는 방법은 구간별 히스토그램 평활화를 적용하여 톤 맵핑 함수를 얻는다. 이는 과도한 평활화를 방지하고 원 영상의 디테일 보존의 성능이 더 좋다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 성능을 비교하고 기존 방법에 비해 제안한 방법이 우수함을 입증한다.

적혈구 콜린에스테라제 활성도와 성, 연령, 키, 몸무게, 음주 및 흡연력 등 인구학적 특성과의 관련성을 살펴보기 위해서, 두 곳의 농약 사업장 근로자 52명과 의과대학생 51명 등 총 103명을 대상으로 현장 검사용 기계를 이용해 2000년 1월부터 2월까지 적혈구 콜린에스테라제 활성도를 측정하였다. 조사 대상자는 남성이 89명(86.4%), 여성이 14명(13.6%)였으며 평균 연령은 각각 $31.8{\pm}11.4$, $27.1{\pm}10.1$ 세였다. 측정된 적혈구 콜리에스테라제 활성도의 평균값은 남성에서 $34.7{\pm}3.9$ U/g hemoglobin, 여성에서 $34.0{\pm}4.0$ U/g hemoglobin으로 군간 유의한 차이가 없었다. 한편 적혈구 콜린에스테라제 활성도와 조사된 모든 인구학적 변수들간에는 유의하지 않은 매우 낮은 상관성만이 관찰되었다. 결론적으로 적혈구 콜린에스테라제 활성도는 혈장 콜린에스테라제 활성도와는 달리 성, 연령, 키, 몸무게 등 인구학적 변수와 상관성을 보이지 않는다고 판단되었다.

In male reproducible health and fertility and IVF(in-vitro fertilization), semen analysis has been most important. But the traditional tools for semen analysis are subjective, imprecise, inaccurate, difficult to standardize, and difficult to reproduce mainly due to their manually oriented operations. The purpose of a morphometric analysis of sperm is to microscopically type-classify spermatozoa cytologically according to their morphology of heads. Until now, the strict criteria method has long been used in clinic to discriminate normal spermatozoa from abnormal ones. This method cannot classify the diverse groups of abnormal spermatozoa in detail and shows variations in inter-operators and intra-operator In this paper, we developed a new method of a sperm morphometric analysis using artificial neural networks which are widely used in pattern recognition and image processing.
