본 연구에서는 상수관망의 신뢰도 기반 최적화설계에서 시스템 구성물의 기계적 고장의 영향뿐만이 아니라 관로의 수리학적 능력과 절점수요에서의 불확실성이 결합되어 인식할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 수질과 연관된 신뢰도 문제는 고려하지 않았고 단지 수량의 항으로 수요자들의 요구량을 충족시키기 위해 급수관망의 공급능력을 고려하였다. 수량의 관점에서 관망의 신뢰도의 측정은 절점 수요량들이 항상 만족되어진다고 가정한 상태에서 불충분한 수두의 정도를 이용한다. 따라서 절점신뢰도는 공급되는 절점수두가 미리 규정된 최소수두를 상외하거나 충족시키는 확률로 정의되어진다. 이 모형에 의해 설계된 상수관망은 정상관망 상태구성(구성물의 고장이 발생하지 않았을 경우)와 미리 정해진 고장 시나리오의 범위와 연관된 관망의 악화된 구성상태 모두에서 절점에서의 임의의 수요량과 임의의 수리학적 능력하에서 상수공급량의 항으로 규정된 수준의 서어비스의를 제공할 수 있다. 본 모형은 다양한 관망구성에 내해 상수관망의 신뢰도의 정도를 결정하기 위해서 Monte-Carlo 모의를 이용하였다. 실제 상수관망에 내해 본 인구모형을 이용하여 신뢰도 및 최적화 해석이 수행되었다. 해석결과 본 모형은 합리적으로 관망 전체에 대해 합리적인 범위의 신뢰도를 유지하면서 관망의 건설비용의 치적화가 수행될 수 있었다.

A recent online game is growing with the combined action of content as well as operating services. However, in previous studies, with a lot of focus on content characteristics of game than the game operating service quality studies have been carried out. This study targeted research online sports games, operating service quality and content characteristics of the game are analyzed effects of word-of-mouth and continued usage intention by applying Expectation Confirmation Model. as a result, it has found that as a result, it has found that sense of reality turned out to be a major variable affecting the content of the game even expectation confirmation. Directly and indirectly, it was confirmed that the role of empathy affect to expectation confirmation and satisfaction.

Gamers switch their games to a new when get bored or encounter more attractive ones. Switching cost varies by gamers and depends on how they are satisfied with their current game. This study evaluates the satisfaction with current games as the miltiple basic psychological need in the self-determination theory and suggests 'needs-costs' causality research model that explain the variety of gamer's switching behavior. As the empirical test to domestic mobile gamers, the autonomy fulfillment to current game affect reversely with those of autonomy and relatedness. Those relationships between need satisfaction and perceptual switching cost vary according to their age and game genre preference. The results would be applied to understand gamers' switching behavior.

This study analyzed the rate of unmet dental care service for the disabled who were judged to require the dentistry due to oral health-related problems and those reasons, and also examined the oral health status according to the unmet dentistry. 375 subjects, who were 19 years or older and completed oral health examination and a survey, among 444 responded positive of disability registration after participation in National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES), were analyzed. Disability type was classified into 6 kinds(physical disability, brain lesions, sensory defect, developmental disability, mental disorder, endocrine disorder). Participants had 128 of their dental care needs unmet when it was required. 'Financial burden' was the main reason, with the subject of 49.2%, followed by 'lower on the priority scale' were 18.0%. The high frequency and progression permanent teeth caries experiencs and periodontal status of their dental disease were confirmed. In availability aspect of dentistry resources, it is required for using dentistry service smoothly through providing sufficient proper dental care service comparing with the number of the disabled.

This study researches PDA (Paralingustic Digital Affordances) in the social media on the basis of Uses and Gratification theory. The study defines PDA as Likes in Facebook and Instagram and Favorites in Twitter. The study inquiries into the motivation of using PDA and interpretational way when Social media users play a role of a sender or a receiver. For this research purpose, the focus group and interview were conducted with 36 college student in the Korea metropolitan area. The research is to comprehend the motivation and satisfaction of using PDA by applying structured theory frame of Uses and Gratification. As a result, it contributes to more satisfactions when PDA users interact each other as a sender and a receiver than mere verbal-communication. Furthermore, PDA in each social media has different meaning and gravity. For instance, Likes in Instagram is considered less important and lighter than Likes in Facebook. Moreover, people use the PDA without any restriction. People favorably use PDA most of the time, but sometimes they use in contradictory or sarcastic way.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting unmet medical care in elderly hypertensive patients. The purpose of this study was to understand the reasons for unmet medical care in elderly hypertensive patients over 65 years of age and to identify the characteristics of each type to improve the medical use system and to contribute to policy making so that unmet medical care does not occur. Using data from the 7th period of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2016, 2017), 23 sample households were selected using the phylogenetic extraction method among appropriate households and analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 Program. As a result of the study, the unmet medical care of those who had suicidal thoughts compared to those who had not had suicidal thoughts in the past year, when females were higher than males, had worse subjective health status, those who did not subscribe than those who had private insurance, and those who had smoked in the past year. The experience rate was high. This is considered to be able to contribute to improving the medical service system and making policy decisions so that unmet medical care does not occur in the future.

A rapid increase was observed among individuals who want to communicate through a Social Networking Service (SNS). The increasing number of SNS users who create and share information resulted in a huge volume of SNS information. This deluge of information decreases the interest of SNS users, thereby prompting them to generate stimulating and exaggerated information to draw attention to themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of SNS users' desire for attention and share their tourism experience. This study utilizes use and gratification theory and investigates the moderating effect of gender. The analysis shows that the desire for attention influences sharing of tourism experience through compliance and identification at the level of SNS commitment. Gender difference was observed between compliance and identification. This study provides theoretical and practical implications based on the results.

Purpose: The unmet medical service needs of caregivers critically influence their caring for terminal cancer patients, but not much research has been done in this regard. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the association between caregivers' characteristics and their unmet medical service needs. Methods: The survey was conducted with 109 family caregivers of terminal cancer patients admitted to four hospice units. The data were collected from March 2014 through December 2014 using a structured questionnaire. The unmet medical service needs were measured using 14 items which were adopted and modified by authors. Results: Seven areas of unmet medical service needs were shown to be significant. A well-educated group showed stronger needs for counsel about cancer screening and complementary-alternative medicine and health supplement food. A never-smoked group was identified with less need for sexual dysfunction counsel. Counsel about family and personal relations was more necessary for current drinkers and current workers, and less necessary for the married. Insurance counsel was more needed for a no-religion group. Occupation counsel was less necessary for healthy patients. Financial support was less necessary for the married group. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is highly recommended to further investigate the unmet medical service needs of family caregivers for terminal cancer patients and causes of the unmet needs.

This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20$^{th}$, 2008 to July 15$^{th}$, 2008, segmented. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.
